A take on Humans Acting Villainously: Celestia has won, the barrier and conversion bureaus have wiped away everything humanity had and was.
But uneasy rests the tyrant's crown.
The Newfoals remember legends of things that go bump in the night, and they have decided that now even Celestia must know and fear them too. That there are beings to give even Luna nightmares.
Celestia is merely a Princess, and he is the King.

After a party, Rainbow hints to Pinkie that she likes her. Unfortunately, Pinkie starts avoiding her and begins hanging out with Fluttershy instead, even going as far as to give the shy pony a nickname. Rainbow sees the writing on the wall and decides she'll put her own feelings to the side and get Fluttershy to admit she likes Pinkie.

Meanwhile, Fluttershy and Pinkie try to come up with a way to get Rainbow to admit that she likes Pinkie.

What could go wrong?

When Sapphire Shores takes a break, she decides to visit an old friend named Fashion Forward in the small town of Hoof Heights. When she finds out Fashion has a filly friend named Star Dust, she is very surprised. After meeting with her friend, she wanders into Jill Jewel's shop. Sapphire thought she was as straight as a stick. After encounter with Jill, though, she wonders if this thought is true.

Octavia's had a rough day today. Luckily her ever cheerful marefriend is there to turn a bad day into a good evening.

Derpy Hooves was reading a newspaper at her house and she noticed an ad for a muffin-eating contest. After she was chosen to join, she asks her friend Rainbow Dash to help her train.

Life has been hard for Trixie ever since her second visit to ponyville. And now, her latest attempt to repair her image up in Canterlot has turned out to be nothing more than an evil plot concocted by a group of Changelings.

However, from this upsetting turn of events, raises an opportunity. And opportunity in the form of a mysterious stallion who offers Trixie a job to work for a small team of ponies that work with the Royal Guard. A group with some extraordinary abilities, and who (mostly) seem all too happy to let her onto the team.

But even when she accepts the offer, the question remains; why her?

An idea I've had stashed away for a while, with a bunch of OC's made by me a good friend of mine. Other tag is there because there will be several show characters later on. Think of this as a sort of supernatural crime drama, but with an overarching story.

The first chapter was written for the 2014 Summer Equestria Daily Pre-Reader "Secret Santa" Story Exchange--better known, I guess, as the EqD Pre-Reader Battle, but the story just kept on growing. The prompt was the single word "foreigner," and the cover image was commissioned from DarkerSounds.

After saving his captain from an enemy captain, Roronoa Zoro wakes up to find himself as a colorful talking horse in a world filled with other colorful talking horses, unicorns and pegasus. What will the deadly and serious Straw Hat swordsman do in a world of happiness, friendship, singing and non-killing?
