    For the People!

By popular request, I've posted an epilogue to "Expecting." I hope it'll answer some of the more burning questions, but I often wonder if giving an explicit ending is better than leaving it open to interpretation.

    Back in the Saddle!

I'm back! I know it's been a little while. I had somethings to take care of. Or one thing, really.

    No, I haven't gone insane

I got my newest story posted. I hope it meets approval, gets views, likes, and all that jazz.

But this story is different. Mature, darker, bloodier.

I just wanted to let those of you who follow me that my newest story, "Nightmare Moon On Oak Street," is a horror story, but also that I haven't "lost it."

    100 crazies?!

I checked FIMFiction this morning to find I had 100 followers. I remember starting out thinking, "Wow, wouldn't it be cool to have 10,000 followers like <super-popular-author>?"

Would you like to hear another story...?

Now that "I Hate Apples" is finished, I'm ready for my next story. I'm already three chapters in, and I think it's gonna be a little longer than the last one. I'm trying something new, something to stretch myself with. A story unlike the others I've written.

    It's much, MUCH darker.

S3 finale · 6:05pm Feb 18th, 2013

OK so I just watched the S3 finale. It's...OK I guess. Definitely feels rushed. There is some understandable anger floating around the tubes but I think we all need to just take a deep breath and realize it's not the end of the world. Remember the target audience for a second. I doubt they feel the same way we do. They probably don't pick up on those subtle hints that foreshadowed this episode like the book that was in S3E1, or the fact that Twilight's harmony element is a crown and not a necklace. I want to point those things out now so bronies know that the creators DO in fact know what they are doing, that they didn't just pull the episode out of thin air. I think it just got a bit rushed and there was that blog post saying Hasbro forced the ep. and blah blah blah. Remember that if they don't make any money on it there won't BE a MLP to enjoy.

Also: singing. So much singing. While I do like a song in an episode, this just MIGHT be overkill.

At the end of the day, I'm still a brony. I'm still going to watch the next season. And I'm still going to keep writing fanfics. Of course, any new fanfics are going to be a little different if they involve Twilight. At the very least there will be author's notes to set the timing of the fic before the end of S3. And at the end of the day I think this is a good change. You have to keep the show fresh after all.
