Well I enjoyed that story. Particularly the descriptions of the movie theater itself. You really pulled off the comforting familiarity that comes from the cinema which really added a wonderful layer of realism to your talking pony story.
The characters were enjoyable as well, and I look foreword to seeing what you do with them. (Particularly Stubs)
The references were clever as well, particularly the punny horse names for the films and more impressively actors. (Clark Stable. It seems so obvious now). Though for clarification, that was a reference to Babs seed in the middle wasn't it?
