"What about Derpys?" Sweetie Belle asked Nurse Redheart.
"Derp, Muffin, Galaxy, and Tina." Nurse Redheart said.
A multi colored baby stretched her mismatched wings out and started opening her eyes.
"Which one is that?" Pinkie asked Discord.
"That's Roxy." Discord said.
"What about that one opening her eyes right now?" Pinkie asked pointing to a light blue pegasus with a multi colored mane.
"That's Harmony." Discord said.
"That's a beautiful name." Rarity said.
"Is one of them named Posey because that was one of Fluttershy's ancestors?" Pinkie and Twilight asked in unison.
"Yes." Discord said.
"Spectrums middle name is Firefly because that is one of her ancestors," Soarin said.
"Wait wasn't Derpy due months ago?" Twilight asked in realization.
"Time travel must have delayed it." Sweetie Belle said.
"Rainbows were born early but they seem fine," Scootaloo said.
"In a few weeks or so my foals should be born." Rarity said.
"So should mine." Sweetie Belle said.
Months later...
"Posey slow down." Discord said trying to catch up to Posey. Posey was teleporting around the house.
"Try using your magic if you haven't," Fluttershy said.
"I am trying but she is teleporting to fast." Discord said.
"I got it," Fluttershy said flying out of the kitchen to were Posey was and got her in one hoof and a bottle another. Fluttershy put the bottle of chocolate milk in Poseys mouth and Posey fell asleep.
"How did you do that?" Discord asked.
"I just got in front and grabbed her," Fluttershy said.
"When are Rainbow and the gang coming over?" Discord asked.
"In two hours," Fluttershy said flying back to the kitchen.
"Flutters, please don't overwork yourself I can help." Discord said following after Fluttershy.
"Don't worry I'm fine I got it," Fluttershy said.
Posey woke up and was flying to her parents.
"Looks like Poseys awake." Discord said with a groan.
"I wish she would sleep more," Fluttershy said with a sigh.
Hours later Fluttershy's, Derpys, and Rainbows foals were playing with each other.
"Looks like Derp and Posey are getting along great," Rainbow said.
"I think Rainy wants to play with them," Derpy said.
"No one's playing with Shuddercord, Roselily, Windy, and Spectrum," Fluttershy said.
Months later the parents realized that their kids are creatures.
"How are you?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Good. How are you?" Pinkie asked.
"Ok." Sweetie Belle said.
"I didn't get much sleep last night," Rainbow said before yawning.
"Maybe once they start school we can create a second school where they can be in their creature forms." Sweetie Belle said.
"That would be amazing," Twilight said.
"We should create codes if they are starting to show their creature form at regular school or anywhere public." Sweetie Belle said.
"That is a genius idea," Twilight said.
It was hard taking care of creatures. One of the hardest was Mia because whenever water touched her she turned into a merfilly/ mermare. Another hard one was Rarity's daughter Sapphire who was a robot.
Spike and Thorax's had kids thanks to some magic. The magic made four eggs appear for the two and they waited for the eggs to hatch.
"I can't wait to see what they look like," Spike said.
"Same," Thorax said.
Then one of their nieces appeared in front of them.
"Looks like Party Lights did her first teleportation spell. I'm going to take her home." Spike said.
"Ok see you later," Thorax said before giving Spike a small kiss on the cheek.
"Bye," Spike said carrying Party Lights on his back.
After thirty minutes Spike returned with bandages all over him.
"Are you alright? What happened?" Thorax asked concerned.
"Party Lights had more magic surges," Spike said.
"What do you think our kids will be like?" Thorax asked.
"I don't know," Spike said.
"Do you think they will look more dragon or changeling?" Thorax asked.
"I don't know. Maybe half and half." Spike said.
Two days later Spikes and Thoraxs eggs hatched revealing a brand new species they called Draglings. They had two girls and two boys.
"I think this one should be named Flint," Spike said looking at one who was Flint colored.
"That's perfect," Thorax said.
After they named the other three they took their kids to meet the rest of the family. The other three names were Jade, Flare, and Axel.
"Aww, they are so adorable." Pinkie said.
"You two are going to be great dads," Twilight said.
"Do you think they can shapeshift or breath fire?" Pinkie asked.
"Don't know haven't even seen them breathe fire or use magic yet," Spike said.
Just then Jade had sneezed fire and transformed into her sister then she changed back.
"Her fire is a lighter green then both of ours," Thorax said.
