Soarin wakes up suddenly in the middle of the night. A strange noise catches his attention from the bedroom next to his. What he will discover is going to make him realize - It is time to be true to what is inside his heart.

Rainbow Dash and Soarin are betrothed. Rainbow doesn't like Soarin at all. Soarin does. Chaos ensues. But in the end, Love Conquers All. Pun intended.

A/N: Even though the cover art is bad ass it's not what Rainbow will be wearing in the story. Also certain events won't happen like Twilight becoming a princess as it took all the elements to make her into an alicorn.

The war between the night and the day grinds on. Ponies on both sides face horrifying odds in a seemingly endless war. For Rainbow Dash and Soarin these facts are too real. Despite this fact, the two ponies managed to carve out a small space of calm in the midst of all the chaos. But nothing is guaranteed on the battlefield especially when duty and compassion run against each other.

Shortly after Zephyr Breeze graduates from mane therapy training, Fluttershy consults Rainbow Dash and asks if she can keep an eye on Zephyr. Follow Rainbow as she deals with Zephyr and all his antics on her weekly visits!

The setting will take first place at Wonderbolt Headquarters. All of the Wonderbolts were about to have a vacation until, Spitfire changed some plans. King Sombra comes back and some pony brought him back! Princess Celestia gets a letter from him and is really unhappy to see him. The Mane 6 have to stop King Sombra but, in order to do so, they need Rainbow Dash. The element of loyalty is gone and also, the Wonderbolts. King Sombra is making a plan to take over the Crystal Empire. With Shadowbolts helping him, will the plan work? Who let out King Sombra? Will Princess Celestia beat him? Where could Rainbow Dash be? Where are the rest of the Wonderbolts? Will there be a war? Is any pony going to be safe again?
