I did the Ice Bucket Challenge. And I do have to say that doing it the way I did was insanely stupid, and just a bit (ok, maybe quite a bit) dangerous... but DAMMIT, it was FUN!

You should. I'm not incredibly versed on biker culture, so I'm not sure how accurate it is, but purely as an action drama it's very good. Not to mention it might be the best Ron Perlman performance I've seen, and I still remember the old Teen Titans cartoon before they mucked it up with that new show.
Also, yes, Ron Perlman is amazing. If I ever wanted someone to voice act the role of God, it'd be that man.

My uncle used to be one of the rough and tumble old guard, but that was a while ago. He settled down when he started having trouble keeping up. Even then, he was never in too deep. To my knowledge he wasn't in an outlaw gang so to speak. He just drank, smoked, and fought a lot.
Me, I want to learn to ride eventually, but that's more out of curious hobby or desire to travel solo more fuel efficiently than by car than a dream of becoming a grizzled outlaw.

If you do decide to become a motorcyclist, DO take the full Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Basic course. It is well worth the coin spent.