"I wonder what kind of food they will eat." Pinkie said.
Jade, Flare, Axel, and Flint were playing with their cousins.
"I wonder if they will have different magic and fire colors," Twilight said.
"Most likely they will," Spike said.
Party Lights lit her horn disappearing along with her siblings and cousins.
"I will check Yakyakistan and the Crystal Empire." Pinkie said.
"I will check the Dragon lands," Spike said.
"I will check the hive," Thorax said.
"I will ask our friends for help then check Canterlot," Twilight said.
Hours later Rainbow found them when she was going to Fluttershy's for a playdate for their fillies along with Derpys. So after dropping them off, she took the Pie sextuplets and Sparkle quads to Twilights.
Sweetie Belle left to go perform everywhere she could after she knew that Snowflake and Flameheart would be fine, though she had two other daughters those were the two she was concerned about.
Cozy had twins one a filly the other a colt. She named her filly Petula and her colt Thunder. Sadly their other parent had died due to what they think was failed attempts at finding cures for poisons. Thunder was a weak flier. He was scared of birds, big cats, and some other things intel he was four.
Chrysalis was living in a cave with her little daughters. She hated the element of kindness more then she hated anyone else because of what she did.
"I got your letter. It was very sweet. The part that made my heartbeat was "My dearest, Cadence". The thought of you makes my heart soar. I know it's wrong but you're the one I love." Cadence sang with tears rolling down her face and staring at the moon well holding a broken heart with a rose.
Far away from the Crystal Empire, there was a pegasus looking at the moon in the shadows of trees the only thing that showed were her teal eyes which seemed to sparkle. She held a broken heart with a rose to her chest as well crying.
The Shy octuplets were five when they started school. Fluttershy and Discord both took their kids to school to comfort their kids. Shuddercord was hiding behind her dads head.
"I'm nervous," Shuddercord said.
"Don't worry I'm sure it will be fine." Discord said.
"Your sisters and friends will be in your class," Fluttershy said.
"What if I get made fun of because of how I look?" Roxy asked.
"Than show them who's boss." Discord said.
"Shudders!"
The family turned to see Deedee who is a teal eyed unicorn running towards them. Shuddercord hugged her best friend.
"I'm so excited! I can't wait to make new friends!" Deedee said happily. Her teal eyes glowed for a couple of seconds.
Soon the Dash quadruplets and their mom appeared.
"Hi, Fluttershy. Hi Discord." Rainbow said looking sleep deprived.
“Are you alright?” Discord asked.
“Yeah I’m fine just didn't get much sleep. Rainy was howling since it was a full moon and Spectrum was whining because her favorite blanket was dirty and won't stop until I cleaned it.” Rainbow said.
Spectrum was on her moms back not wanting to get down because she didn't want to ruin her fur. Her mom gently grabbed her and put her on the ground because Spectrum was starting to tighten her hooves around her neck.
"My hooves are getting dirty." Spectrum whined.
Rainy tackled Posey then Posey tackled her back. Pinkie and Twilight giggled next to them were their six kids. Rainy stopped what she was doing and looked at a light pink filly.
"H-h-h -hi M- m -m - mia." Rainy stuttered.
Mia blushed just enough that you could kind of see it on her light pink coat.
Mia waved her hoof shyly part of her mane covering one of her eyes. "Hi."
Twilight, Pinkie, and Rainbow all shared a knowing look.
Everyone looked up as the school bell rang and Cheerliee emerged from the building.
"Come inside kids!"
Most of the kids ran inside well others walked or flew in.
"Welcome class you will find your name at your desk," Cheerliee said as she entered the room.
The schoolhouse had more than twenty desks. Shuddercord was in the second seat in the second row. To Shuddercords left sat Deedee. Posey and Derp were in front of her well the rest of her sisters and friends were scared around the classroom.
"We will spend today getting to know each other everyone turn to the pony or nonpony next to you and introduce yourself," Cheerliee said remembering that there were nonponies in her class.
Spectrum turned to her right to a nonpony that she only saw a few times before and couldn't remember the name of. The nonpony was a Dragling.
"Hi, my name is Spectrum. What's your name?" Spectrum asked.
"My name's Jade," Jade said.
Shuddercords deck partner on her right was a green unicorn with a pink and white mane.
"Hi, my name is Minty what's yours?" Minty asked.
"Shuddercord," Shuddercord said.
"Nice to meet you," Minty said.
