It's been a few months since continental drift ravaged Equestria and now, Twilight and her friends have decided to hold another Friendship Festival after the disaster of the first with the Storm King and Tempest Shadow jeopardizing it. They hope that this time everything will go perfectly. But, things turn deadly quickly when they discover a killer asteroid is on a crash course with Equestria. Now, it's a race against time as they must find a way to stop it before it hits as its a matter of life or death now for, if it hits, that means the end of ponykind and every other creature as we know it. Can Twilight, Spike, the Mane 6, and her new friends stop it before it hits? Find out in this epic adventure and final chapter to the ICE AGE series/arc where the fate of ponykind rests in the hooves and claws of our heroes.

The storm forms a glacier a few miles outside of Ponyville and it's up to Twilight and the Mane 6 to stop it before it flattens their home. Equestria has entered an Ice Age.
