Well he does... I mean you know spawns not really a big fan of god in the first place, I mean yeah he eventually turns full good but even then, He's still a hellspawn and he became one for a reason. So you should keep that in mind as you write his character. Spawn is an anti-hero as he was originally evil and though he changed that part of him will always be there.

Well no he's never been a full hero he's always been an anti-hero, spawn doesnt give a shit about collateral and although he saves people its not he actually cares if they die either if he's not able to save someone than he just shrugs and says oh well (metaphorically speaking that is)

I think your mixing up the definition of anti-hero, an anti-hero is still a hero but they are not bound by the same moral or ethical codes that regular heroes usually are. Some examples of anti-hero's are The Punisher, Deadpool, The Darkness, Specter, Venom (sometimes), Wolverine (kind of). The A-Team, and any characters like these. Generally they take a darker role in the hero business, usually because they have already been branded as a villain at some point in their career. So while yes Spawn is a hero, in order to write for him effectively you must write him like he is a villain.

First of let me tell you how happy I am to see a Spawn crossover fic here. Now let me tell you how disappointed i am to see that it's a comedy.
And honestly, that's not what makes me dislike it. I dislike it because Al is way out of character. You don't have to bend his character to make comedy. Comedy from these kind of character mixes comes from how uncompromising one of the characters is. He should be just as much of an ass as he was in the comic, be super untrusting and highly cautious.
The comedy should come from Spawn being Spawn, but still somehow getting roped up into pony shenanigans.
Right now this isn't a Spawn fi, it's just some guy parading around Equestria while wearing Leetha of the 7th House of K.

There is a problem with this.
Leetha (his suit) feeds off of sin. Equestria being Equestria, there isn't much of that, so he'll be extremely weak, if not teetering on the edge of death. Unless he meets Luna and feeds from Nightmare Moon, or better yet, Luna teaches him about her role dealing with nightmares, and he learns to do it and feeds himself that way. Or, if you plan on the royal sisters betraying him, Luna catches energy from nightmares for him, and to kill him, deprives him of it. I might be forgetting something, as I havent read a Spawn comic in a while.
3206963 Dude...I know what Spawn's suit feeds off of. In fact, isn't there a Hell in Equestria? I think it's called Tartarus. Many creatures live there, Equestria has sin, just, not the show revolves around the bad doings of ponies. So, not only would he be fine, but, Griffons, Gilda, for example, steal, kill things, ect. So, not only is there sin, but, wrong doings in Equestria as well.