"Now it is time to introduce yourself to the class you need to say your name and tell us something about yourself," Cheerliee said.
"My name is Derp and I love helping my mom make blueberry muffins," Derp said.
"My name is Posey and I love poison, mainly poisonous flowers but poisonous animals are fine as well," Posey said.
"My name is Flint and I am a Dragling," Flint said.
"My name is Deedee and my mane can change from yellow to red depending on my emotion. So can my eyes but with teal and amber instead." Deedee said.
"My name is Prism and I like riding my scooter with my mom." Prism said.
"My name is Roxy and my daddy is Discord the spirit of chaos," Roxy said.
Some ponies whispered not knowing that Posey, Roselily, and Rainy could hear them. Some others hide behind their hooves.
"My name is Melody and my daddy is Gavin," Melody said.
"My name is Flameheart and I'm really good at flame spells." Flameheart said.
"My names Muffin and I help bake muffins with my sister Derp and mom." Muffin said.
Melody heard the kids behind her talking about her.
"She is one of the ones my grandma told me about."
"I didn't see either of her parents makes sense though. I mean her dad is a giffon and her mom has green magic and green eyes which means her mom's evil as well."
"I can't believe how many freaks we have in here."
"I am not a freak," Melody said turning around.
"Melody!"
She turned around to face the teacher and looked sorry.
"What's going on?" Cheerilee asked.
"They were making fun of her." a light blue unicorn answered.
"No one asked you Blindy." the filly behind Melody said.
"Well the teacher asked and also you two were being mean to one of my sisters. If you call be blindy again I will make it so cold that you freeze to death." the light blue unicorn said.
"Is that true Golden Bow?" Cheerilee asked.
"No, all we were talking about was how different they are." the brown earth pony with a two toned yellow mane now know as Golden Bow said.
"I had]your parents as students so I believe that you know the rules," Cheerilee said looking at Golden Bow.
Later at recess time...
"I want to go play hide and seek," Deedee said.
"Then let's go," Mia said. She had a dog next to her because she had a ton of allergies.
They along with their friends and siblings followed the other students. Melody frowned when she saw it was Golden Bow Rich and her friend Golden Delicious Apple who made the announcement.
"Sorry but you have to be fully pony to play. No half ponies nor nonponies can play." Golden Delicious said.
Some foals gasped they didn't think it was possible to not be a full pony.
"You saw that weird creature this morning that was Posey and her sister's daddy." Golden Bow said.
A few of them foals screamed in horror. Some fainted.
"My grandma told me that Discord has tried taking over Equestria and that griffons are rude and like to steak."
"My daddy isn't evil and never has been," Roxy said.
"My daddy isn't a thief." Melody said
"If your dad is evil then that basically means your evil too." Golden Bow said.
"Hey leave them alone!" Rainy said.
"Why are you being mean to them?" Party Lights asked.
"They are monsters. They should either be turned to stone or locked away in Tartarus." Golden Bow and Golden Delicious said in unison.
Flamehearts got so mad that a volcano appeared and shot lava out of it. Melody got Snowflake with her magic right in time. Rainy picked up Spectrum since she wanted her sister to be safe.
As soon as Cheerliee heard the screams of horror she rushed outside and saw the volcano and wondered how that got there. She looked around and saw a guilty look on Flamehearts face.
After school Rarity entered the building since one of her nieces was still there and intel Sweetie Belle or Tirke got to Ponyville it was her responsibility to take care of her nieces. Rarity's kids were outside with three of their cousins waiting for Flameheart and Rarity.
"Hello Rarity," Cheerilee said not in her usual happy tone.
"What happened?" Rarity asked.
"Flameheart got in trouble today," Cheerilee said bluntly.
"What did she do?" Rarity asked.
"A volcano appeared in the playground and erupted," Cheerilee said.
"Oh my." Rarity said putting a hoof to her mouth.
"Sorry, auntie. I just lost control of my magic when I got angry at the bullies." Flameheart said.
"You should have tried to ignore them." Rarity said.
The door opened and four ponies walked in one at a time. The ponies that walked in were Sweetie Belle, Diamond Tiara, Applejack, and Spoiled.
"Sweetie Belle glad you could make it," Cheerilee said.
"No problem." Sweetie Belle said.
"Spoiled please leave," Cheerilee said.
"Why should I, after all, I'm taking care of my grandkids." Spoiled said.
"No, your not after today your not allowed to see them ever again." Diamond Tiara said.
