Pinkie Pie has been depressed for a long time. Her business has failed, she is out of pocket, about to lose her house and feels abandoned by her friends. In a moment of desperation, she tries to take her own life, only to be saved at the last minute by Rainbow Dash.

As Pinkie continues to battle with her depression and suicidal feelings, Twilight, Applejack and especially Rainbow Dash, must deal with the fallout of her suicide attempt.

This is a tale of sadness, pain and hope, one that focuses on the impact of our actions on others.

Everyone has depression, often it is the quiet one, the one that smile and do anything to make other happy. They get on a mask and learn to hide it, Applejack is one of those ponies that have learned about the mask of happiness. She hardly show her true self, she hide her real self. Nopony know about this, not even her family. And because of that, she don't get the help she need, the help she is in dying need of. But nopony is there, nopony is there to help her. They go on with their life, not noticing her sadness.

About two weeks ago Apple Bloom finally got her cutie mark. She has been having trouble remembering things for the last week and a half.

Could this be coincidence? Or is something else involved here?

Long before the reign of Celestia and Luna, a beautiful young mare, by the name of "Fluttershy," was on her way to her new job as a teacher at a veterinarian school in Trotsylvania. She soon finds herself in the care of the Countess de Shimmer and persued by the brother of the Countess, who has been locked away in his own home.

Not long after, a gentlecolt, Dr. Van Helstallion, comes into town, hearing of strange deaths. It is then that Van Helstallion meets Fluttershy, immediately befriending her. Now, Dr. Van Helstallion must do whatever it takes to protect the young maiden, as well as the rest of Trotsylvania, from a demon that has been causing all the recent deaths... especially due to the fact that all the victims have been young mares...
