Well, a week off did me some good. I think this chapter is much better off because of it.

I don't want to say too much about whats going on, though. Chapter 21 will be quite interesting I feel, so I'll just wait for to come around.

So, hello everypony who reads this. I’m sorry to say that there won’t be a chapter of DAFAM tomorrow. I just don’t have the time or energy to finish up what, if I’m honest, is a really bad chapter.
The reason I don’t have time is because I’m moving this weekend! It’s very exciting, but also a lot of work. So here’s the plan: No chapter tomorrow, but next week will be an even better chapter! I promise.

I had a lot of fun with this chapter. I hope you all enjoy it. When I started writing Rarity I was really struggling to get into her character, but then it just clicked and I found the right path for the chapter and I think it really came into shape. And I just love that ending!

Well, after looking at what I have for Chapter 18 I've decided that it's just not good enough. I'm going to have to delay it until next Friday. I really wanted to avoid this, but I don't see an alternative anymore. Chapter 18 is in real need some some reworking in order to bring it up to my standards for what's acceptable to even show to my pre-readers, let alone post for you all to read.

That's my plan now now. Hopefully I can make Chapter 18 worth the wait. Being sick really does suck.

I have a bit of bad news. Unfortunately I got sick this week and it really sapped all my energy. So Chapter 18 is going to be delayed. I'm not sure when I'll get to posting it as I am still recovering, but I will try my best to get it out over the weekend. I don't want to delay Chapter 19 at all because of this.

Anyway, that is that. I'll update you all when I have the chapter ready.

Griffons everywhere! I love griffons so much. Not sure what happened over the last two weeks but I've recently become hooked by the feathery sexiness of the griffons. You should probably expect them to appear more in my story, assuming my tastes don't return to normal quickly.

Anyways, I don't want to give too much more away, so follow me on the tumblrs if you want to hear more about the next chapter's progress.

So if you didn't read my last blog, I had a change of heart about how I wanted to end DAFAM. The new ending will require several chapters to set up, so for now the story will continue. Ignore any previous posts that claimed the story was ending.

As most of you are aware I had previously said that DAFAM was ending soon. I have decided to continue the story a little longer and change the ending. After talking with my two lovely prereaders I felt it was in the best interest of the story to do so. Hopefully the new ending will turn out great and provide much more entertainment to all you wonderful readers.

So this is it, the second to last chapter. Next week will be Chapter 14 "Epilogue" as I call it. Wrapping up everything and calling it the end. It's been a good run and I can't wait to start my next story. I don't really have a whole lot to talk about for Chapter 13. It came together pretty early on. Twilight makes her decision and it's final. Some of you might be saying "But wait Soft Story! Was Luna real?"... To which I shall simply say: "Was she?"

There's not much left to this story, so I want to take a bit of time here to just express my thanks to everyone who has followed the story or even followed me personally. I've been getting lots of great feedback from the comments and I feel like I have a much better understanding of what makes a good fanfiction good. I will continue to refine my personal style and hopefully whatever story I tackle next, I do have several ideas, will be bigger and better.

I think it's about time we have another big plot moment cliffhanger at the end of the chapter. I can't wait to see the comments in reply to this one. As you might have guessed, this is the beginning of the end of the story. There's just a bit left that I want to do, but there will be room for an epilogue or even a sequel. No promises on anything though.

This is a bit of a personal milestone for myself. Hitting 10 chapters published. I have a nasty habit of starting something and after a short while something else grabs my attention and I end up constantly leaving these barely started projects laying around. The fact that I have done 10 weeks of this and produced, in my own humble opinion, 10 great chapters is a huge deal.

This is the first chapter I've gone into without the mindset of "Stick to less than 3k words" and without my free form make it up as I go plan. That's right, up to this chapter, while I had an outline of sorts, I didn't exactly have a plan. It was more event A happens and then event B happens, and if event A took the whole chapter then event B was moved to the next chapter.