Spoiled walked out of the building with a huff.
"Why were your kids with your parents?" Rarity asked.
"Silver and I couldn't take them to where we were going and Silver's parents couldn't either." Diamond Tiara said.
"Golden Delicious apologize for bullying Flameheart and her sisters." Applejack said.
"Why should I?" Golden Delicious asked.
"Aye am sorry for how she behaved. " Applejack said.
"I'm sorry too." Diamond Tiara said.
"Why do we have to go to school with freaks?" Golden Bow and Golden Delicious asked in unison.
"They aren't freaks." Diamond Tiara said.
"She and the other freaks should be put in Tartarus or turned to stone." Golden Bow and Golden Delicious said in unison.
"Goldie!" Diamond Tiara said.
"Can't Goldie and I be in a different school because we don't want to be around freaks?" Golden Delicious asked.
"I found out that you were accepted in that fashion program you been talking about," Rainbow said.
"That's amazing." Spectrum said and did a little twirl.
"Congratulations," Petula said.
"I'm so happy." Spectrum asked.
"You are an amazing pegasus. No matter what I will be there for you and your sisters." Rainbow said.
"Thanks, mom." Spectrum said.
"What are you doing in Scoots class?" Rainbow asked.
"We have to practice for the flying race even though we can't fly." Spectrum said.
"Isn't that dangerous?" Petula asked.
"Very, but auntie Scoots said her as no choice." Spectrum said.
"Well you better get back," Rainbow said.
Back in Scoots class...
"Spectrum your working with Shuddercord. We are doing stations right now." Scootaloo said.
"Okay." Spectrum said.
"Congrats on getting in the fashion program," Shuddercord said.
"Stop reading minds." Spectrum said.
"You know I can't help it," Shuddercord said.
"I wish we didn't have to do this." Spectrum said.
"Same," Shuddercord said.
"So why did you really help Petula?" Spectrum asked.
"Like I said she needed help," Shuddercord said.
"You may be kind but there's no way you would help one Cozys kid just because they needed help." Spectrum said.
"They aren't as mean as you think. They are actually very nice. You need to give them a chance you can't judge someone by who their parents are." Shuddercord said.
"I know that. If you say they are nice I will try to be more friendly to them and I guess she did seem kind earlier." Spectrum said.
"HELP!" Prism screamed falling from her station.
"What do we do?" Thunder asked.
"Catch her!" Scootaloo yelled running.
The whole class ran to catch Prism. Shuddercord was very close when Prism hit the floor.
"SIS!" Lightning cried out.
"Prism are you alright?" Scootaloo asked worriedly.
No response from Prism. Everyone became very worried.
"I'll go grab the nurse." Spectrum said.
"Hurry back!" Scootaloo said.
Eight minutes later...
"According to the x-ray Prism twisted both wings. She luckily didn't break anything else." the nurse said.
"Thanks for the help," Scootaloo said.
"No problem." the nurse said.
"Now what?" Lightning asked
"I don't know," Scootaloo said.
"Mom." Prism said weakly opening her eyes.
"What is it my sweet little rainbow?" Scootaloo asked.
"Water." Prism said weakly.
"Here Prism, you can use mine." Spectrum said caring about her cousin too much to worry about germs.
"Thanks, cuz." Prism said weakly.
"No problem." Spectrum said.
"Lightning and Spectrum you can stay here after class if you want," Scootaloo said.
"Thanks, mom." Lightning said.
"Thanks, auntie." Spectrum said.
"I'm going to tell your teachers that you will be staying here," Scootaloo said.
Hours later outside the Royalty classroom...
"Are you sure?" a black changeling pony hybrid asked.
"Yes I'm sure," Chrysalis said.
"I'm nervous." a yellow changeling pony hybrid said.
"Don't worry I'm sure you two will be fine," Chrysalis said.
Chrysalis knocked on the door. The door opened revealing Fluttershy.
"Oh hi, you two must be the new girls. Come in and sit in an empty seat for now. " Fluttershy said.
The two hybrids walked inside the class and sat down.
"Don't you dare tell them," Chrysalis said.
"Don't worry Chrissy I won't tell them the secret," Fluttershy said.
"Don"t call me that!" Chrysalis said with a mixture of anger and sadness.
"You liked it years ago," Fluttershy said.
"Don't you have a class you teach?" Chrysalis asked wanting to end this conversation.
"See you later Chrissy," Fluttershy said.
