Very touching, I loved it and I really liked the Solo Noel personality, The infection of my hand is healing now and I started on your picture before this happened, it somewhat 24% done but I'll have to finish the rest when the infection stops, Very good story, hope you win and Merry Christmas
PROS1.) It was believable, that was good. I hate far fetched stories.
2.) You made good character layouts- (good description) One or two other stories I read had that problem.
3.) You had a story behind the OC. Alot of others chose to leave that hazy.
CONS
1.) Unfortunatly, I ran into the same problem I had with another story.

2.) I thought the whole story was uncomfortably short, and didn't spend quite enough time leading up to the reason why Solo Noel was there still. Windigos are only supposed to come in times of hate and arguing.
3.) I felt that it wasn't quite original. I don't know, but something just seemed very familiar to me.

---look, the whole idea I was trying to establish was reformation from bad to good (e.g. Nightmare Moon: Princess Luna, Chaos Discord: Friendship-loving Discord, Windigo: Solo Noel). MLP series seems to have it's own little personality-reforming-theme. I got my idea when I saw the Windigoes get defeated in the Hearth's Warming Eve episode. In the show, they just disappeared--what happened to them? Getting hit by the fire of friendship, just demolished them? The magic that friendship and harmony show in MLP doesn't give me the conclusion that they were demolished, just weakened.
It's a Christmas story--they all have the same type of morals and originality.
2. I always have comments about the length of my stories. Sometimes I start writing and it feels like it's too long and sometimes it feels like I rushed through. I can make stories flow, it's just hitting the length "sweet spot" I haven't mastered yet.
And I thought I explained about Solo's correlation to the Windigoes
3. What am I supposed to say?
5.5/10? How did you come to that? I even checked out your user page and didn't find a grading rubric...

So I finally got around to reading your story. And I must say I LOVED it. I thought you did a great job making this story like the Christmas carols I love to read. I also really liked Solo Noel’s personality. And the moral of the story I thought really fits with what both MLP and Christmas is all about.
