I'm not sure if 'Vocalnoids' is just a typo or otherwise, but assuming that you are speaking of the Vocaloids, it is not an anime. It is just a collection of voicebanks taken from a singing voice synthesizer called Vocaloid.
Miku Hatsune is the most popular one of the bunch and basically became the face of the Vocaloids.
I have the first three chapters pre-written. I shall be posting them once a day until I run out of pre-written chapters.
