    Hmm, possibly not my best idea to date.

    So, at the behest (and indeed vicious prodding and poking) of several friends, I wrote my first attempt at a clopfic (or at least a light clopfic. What do you call that? A clipfic?). It was the result of insufficient sleep, and a sight gag in the last story I wrote.

    Blerg! I've been laid out all week with a rather impressive flu/cold type of thing. Some kind of unholy sickness chimera that has left me clinging to life by my very fingernails, and longing for the sweet sweet release of death. Or decongestants. Whichever is easier to get over the counter.

    Driven hard and put away vette

    Yay! It took a bit longer than I expected, but I finally got another story submitted and approved. It's another short Derpy/Dinky one that ... to be honest, did not go exactly how I planned. I was aiming for straight up slap-stick goofiness, and about two paragraphs in Derpy decided she had other plans. Blerg! I've been laid out all week with a rather impressive flu/cold type of thing. Some kind of unholy sickness chimera that has left me clinging to life by my very fingernails, and longing for the sweet sweet release of death. Or decongestants. Whichever is easier to get over the counter.

I'm still trying to get a completed story through editing so I can post it, and get work done on a proper romance story to follow. I thought I'd written several pages worth, but it turned out later that I"d just written 'All work and no play makes Twilight a dull pony" a few hundred times. But, that happens to everyone now and then right?

The "Twilight" thing happens to me all the time. I recommend lots of fluids should help with that flu. I also suggest a warm bath or heavy aromas to clear your sinuses. :twilightsmile:
