groups work... who knew?

So I submitted some of my stories to the appropriate groups. I missed a few the first time around. I didn't think it would make any difference.

Wrong.

More views, plus favorites on stories I haven't seen an alert on in weeks.

So: for any writers out there who are scratching your head wondering why you don't get the views you deserve. Put your story in all the appropriate groups.

In other news, I'm going to be a landlord because apparently I'm an idiot. Everyone I've talked to says it's a fantastic way to turn money into sadness! I now feel sort of like... um... this:

Put your story in all the appropriate groups

Unlike many users here I'll usually skip a story if it is in godlike-many groups. Especially when they're all added to them at virtually the same time. Yes I look at such things. And yes I've seen stories that were in 140+ groups.

That said, adding a story to a couple of groups every once in a while is perfectly legit, and a nice way to bring in some more views.
