May be ready.
I'm not really an artist so I just slapped together an edit for the cover art, just ignore Spike and Fluttershy in the background.
I've written a couple chapters, nowhere near as many as I had ready when I first started posting "The Line" so the chapter upload schedule would be chaotic, sometimes with long breaks between them. (read: Schedule = Nonexistent)
Any feedback is welcome. I don't really know when to start uploading so who knows when the first chapter will be up.

When Cozyglow was siphoning off Equestria's magic instead of pulling magic from the chimeras in Tartarus she remembered that James has a connection to magic from another reality. James was unconscious from a powerful sedative Cozy sneaked into his sandwich so he couldn't help. She had a basic understanding of what it was and borrowed power from that, not realizing the full depth of what the magic really was. The Lord of Nightmares granted her power, but that came with a permanent impression on Twilight. It wasn't the first time She tried to attach herself to someone from Equestria. Why? That's explained in the last chapter.
And Quick and Dirty on the Lord of Nightmares, She's not actually evil, but she isn't good either. And in her universe she is the chaos from which everything came.

Sorry for the confusion, it's actually not Twilight that's chaotic or evil. The Lord of Nightmares is typically just referred to as She. And the Lord of Nightmares isn't evil either, though her goal in her universe is considered evil.
