STOP. FULL SPOILERS FOR Octavia's Reprise - Chapter Six BELOW!
Vinyl’s apartment in this chapter is basically based off of my first apartment, though decorated similarly to as described in JohnPerry’s Mission: Implausible. I assure my readers that I keep a much tidier home, and keep it much better furnished as well.
Once again with the allusion to religious orphanage’s (St. Mary’s in particular, here) I want to reiterate to meaning any offense to anyone of any background. Please understand it as simply me trying to interpret something from our world into that of the story’s.
Octavia’s parents house to me is kind of like the Dursley’s house from the Harry Potter series, both from the movies and my own mental image mixed together. No real reason for that, but thought it would be a fun thing to mention.
The image of filly Octavia slipping around in her pajamas is impossibly adorable to me.
