Twilight Shimmer wants something more for her married life with her true love. She wants another member of the family. At the same time, she learns just how much she and Sunset mean to Rainbow Dash. As the years pass, the concept of family only becomes stronger.

Sunset Shimmer has been living a reformed life for quite some time now. Whether by fate or random chance, she wound up in a serious relationship with the Twilight of the human world. The most recent Friendship Games have just finished, with Crystal Prep's star academic Twilight Sparkle nearly ending the world. Abacus Cinch doesn't care about that; she merely wants Canterlot High School to forfeit the Games, claiming that the use of magic is cheating. Before anything else can be said, a new arrival appears, and Abacus Cinch gets a rude awakening.

What if the confrontation between Sunset and the Dazzlings in the hallway went a little differently? A "What if" scenario, with Sunset Shimmer puts her darker side to good use.
