Next Chapter of The Crimson Crusade

The next chapter should be released in a few days. I've got enough to publish, but I need to go through and make sure it feels full and complete. The story is getting more interesting to write now too, which helps a lot. I was planning on making the next chapter the one where they finally get into the highlands, but it's looking like that will be reserved for the one after it

Here's a little teaser, cause why not:

The creature sighed. "Have the ways of our kind been this lost to the outside world? Apparently so, judging by your lack of knowledge. I can transform your elder to their original state, but it is at a cost. When a Lirin performs an age transformation, it must draw that energy from somewhere, usually itself. Every interaction must have balance. If I transform her, I must either transform myself or draw the energy from something else."

[Redacted] stepped forward. "Then draw that energy from me."
