On Friday the 16th of November I'll be moving into my own flat and I can hardly wait. I won't have to deal with sharing a room with my little brother or getting pestered by my family. I won't have to deal with my step-dad making comments every time I stay in bed late despite the fact that I work and he doesn't. I won't have to get annoyed every time I want to write more fan fiction but I can't, because I have to walk the dog or help with homework or explain to my parents that if you're having trouble connecting to the internet it's not because "too many people are on it". I won't have to hide the fact that I watch MLP or visit sites like this. Most of all, I won't end up being forced into spending my spare time doing something that I have no interest in doing because of making everything a 'family activity'.
Once I've moved into my flat, you can expect me to spend a lot more time working on fan fiction. I can't wait to be free to come home from work, chill out with a comic or a game or some anime and write about pastel colored ponies to my heart's content. It's taken me over two and a half years to save up for a deposit, and of course I'll have bills and cleaning to worry about but it'll be more than worth it to get away from the family home.
I can hardly wait. =D
