Admittedly, there's not much of a timeline marker, but there is one line that's supposed to place it.
The 'little doll incident' being referenced was the "Smarty Pants/Want It Need It" combo from Lesson Zero, something Lyra would remember about as strongly as 'bad event' as Bon Bon would.
As to her wing - well, that depends on whether I manage to finish putting into words some of the other stories in my head.
Ah, so before the wedding. Boy will that be awkward.
I died laughing, omg, she literally just predicted the canon version of Bon Bon, Agent of S.M.I.L.E.
Fun fact: Surprise is actually in FiM! A lot of people don't notice her, though. She's one of the background Wonderbolts, the one with yellow hair and white fur.
