Darn it, stop writing good Blues stories do I can write my crappy Blues story without looking like I'm ripping you off.
Very enjoyable read. It's not all that often that you see a story about failed love (or at least not getting together with them at the end). I'd like to believe that it's because it a hard stunt to pull off, but I gotta say that you did fine.

Ow the feels. That hit really close to home. I've felt like this, and well while on the outside I'm like pinky pie on the inside I'm very much like poor Blues, I feel so hollow and alone. But wow, just wow, that was very powerful, I was hoping somehow he'd manage to get Pinkie but it ended like this, and that's jut so heart breaking. But about his name I always thought it was Noteworthy, but I guess Blues works too :) oh and I actually found your story after I searched on the Internet why PokiePie was so dang popular and your blog post popped up and I couldn't agree more about PokiePie but I had no idea who this Blues was, so I found your fic and I was really touched. This is, while not the lighter ending I was hoping for, a great story. Did you ever write more about it? I'm curious as to where you would take it. Oh and is Pinkies colt friend in this fic supposed to be Pokey? Kinda like a reference as to how Blues will never get Pinkie because Pokey already 'has' her in the fandom?
2840331 Well, it is the first thing that pops into your head when reading such a thing, right? Of course, it can be any other stallion, but I was spurred into writing this because of my distaste for PokeyPie, so feel free to assume so.
If you want more, I am actually writing a sequel to this oneshot which is going to be even more heartnuking then this one. Most of it is already written, but I'm just waiting until I'm in a much more capable position of writing. So, until then.
