........... seriously, why did you have the mane six killed? there is no way the slendermare could even continue existing because celestia and luna themselves would kill it in retaliation.
i have seen people kill of f the mane six in their stories dozens of times, and it always ends up being a lazy and weak attempt to make the enemy seem strong. it never works because the deaths are always forced and contrived. seriously, none of the ponies even dodged? and twilight did not blast the thing with as magic as she could? shakes head. they fought chaos beasts and armies of changelings. they have tame chaos and healed fallen angels. slendermare is unworthy to kill them, especially upon first appearnce.
i think a weakness here is that people treat slenderman exactly the same as they treat it in the stories it originates from when they put it here. the same rules do not apply. the ponies are not being dealing with something beyond their understanding. in equistria a slenderman equivalent is simply another supernatural force in equistria, and all things considered, not a very powerful one. celestia can shatter castles, discord can cause a certain area to distort to his whim, luna can cause things to animate with a small pulse of magic, chrysalis can shapeshift and consume the energy of victims, and sobmra had powerful illusionary magic and dark power.
slenderman has tentacles, teelportation, and a certain level of intangibility and the aiblity to incite fear and apranoia. and by all logic, raw magic could hurt slenderman easily because it is not a mundane force like a gun or sword..... he is running on empty when it comes to advantages.
other than that it goes far too quickly and its start is extremely confusing. a prologue should start a story and should be a seperate chapter, not part of the first chapter like that.
3893294 sorry bout that, but I needed the mane six out of the way for Dinky to actually matter. Oh and Celestia/Luna don't know of the creature yet. Sorry should of made more dodging I just forgot. Let's just say it caught them by surprise and it was to fast for the crew to react.
If any pony is wondering why slendy is so powerfull it's because the guy who's oc is midnight black told me he couldn't just be stopped. So in my universe the pages are needed to make him fightable. And Dinky has the pages Sabre over estimated his own power and left them to protect his family instead.

and there was a thousand better methods than outright killing. the slenderman is a supernatural entity after all. if it could not fight them directly, which it can't i would say, it oculd ahve always driven them to madness to break harmony, which would only work if that happened anyway. the elements would go to another otherwise.
also the elements would probably work on it anyway. the elements of harmony aerr sorta a beat all force because of the factors needed for them to work. it could beat discord, it could bypass anything slendemare has.
3893533 The creature just showed up so the princesses don't know about it no matter how old they are they've never encountered it. As far as they know it's just a story, and the news of they're deaths were just found out so the news will get there shortly. Oh and my Slendy will only show if he wants to so if Celestia or Luna go he won't show unless he's sure he can get a silent kill on them so no pony sees it and attacks.
Ps half the mane six are already dead my friend slendermare is writing a fic canon to my universe that's like cupcakes just different ponies diolouge situations and pinkies death.

The Slendermare is different from slendermane/slender man. She has the same powers, but also has a powerful magic shield. Not impossible to break, but hard to. The shield surrounds her body perfectly, can't tell its there, and most don't know. I'm VERY hard to beat. I know that I'm paranormal and most ponies know all the paranormals, but I use my slender are powers to hide my existence. Some know of me, like the princesses, or a random author who consciously know I exist. The princesses don't stop me because of my ability to cause fear. The way that it works is that I can make you fear me, or I look into the recesses of your mind to find what you fear most. I rarely use the latter category, but against the royals, I need to use it since they don't really fear me.
If that doesn't prove you wrong, then let me know.
