The road to Rainbow Dash's birth was paved with hardship and loss. But in the end, Windy Whistles was grateful for every moment, because it led her to the biggest miracle of her life.

Most of the time, Pinkie Pie is the happiest, most cheerful of ponies, but she often has a hard time coping with loss.

Today we see just how hard, as Pinkie says goodbye to a special friend.

A violent series of twitches propels Pinkie toward Fluttershy's cottage just as Discord is complaining about how regularized his chaos has seemed lately.

Applejack has never been one for frou-frou things like dresses and make up. So one day when she asks Rarity to borrow some Waterproof Mascara, it's a shock. But Rarity is simply glad for her sudden interest in beauty.

After all, there couldn't be a reason to wear waterproof mascara besides looking good... Could there?

Lucas and Derpy are best friends. He got her on his 14th birthsday as a pet, but she was even more than a strange gray cute pony-like creature who can speak. Derpy has a secret ability to grow when she really concentrates. The two of them spend all time together, but the teenager boy has some bullies at school, who try to make fun of him.

When Lucas and Derpy are going for a walk to the park, the bullies suddenly show up and start terrorizing the boy and the "ugly squint dog". But when Lucas gets to the ground, Derpy gets angry and becomes a real giant.

When Fluttershy said those words, Sunset had not really believed her. Just last week, Sunset had been a tyrant, a bully. Surely the girl was just being nice. They weren't really friends.

But as her emotions rage inside, Sunset begins to wonder if, perhaps, those words meant something. Perhaps she really could go to Fluttershy for something. Something only a friend can provide...

An eight-year-old Gallus is visited by a strange spirit from another world. He doesn't know where it came from. He's not sure when it appeared. And he has absolutely no idea why it chose him, of all griffons, to be its friend.

All he knows is that he never wants it to leave. And if that means hiding it from everygriff in Griffonstone, then so be it.
