The plot is very good, I always enjoy seeing some Rarity and Applejack interaction.
The idea that Applebloom could be interested in fashion is not something I've seen done before, and I must say you wrote the CMC very well.
I do think you could benefit from another round of editing just to cover those little grammatical mishaps we all have. Hell, if you ever want someone to give one of your stories a preliminary read before publishing, my door is always open.
But aside from that, this was very sweet, if you give this fic another look-over, you'll have a real winner.
