In the timeline where the Changelings have taken over Equestria, Trixie has managed to find a shadow of her former life as an entertainer in Zecora's camp. She doesn't preform for giant crowds anymore, and while she misses the grandeur, she's managed to live a happy life entertaining the children of the camp with her stories and small tricks.
But all that comes crashing down when Queen Chrysalis and her Changelings attack. Now, Trixie must use every trick she has left to save her small fan club, and especially Ruby. Because Trixie made a promise to Berry Punch, and she won't allow herself to break that promise.

Fluttershy's Nightmare Night scare from last year is on all the girls' minds again. So when the yellow Pegasus invites them all to stop by her cottage for another frightful Nightmare Night, they all jump at the chance. And boy, does Fluttershy deliver. First, she lets out a terrified scream as she runs out of her cottage, then a creature of darkness sucks her back in, and now she's talking in a voice not entirely her own.
But it's just a fun fright for Nightmare Night. Right?
'Horror' tagged because it's Nightmare Night, after all, and 'Teen' because it might be a bit scary (?)

Feeling depressed after literally landing on her backside in the street from her latest attempt, she goes to raise her spirits at a quaint little restaurant. When she meets a pony from her past, things start to look up.

Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, she will learn all there is to know about what it means to be a changeling.

But will Twilight lose herself in the hive, or will she regain what she has lost? Only time will tell.

A year and some change has past since the defeat of Nightmare Moon. Moonshade's past has caught up to her mentally along with the ostricisizing from the upper echelons of Equestrian society as she tries to show she has changed. At the same time the pressures of being related to the royal sisters and trying to steady her rocky friendships are taking a toll on her as well.

The judgment is in, what does the future hold for Moonshade as she goes through her struggles?

This story mostly follows the tv show timeline, but with some AU to it. Except for the prologue the story takes place just after Keep Calm and Flutter On and ends before Magical Mystery Cure.

An old foe, defeated and forgotten by Equestria's citizens returns and uses a mare of unique lineage to bring about it's revenge. As a counter the royal sisters give an old enemy turned friend his first assignment in hopes to keep the Element bearers out of the mare's way. Will he succeed in changing her or will the Elements have to be called upon? Can they even stop her and her Master, or will Equestria fall?

When Princess Luna created the shared dream in Ponyville, the Mane Six were busy trying to save other ponies and stop the Princess' nightmare from escaping into the real world, but there were just too many ponies to help. If Sea Swirl wants to be saved, she's going to have to save herself.
