Older, yes. Wiser, perhaps? If he had learned anything, he wouldn't be there. Offered a new chance to visit Equestria, he takes it, not understanding just how much it has changed since the first time. At least he lacks wings or a horn.

The prequel is not required or even suggested. This is a new story in a new world. It is only by the magic of authorship that one of the characters happens to be the same, but even they have been through quite a bit that was never written about. Come on in fresh, it's quite alright.

Michael Walker got a divorce.
Some time passed after that, and he purchased a life-size plush of a non-canon OC pony.
Several months after receiving her, a miracle happens for him -- his plushie comes to life.

This tale involves their interaction.

Alternate chapters will be an alternate universe where Michael Walker wakes up in Equestria laying next to the real-life version of the plushie he owns, a brown earth pony mare by the name of Nanaimo.

After becoming more friendly with the other humans of this world, the Sirens are starting to comprehend strange new human traditions and values such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, as Equestria's magic starts to corrupt parts of the city, they have to weigh dealing with their own lives alongside defending against these threats.

Including anything else that just so happens to get left over from Equestrian conflict...
