Following his adventure twenty-five years into the future, Peter Pony Parker has been doing his best to live a normal life with his wife Twilight Sparkle and daughter Mayday. Of course, their friends are still by each other's side, but for now they enjoyed the peace.

That is, until Spider-Man 2099 warps in during a picnic. With the barriers between Earth and Equestria broken, as well as the very fabric of time. Peter must become Spider-Mane once more with his successor to defeat the mastermind Walker Sloan and his growing army.

The Worst Possible Thing happens to Sweetie Belle. She falls asleep in class. Well, at least her friends can back her up. Right?

After she is freed from the Alicorn Amulet, Trixie decides that she needs to make up with some of those who she has wronged in the past.

So of course, she goes to find the Ursa minor she once struck with a lightning bolt to apologise to it.

At the end of the school year, before Summer Break, Twilight Sparkle learned a lot about friendship, but some students still were scared of her, because during the Friendship Games, she was transformed into Midnight Sparkle, and open portals to Equestria, even after Sunset Shimmer became Daylight Shimmer and saved Twilight from her corrupted magic hungry mind, she stills holds Midnight inside her.

After the Friendship Games and being the new transfer student at Canterlot High, Twilight focuses on her studies, learns for her new friends about friendship, at home, she watches the news, but mostly about a superhero in New York... Spider-Man. What started as a classic fan girl crush, turn into something special, since she now knows the magic comes from Sunset and her friends, Twilight studies Spider-Man, how he can whatever a spider can, by taking a sample of some DNA from different Spiders, Twilight has created her own altered Spider Venom and she injects herself she with it, she now has speed and strength of multiple spiders. She created a costume using cloth and fiber, she called herself Spider-Girl.

But what Twilight will learn about being a superhero, their always gonna make enemies.

She will learn how to forgive herself while soon starting with Peter Parker, her the friendly neighbour Spider-Man.

Following the final Magic Duel, Ponyville holds Trixie in custody until she can be attended to by one of the Princesses. However, when Celestia arrives with Prince Blueblood in tow, a shocking truth awaits the residents of Ponyville.

Twilight Sparkle just can't find enough time in the day. She has to study friendship for the Princess, hang out with her five friends, and juggle her own hobbies and interests besides. But when a novel solution presents itself in the form of an experimental new spell, will it solve her time crunch, or will she be distracted even further?

Twilight gets a visit from a familiar stranger. Except it's not a stranger. It's Twilight, from the future. As future Twilight hangs out with past Twilight, past Twilight comes to a startling realisation... Her future self is kind of a jerk!
