Seismic Riff

I'm a musician/art/film/novel enthusiast. Or you could say I'm just very savvy with media. Either way, It's always fun to go into ponies' backgrounds.

Everyone knows Pinkie Pie isn't what you would call a normal pony, even by the standard of the motley crew of the wielders of the Elements of Harmony. On the contrary, in some cases she even seems to surpass them, even Twilight in her most powerful alicorn state. Why is that?
Well for that, let's journey back to a time before Ponyville, a time in a big city called Manehattan where a lone pink pony ran a party business for fillies and the high class gentlecolts alike...

That was really well done!:pinkiehappy:

And then I laughed.

Anyways... That's actually... slightly creepy. As for everything else, pretty neat. Of course, that kinda leaves the question of what changed in the timeline in a short period after the Rainboom incident, i.e. how she got her 'original' cutie mark. I suppose it doesn't matter though.

There's also the side question of what MLP:FiM was like during that period, but again, those are unimportant side details that aren't really relevant to the story.

Lastly, and this is an important one:

It's Applejack. One word.

Gray Pegasus: My bad on Applejack, still kind of stuck on the cereal.:pinkiesad2: Also I should have made it clearer that her "original" cutie mark was a balloon and pencil because her first party on the rock farm she spent organizing rather than spontaneously planning it. I think I was covering part of those questions in my blog, if anyone is reading that. Also, Grey you look familiar...did we serve in the Pegasi Elite Militia Squad together...?

Kit Astor: Thanks ^-^

I suppose that makes a bit more sense on the cutie mark difference.

Also, there is this wonderful button at the top right of the comment box for replying to comments. Sends a neat notificaction so I actually know. :derpytongue2:

I had to deduce from the comment on my fic (thanks, BTW) that you had actually read my comment here and probably replied to it.

And blogs are only read by people that follow you and also look at your page. You know, earn your audience :derpytongue2:.

As for looking familiar... maybe you've seen me around. I'm a sneaky bugger. :trixieshiftright: But the PEMS sounds way too dull for my tastes :rainbowlaugh:.
