Imagine waking up in a completely different place you were from the night before. Terror seizing your blurry mind as you struggle to grasp feebly at your surroundings, find out where you are. You can barely move, and then try to figure out why.
To your horror you find that you are bound to a bed in a small concrete room, lights blaring harshly into your eyes. Heavy canvas restraints locked to your limbs and torso. You try to collect your thoughts, make things sensible, but nothing does.
Mind racing, the answer that comes to you is use your magic, after all you have relied on it your entire life to help in the daily routine. As you start to collect the energy to tear your fetters away, it dissipates faster than you can use it, leaving a throbbing jackhammer in your skull in it’s wake. No. They stole your freedom and by some yet unknown means have also removed your ability to use magic. They have removed everything that has defined your being since birth.
As the day progresses, the doctors tell you that you are sick. That everything you thought you knew the night before was a lie you created to hide an ugly truth. You are told you’re crazy. Begging to see your friends and have them get the truth across to free you, find solace in them to help, and escape this nightmare. Apple Jack! Her face beams hope and fills you with warmth, finally things would be set right…

She says you are sick.
Says you are dangerous.
Says you need help.She doesn’t remember you. She has never been your friend, only a Doctor looking over her patient. A black angel sent to watch your shoulder, lest you hurt anypony else.
You are dangerous.
The walls crumble. Nothing makes sense. Just last night everything was fine, but everything that happened before you awoke this morning was a lie. It never happened. You have been committed since you were a foal. There was no tutelage at Celestia’s side, no Elements of Harmony, NightMare Moon, Sombra or Crysilas. Your life is a shattered ruin, each memory a new cut in the fabric of what you believe. Your friends insist you are ill, the ones that don’t say that sit along side you in the cafeteria, they take pills right beside you, and are locked up during the night. Just like you.
You want to break. Lie down and cry. Loose yourself within the dirty white and green walls as you question your own mind, your own memories. They can’t possibly be a lie, can they? Why can you only remember them, and your friends don’t? Nothing seems real anymore, stuck in a nightmare you can’t escape. Your spine ices as the sudden realization that you may not ever leave this place.
Trapped.

Yeah, my writing has been glacial recently due to a new job. I'm trying to get back into the flow of things. I'm going to set up a goal of writing at least an hour a day even when I work, to start making progress.
1977534 Maybe not at the job dont want you to get fired.You cant rush perfection and you kinda made me read this from when i got home to when i fell asleep 3 pm - 2 am for 2 days so far you have been doing a great job.
dombrus is a pretty good artist, if a guy who loves perversions....... some of which I share but definitely not ALL.
still tht is a pretty nifty picture he made for the story. poor twilight, in your ostory she barely gets any breaks. hoping that even if her reality is illsuoin, and illusion is reality, she finds a way to gain a life to live, and some happiness.

Ok, I am trying to figure out how this image would rate the Questionable tag. It was very good, yes, but there was nothing to it that would indicate the need for a tag beyond Everypony

It's considered questionable because she's tied up, possibly also because of the placement of the bonds.
The admins are probably erring on the side of caution as far as what the image might be suggesting.
