6. How did you come across My Little Pony: Like the majority of the fandom it seems. I saw pony pictures popping up on websites and in forums back in the old days, and shortly after they had their own section on memebase I figured "Why the f*ck not* and started watching it on Youtube.
7. What is your favorite ship in My Little Pony and why: I have several favorites, but Twilestia still holds out in the #1 spot. Why? I dunno, I guess I always liked the thought of a teacher/menotr becoming more. And the ship seems one of the more reasonable ones to me. Come at me, haters
8. What is your least favorite ship and why: Anything with an OC flavor of the month like Snowdrop, Nyx, Generic Bat Pony, Button Mash, etc. Not a fan of Discord ships, and I really loathe FlutterMac.
9. Have you admitted to anyone outside of Fimfiction that you love MLP: A few people, they all took it well.
10. Were they a family member: Yep. My younger sister who was into Gen 3 teases me about it. Woe is me

Can someone please explain to me what the appeal of the Eragon books are? I know dragons are awesome and all, but aren't there other ways you can read about them without reading a melting pot of derivative ideas and purple prose, featuring a protagonist who is never put to task for any of the morally questionable things he does over the course of the series?