"Mia fainted," Melody said walking over to her teacher.
"I'm sure she will be fine just wait," Fluttershy said.
"Did you two use to like each other?" Melody asked.
"Go inside and tell one of Mia's siblings to take her to the nurse and of course not," Fluttershy said.
"Hey, kid can you keep an eye on my daughters?" Chrysalis asked.
"Sure," Melody said.
"Thanks," Chrysalis said before teleporting away.
In the class...
"Today we have new students so we are going to say who are families are and your names," Fluttershy said. "So are current guards in training may leave now if they wish.
"Wouldn't be good for the new students to know who we are?" Melody asked.
"Alright then, you may introduce yourselves too." Fluttershy said.
"I'm Amethyst, and I'm a daughter of Rarity and Sombra," Amethyst said.
"I'm Axel, and I'm a son of Spike of Thorax," Axel said.
"I'm Aves and I'm the son of Terramar and technically I'm only in this class as a just in case." Aves said.
"I'm Bailsong the daughter of Spearhead and Sunburst. I'm one of your guards in training." Bailsong said.
"I'm Cotton Candy and I'm a daughter of Sugar Belle and Skystar." Cotton Candy.
"I'm Crepuscule and I'm a daughter of Ember and Celaeno." Crepuscule said.
"I'm Cyrus and I'm the son of Blueblood and Fleur." Cyrus said.
"I'm Dawn, and I'm a daughter of Pinkie and Twilight," Dawn said grumpily reading a book.

Mia and Surprise returned to class and took their seats.

"I'm Mara, and I'm the daughter of Stytain and niece of Tirek." Mara said.
"I'm Melody, and I'm a daughter of Sweetie Belle and Gavin. I'm another guard in training." Melody said.
"I'm Mia and I'm a daughter of Pinkie the first and Twilight," Mia said.
"I'm Midnight, and I'm a daughter of Luna." Midnight said.
"I'm Moonlight, and I'm a daughter of Luna." Moonlight said.
"I'm Nova, and I'm a daughter of Celestia," Nova said.
"I'm Party Lights, and I'm a daughter of Pinkie and Twilight." Party Lights said.

"I'm Posey and I'm a daughter of Fluttershy and Discord," Posey said eating a plant that was a mixture of poison jokes and swap fever.
"Fluttershy, all the winged students are getting hurt!" Scootaloo said running into the classroom.
"I'm sure everything will be fine," Fluttershy said.
"What if Cozy is doing this?" Scootaloo asked.
"I doubt it," Fluttershy said.
"Just make sure none of your students fall and break a wing or both," Scootaloo said.
"Don't worry we're just doing intuitions today since we have new students. No one can get hurt doing that." Fluttershy said.
"If you say so." Scoots said before leaving the room and went to help Rainbow grade.
"Pupa, It's your turn," Fluttershy said.
"I'm Pupa, and I'm a daughter of Chrysalis." Pupa said.
"I'm Raven and I'm a daughter of Fluttershy and Discord." Raven said.
"I'm Ripley and I'm the daughter of Terramar and technically I'm only in this class as a just in case." Ripley said.
"I'm Robert and I'm a son of Twilight and Pinkie." Robert said.
"I'm Roselily and I'm a daughter of Fluttershy and Discord." Roselily said.

After class...
"Oh look Golden more freaks." Golden Bow said.
"Leave them alone," Jade said.
"Oh look a freak changeling is standing up for more freak changelings." Golden Delicious said.
"We aren't freaks," Jade said then tied to breath fire but failed.
"Oh, we are so scared." Golden Bow and Golden Delicious said laughing in unison and walking away.
"She was one of the first creatures who I thought I could trust," Chrysalis said.
"Then can we go to Melody's?" Larva asked.
A figure started to walk into the cave.
"Who's there?" Chrysalis asked.
"Relax it's just me." the figure stepped into view revealing it to be Sweetie Belle.
"What are you doing here?" Chrysalis asked.
"Do you have any dark spellbooks?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Why?" Chrysalis asked.
"Research." Sweetie Belle said.
"I have two spellbooks you can use," Chrysalis said before summoning the said books.
"Thank you." Sweetie Belle said.
"No problem," Chrysalis said.
"Don't you dare tell anyone I was here and that goes for everyone." Sweetie Belle said.
"We won't tell anyone," Chrysalis said slightly scared.
"Bye." Sweetie Belle said.
"Bye," Chrysalis said.
