As I've mentioned in previous posts, my life has changed in the past few months. I'd dare say that I'm not even the same person that I once was when I started here.

As such, I'm sorry to say that I'll be putting "Black Mane" on hiatus for right now. I'm just not in the right place to write it.

I'll be writing some Flutterdash fictions, though. Sorry for any inconvienence that this may cause.

It's been a really rough summer for me...

People who know me well (I'd venture not many of you, anyway) have seen it, and noted a very distinct change in my overall personality. I've become more distant, more forlorn, less inclined to be involved in activities that I used to find enjoyable.

For as long as I've heard about this movie, I swore I'd never see it. I swore I would never ruin my vision of such an amazing show, and all the ponies within, by tainting my eyes with such a horribly-contrived cashgrab.

In times past, I would use my emotions to fuel my writing, but I recently suffered the loss of a job that meant a great deal to me and I find that Im even too sad to write. The only thing that seems to make me happy is MLP, actually.

I watched a recording of last years brony convention and listening to Andrea and the others made me smile.

I'll try to be back to myself before long, but...being around members of this community and this show really helps. :-)
