Rainbow Dash finally gets her chance to compete in the Equestria Games, but she has to also face the stallion she loves with all her heart. Will she finally be able to win the gold medal she always desired? She has three different events to compete in; three chances to be on top of the world.

A not-too-complicated SoarinDash story taking place during the Equestria Games and featuring flashbacks to canon events with extra stuff added to them. This story, however, ignores the rule that each pony can only compete in one event, because I am comparing the Equestria Games to the Olympics. It is only just a fanfic, nothing special. This story is in two different timelines: what's happening at the Equestria Games, and what's in Rainbow's memory.

After some prodding from Twilight, Rainbow Dash reluctantly agrees to start writing poetry. Obviously, Rainbow isn't a born poet, but over time her skills begin to mature, and boredom changes into self-expression.

After a tragic accident causes one of Pinkie's parties to go horribly wrong, Soarin finally decides that it's time to confess his feelings to Rainbow Dash.

Rainbow Dash had always dreamed of the moment when she would be able to enter the elite academy for Wonderbolts. But when she finally gets there, things don't work out as she expected.

Even more difficult to deal with is her developing feelings for one of the Wonderbolts...

While bogged down in her work, Rarity receives a surprise visit from a very important individual. This is the chance she's been waiting for to make a name for herself, but how does one impress a pony who is seemingly perfect in every way? A story of believing in your ability to succeed. You never know when you'll catch the eye of just the right Pony.

Can he possibly remain unseen while caught in the wake of hurricane Pinkie? More importantly, is running away the true answer to his problems? A story of learning from your mistakes, being willing to put your past blunders behind you, and never forgetting those who support you through thick and thin.