At the Shys house...
"Get these birds out of here." Harmony said starting to get angry.
"Are you alright?" Raven asked.
"I'm fine just get the birds out of here." Harmony said getting angrier.
Phoenix and Raven got the birds outside and flew back to Harmony. An angry Windy walked over to them.
"Hi," Windy said trying to get her sister's attention.
"Hi, Windy." Harmony said.
"When did you get here?" Raven asked.
"Not that long ago," Windy said.
"Why do you two seem angry?" Raven and Phoenix asked in unison.
"I'm trying to let my anger out and I think the reason Windy is angry is that she feels invisible." Harmony said.
"That's pretty much it," Windy said.
"Why were you building up your anger?" Raven asked.
"Harmony Eris Shy, get over here!" Fluttershy called.
"Coming." Harmony called back.
Harmony found her mom in one of the libraries.
"Eris, is something wrong?" Fluttershy asked.
"No, I'm fine." Harmony said.
"Just because your name is Harmony doesn't mean you have to block out your anger and sadness," Fluttershy said.
"I know." Harmony said.
"Try having fun with your magic," Fluttershy said.
"What do you mean?" Harmony asked.
"Try to use your chaos magic," Fluttershy said.
"I'm terrible at magic. " Harmony said.
"I know you can do it," Fluttershy said.
Harmony tried to use her chaotic powers but failed.
"See." Harmony said.
"Try again," Fluttershy said.
"Why?" Harmony said.
"You'll need to use it someday," Fluttershy said.
Harmony tried again this time summoning a cotton candy that changed colors.
"I did it." Harmony said.
"Good job," Fluttershy said.
"Thanks." Harmony said.
"Now try one of these spells," Fluttershy said handing a book over to Harmony.
Harmony looked through the book and found one she wanted to try. Then she put the book now and tried casting the spell and failed.
"I will never be good at magic." Harmony said sadly.
"Yes you will," Fluttershy said.
"What if I don't?" Harmony asked.
"Don't think like that," Fluttershy said.
Harmony tried to cast the spell this time summoning replicas of the elements of harmony.
"They look so realistic." Harmony said.
"If you keep practicing your magic will get better," Fluttershy said.
"Thanks for helping me." Harmony said.
"No problem," Fluttershy said.
Shuddercord walked pass her mom and grabbed two books.
"What are those about?" Harmony asked.
"Good vs. evil," Shuddercord said.
"We have more," Fluttershy said.
"This is fine for now," Shuddercord said.
"Look at me if you're talking to me," Fluttershy said.
Shuddercord turned to face her mom.
"Sorry that I wasn't looking at you," Shuddercord said slightly angry.
"Better though you could be nicer," Fluttershy said.
"Harmony you don't have to practice magic if you don't want to," Shuddercord said.
"I want to get better at it though." Harmony said.
"It won't be something you need," Shuddercord said.
"Let her make her own choice," Fluttershy said.
"I just don't want my sister to get hurt or think magic will solve everything," Shuddercord said.
"Stop treating me like a little filly." Harmony said angrily.
"I'm not trying to," Shuddercord said.
"Keep fighting, I'm going to see if windigos are a little poisonous," Posey said.
"Make sure you wear warm clothes," Fluttershy said.
"I doubt that they are poisonous," Shuddercord said.
"No one knows that for sure," Posey said.
"Stop arguing," Raven said.
"This weather is killing one of our friends," Phoenix said causing the arguing to stop.
"I just wanted to get samples from the windigos," Posey said sadly.
"I don't think you would have been able to," Raven said.
They all went in the hallway and saw Roxy levitating a cup of hot chocolate and a tray of it. Discord and Roselily went towards them and all ten of them drank their hot chocolate.
"I'm gonna go fly around." Harmony said before leaving.
Harmony flew into Pupa. They both caught themselves before they could fall.
"Sorry about that." Pupa said.
"It's alright." Harmony said.
"Do you know where Surprise lives?" Pupa asked.
"In the ginger mini-castle with a six-pointed star inside a ballon both are engraved door." Harmony said.
"Thanks." Pupa said.
"No problem." Harmony said.
"Are you alright?" Pupa asked.
"Yeah, it's just that I've been hiding a lot of my emotions in like Roselily." Harmony said.
"Who's that again?" Pupa asked.
"White pegasus filly, red mane, green eyes, and weres a rose in her mane." Harmony said.
"I'm not looking forward to magic tomorrow." Pupa said.
