Huh? MLCT? Ha ha, you are a silly man. Or woman. Sorry, I shouldn't presume like that. Did I already use that joke before?
Anyway, no. What I did do was submit to a fanfic competition! The fine folk over on PonyChan's /fic/ boards organized the fourth iteration of their Write-Off competition. Entrants had 72 hours to write a new fanfic based on a randomly selected prompt: Cutting Ties. The entries are all hosted on FimFiction right here, along with a voting link that lets you vote each story on a 1-10 scale. That's 31 entrants with a whopping combined total of 166,341 words! Now, they did ask that you vote on no fewer than half (i.e. 16) of the stories, or else your votes will be discarded. However, you have about two weeks—until Mon, 2 July, 00:00 UTC—to vote, so that should be plenty of time. There's a lot of great writers in the pool this time, and also me, so be sure to vote for your favorites, and also my story!
Note: As all of the story submissions are listed anonymously, I can't actually disclose which story is mine. Not until the competition is over, anyway. So, you'll just have to read 'em all and figure out which one is mine. 
Y'all are welcome to speculate on this blog post, however.
