This is actually perfectly paced, I think if you tried to make it any faster it would feel forced.
Since this chapter is almost pure clop, this story should be rated mature. Also the relationship moved really fast after the confession, most people don't have sex on the first date. Other than that, amazing story, maybe flesh it out a bit more but after that I'd love to see more.
