Three creature appear out of thin air in the park of Ponyville, causing a magical cataclysm that changes the race or even the species of everypony. In the process two of the creatures turn into statues. The last one, a riding horse named Confidant becomes a unicorn. Being separated from his rider he's scared and tries to find a new place for himself.
Twilight and her friends on the other hoof try to understand what exactly has happened and more importantly find out how to reverse it.

Well, we already got a chapter about Chrissy, and I hate Legendary Pokemon, so that leaves either Confidant and plot advancement, or Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo being adorable about the changes, without advancing the plot at all.
I think the choice is obvious.