"Either am I." Harmony.
"Can you some exactly where Surprise lives?" Pupa asked.
"Sure, follow me." Harmony said.
The two of them flew to Twilight and Pinkies castle. Pupa knocked and the door opened revealing Flurry.
"How may I help you?" Flurry asked.
"Is Surprise home?" Pupa asked.
"Sorry, she's at her cousin's." Flurry said.
"Which ones?" Harmony asked.
"The Draglings." Flurry said.
"Ok, see you later." Harmony said.
"Bye." Flurry said.
"Bye." Harmony said before she and Pupa flew away.
Harmony and Pupa flew to the Draglings house and knocked the door opened revealing Spike.
"How can I help you?" Spike asked.
"Can I talk to Surprise?" Pupa asked.
"She isn't feeling well right now. We were just about to take her home." Spike said.
"Oh, I hope she gets better soon." Pupa said.
"She rarely ever gets sick so this is a surprise," Spike said.
"Bye." Pupa and Harmony said in unison.
"Bye," Spike said.
Harmony and Pupa flew their separate ways and headed home.
Harmony tried to turn the cloud into a cotton candy cloud but it didn't work.
"I hope that someday I can cast more than just a few spells I can do now." Harmony said to herself and continued to fly home.
When Harmony entered she saw Windy was crying, so she walked up to her and put one wing around her for comfort.
"Thanks, sis," Windy said.
"No problem." Harmony said.
The next day in Magic....
"Pick a partner and a spell for our new project," Twilight said.
Roxy and Petula came running in.
"A lot of students are falling." Roxy and Petula said in unison.
"Change of plans class, we now need to go heal students," Twilight said.
They went to the flying classroom first.
"Thanks for coming," Rainbow said.
"No problem," Twilight said.
All of Twilights students expect Harmony and Pupa healed the flying students.
"Thank you." Stormy and Galaxy said in unison.
"No problem, now can we get back to class?" Dawn asked.
Golden Bow poured cold water on Flameheart. Golden Delicious put a sparkler on Snowflake.
"Why did you do that?" Melody asked angrily.
"Because it's funny." Golden Bow sneered.
"Fif, can you grab Flame for me," Melody asked before levitating the water off Flameheart and marking it vanish.
"Sure," Fifer said.
"You two are losers." Golden Delicious said.
The Golden duo left to go to their class. Melody and Fifer carried their sisters to Raritys classroom.
"Will they be alright?" Fifer and Melody asked in unison both of them concerned.
"I don't know. It looks worse than ever before." Rarity said.
"I don't want them to die," Melody said.
"Don't worry, let's go through the usual routines." Rarity said.
Hours later in Royalty.....
"Today we are taking a test," Fluttershy said.
"Do we have to?" Pupa asked.
"Yes," Fluttershy said.
"But we are new." Larva said.
"That doesn't matter to me," Fluttershy said.
"Aren't you suppose to represent kindness?" Larva asked.
"I thought that the element of kindness would be nicer." Pupa said.
"I'm taking away ten points from your grades," Fluttershy said.
"They have a point you know," Fifer said.
"No one asked you," Fluttershy said angrily.
Sweetie Belle entered the room wearing a light green dress with a yellow necklace.
"Sorry that I didn't knock. I just wanted to see my kids." Sweetie Belle said.
"How long is tho visit going to be?" Melody asked.
"I have a performance tonight and I have to leave afterward." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can't you stay longer?" Fifer asked.
"No sorry." Sweetie Belle said.
"We are going to be taking a test," Fluttershy said.
"Sometimes I wish you didn't do it." Sweetie Belle said.
"Do what? Tell them to take a test?" Fluttershy asked.
"No, be mean." Sweetie Belle said.
"I'm not being mean," Fluttershy said.
"I heard what you were saying before I opened the door." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can you cover for me well I go talk to Derpy?" Fluttershy asked.
"You mean well you go and talk to a pony and nonpony?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"You're annoying sometimes," Fluttershy said before exiting the class.
"Where are Flames and Snowy?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"With aunt Rarity," Fifer said.
"Do you princesses and princes what to hear how I met Gavin at the gala?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Yeah." the class said.
"It was after I sang my song when he bumped into being." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then what?" Mia asked excitedly.
"We chatted a lot that night. Before I left he asked me to be his mare friend." Sweetie Belle said with a little giggle.
"Then you said yes right?" Surprise asked.
