Hey all.
Chapter 5 (How Are You?) of Evening Flames will be going up later today (not my usual "Friday" that I've been getting lax about); right now, it is closing in on sunrise and I am balls-tired for the night.
However, the reason that it is late?
I just got done with the rough draft of Chapter 8 (Leben Durch Frieden), and basically, Evening Flames. Yeah, it's still got to go through an editing round and some pre-readers to make sure I'm not being too hackneyed and cliché, but for the most part...
I like how it ends.
I think the chapter, as it is, does a good job at smoothly bouncing from perspective to perspective to show how nearly everyone's gearing up to head towards their next chapters in life, and really, I answer some of the biggest questions that have been plaguing Gilda since the beginning of Heart of Gold, Feathers of Steel.
And I do it in just over 14,000 words.
Now, I still need to run this through some people to make sure that I haven't self-feedbacked myself into an island of self-importance, so it's not going to be ready for some time, but once it is (and I get the epilogue written), I'm going to just dump all remaining chapters in one final update on Evening Flames and call it "Done."
Wow, that is good news. Way to go, man! Ooh, I can't wait to see how it comes out!

Ah, so once you do finish the Epilogue, you'll just upload all chapters. Not sure if we can handle that much awesome at once
Based on how you didn't quite answer whether the next update will be on Friday or Saturday, am I to assume that it is because you intend to finish the epilogue within the week?
Either way, I look forward to the rest of the story.
