As most of you are aware I had previously said that DAFAM was ending soon. I have decided to continue the story a little longer and change the ending. After talking with my two lovely prereaders I felt it was in the best interest of the story to do so. Hopefully the new ending will turn out great and provide much more entertainment to all you wonderful readers.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of planning to do.

2227094 The relationship between Twilight and Celestia is still the focus of the story, but it shall be explored from a different angle than I had intended for the rest of the story. Hopefully it works.
DAFAM is one of my current ongoing favorites, and while I'm thrilled we'll be seeing more of it, I have to ask: given that you were planning to wrap it up with a single Epilogue, what are the chances we could get the original Epilogue as an alternate ending?
Also, consider adding a Spike tag. He appears consistently and seems a fairly major character. A Luna tag might give away too much, even if she appeared more often.
2227218 It's possible. I've been thinking about sharing some of the first draft I wrote on my tumblr thing. I might include the original ending there as well. It no longer has any relation to the ending I'm going to be doing so there won't be any spoilers.

It's more of the latter. I've seen comments about how Celestia was manipulative on how she asked twilight out after she recovered from her coma and I'm slightly afraid that those comments would influence Soft to make the relationship seem more controlling. Personally, I just hate the Tyrant Celestia head-cannon. Whether it be Twilestia or not. Hopefully this clears up what I meant to say.

2256604 If I post the original ending, it'll be as an extra chapter once everything is all done. And the one line preview wasn't really a preview, just having some fun on my blog.
As of now, there isn't a set number of chapters being added. It's going to be a somewhat slow build up to the end, but I'm not sure how slow yet. Once I've figured it out I'll blog about it.
