Octavia had once lived the life of a a noble. Under the reign of her tyrannical mother to be shaped into a ‘perfect’ mare, Octavia’s only comfort came from music. When that only joy is about to be taken away from her at her arranged wedding, she runs away to the first train leaving Trottingham. From there, she ends up in Ponyville, where she meets a rather mute, and irritable DJ named Vinyl Scratch…
Most of the time. She speaks, but not often. More so than when Octavia was able to speak her mind. Will the two be able to heal from the wounds that made them this way, or will Octavia’s mother be able to track her down and ruin everything that has formed between the two musicians?

Vinyl Scratch, likewise known as DJ PON-3, is recognised throughout Equestria as one of the greatest musicians of her time; but few ponies know about the troubles she faced in the early part of her life. Born to a rich fabric merchant family, she was forced to suppress her interest in music for many years, until one of the textile mill workers suggested that she keep a diary in which to write about her feelings. Here is a selection of entries from her diary that tell the tale of how she first realised her music career, the challenges she faced along the way, and how fate separated her from the one pony who had come to mean more to her than anything else in the world.

Disclaimer: if there are those of you who think that the writing style in this is rather sloppy and rushed compared to my usual quality, that was pretty much intentional. I see Vinyl as the sort of pony who doesn't care too much about grammar, so any continuity errors and other mistakes are to be taken with a pinch of salt. Also, slight bit of AU due to a My Sweet Passion reference that contradicts the events of Slice of Life.

Several weeks after recovering her crown from Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle discovers she can communicate with her counterpart from the other world, who has finally arrived at Canterlot High. When Celestia theorizes that the portal can be re-opened, Twilight and her friends--as well as the OTHER Twilight and HER friends--decide to trade places, so they can learn more about each others' worlds. The only catch: neither party can return to their own world for a full thirty moons...

This story is now cancelled. Its concepts will (eventually) be retooled into (Mis)taken Identity.

Two months after the events of Equestria Girls the monsters locked behind the gates of Tartarus find a way into the human world. With the gateway to Equestria locked for another twenty eight moons the only way to help is for Celestia to create reflections of the Elements of Harmony and have Sunset Shimmer give them to her new friends and the recently transferred native Twilight Sparkle. With these elements Twilight and her new friends become the magical Equestria Girls!

A pair of mares stepped into Ponyville with only two things on their minds.

After her duel with Twilight, Trixie set out on her own to try and restart her life. For the first week, things were looking up for her, she was putting on free performances in Manehatten's park, collecting tips, and never lifted a hoof against hecklers. For once in her life, Trixie believed that her life could get better. By the second week however, Trixie was plagued by severe nightmares of her past actions in Ponyville as well as painful memories from her past. Eventually, the nightmares get so bad that she is at her breaking point and in desperate need of help. Trixie decides to return back to Ponyville to seek help from the one pony who doesn't resent her, Twilight Sparkle. There, Trixie will find a new way to restart her life and both mares will discover hidden feelings for each other.

My first attempt at a Twixie fic as well as my first fic in general that was written on my iPad. Any helpful/ constructive criticism would be much appreciated.

Pinkie Pie misses Twilight, even after over two years. But she finds out the portal is open and goes in. Let's hope she doesn't get into trouble.

They were magical girls for an hour. And just as suddenly as it began, it's over. Along with Twilight Sparkle, their powers have gone. How do Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash deal with being just regular girls after having a taste of magic?

Sunset Shimmer did very bad things in this world. She knew that now. And she wanted to fix it.
As her punishment of helping repair the damaged high school nears its end, a familiar face comes along and makes her question whether everything can be mended. With Twilight's help, she began several new friendships.
Could she restart something more than that? Even if she broke it to begin with?

First 'Equestria Girls' fic I've done, and quite possibly one of the first Sunset/Flash Sentry stories out there (Though here the characters will be given 'human' names. I just feel it fits better that way).