"Not quite." Sweetie Belle.
"What do you mean?" Dusk Shine and Robert asked in unison.
"I told him that I would have to think about it." Sweetie Belle.
"When did you say yes?" Dusk Shine asked curiously.
"Two weeks later I found him and said I would love for him to be my special someone." Sweetie Belle said.
"Lier," Shuddercord said.
Sweetie Belle glared at Shuddercord before clearing her throat and smiling.
At Chrysalises...
"What do you want?" Chrysalis asked angrily.
"Chrissy, do you trust me?" Fluttershy asked.
"No and never call me Chrissy," Chrysalis said.
"Why not?" Fluttershy asked.
"You abandoned me," Chrysalis said her voice cracking a little.
"I didn't abandon you," Fluttershy said.
"Just leave me alone," Chrysalis said with tears coming out of her eyes.
"Do you trust me, Chrissy?" Fluttershy asked again touching Chrysalis's face.
"I don't know and stop calling me that," Chrysalis said looking at Fluttershy's teal eyes.
"In four years our promise is off," Fluttershy said angrily.
At Cozys...
"Hi Fluttershy, how are you?" Cozy asked.
"Good, do Petula and Thunder know what you've done?" Fluttershy asked.
"No, and I hope they don't for a while," Cozy said.
Later after Sweetie Belles song...
"That was amazing," Gavin said.
"Thank you hon." Sweetie Belle said before kissing her husband.
"Are you at least going to stay for dinner?" Fifer asked.
"I can't." Sweetie Belle said.
"Where's your next show?" Melody asked.
"Baltimare." Sweetie Belle said.
"When is your next show in Ponyville?" Gavin asked.
"I don't know." Sweetie Belle said.
"If you saw Trixie can you say hi for me?" Maud asked.
"Sure thing." Sweetie Belle said.
"Is her tour almost over." a grey unicorn filly asked hopefully.
"Yes," Maud said with a small smile.
"Too much magic," Derp said shivering.
"It's ok." Posey and Muffin said in unison putting their wings around Derp.
I hate magic it's terrifying." Deep said.
"It will be alright." Muffin said.
"I wish you would stay longer." Rarity said to her sister.
"I know sis." Sweetie Belle said.
"The girls hardly know you. When you get the chance you should spend time with them." Gavin said.
"I got to go." Sweetie Belle said kissing her husband again before teleporting away.
"Mauxie we should be getting home," Maud said to the grey unicorn.
"Ok, mom," Mauxie said.
"See you later Maxie," Mia said to Mauxie.
"Take care," Maud said.
"What's wrong Shudders?" Deedee asked.
"It's nothing," Shuddercord said.
"I know somethings wrong. If it makes you uncomfortable I wouldn't ask again." Deedee said.
"Thank you, I could never ask for a better friend," Shuddercord said hugging her best friend.
"No problem," Deedee said before pulling out of the hug.
"Did we miss her?" Flameheart asked out of breath next to her were Snowflake, her cousins, and her uncle Sombra.
"Yeah." Rarity said sadly.
"I wish she stayed longer," Gavin said.
"Can someone tell us more about her?" Snowflake asked.
"When we were fourteen or so Sweetie Belle disappeared for two weeks," Scootaloo said.
"When she returned she acted as if nothing happened. Then something weird happened." Apple Bloom said.
"Our cutie marks changed." Scootaloo and Apple Bloom said in unison.
"I wish I knew where she went for those two weeks." Rarity said.
"I know where she went," Cozy said.
"Where?" Rarity asked.
"It was after they moved my cell. I saw a unicorn with light green magic taking samples from the creatures." Cozy said.
"Did you see the face?" Rarity asked curiously.
"I saw that she had light green eyes," Cozy said.
"Are you sure that it was her?" Gavin asked.
"I'm sure. There aren't many ponies which light green eyes and magic. Also, I heard her hum." Cozy said.
"Why would she have been there?" Rarity asked.
"For a spell that she knew she could only cast where there are lots of evil creatures. It might have been for a spell that is forbidden now." Rainbow said.
"Why would she do a spell-like that and how do you know about forbidden magic?" Rarity and Twilight asked in unison.
"To find a way to save Equestria and beyond from a major battle," Rainbow said.
"I think it might have caused her to think she was gone for two or more hours and was surprised when she found out how long she was really gone for," Derpy said.
"What do you think happened to our cutie marks," Scootaloo asked.
"I don't know," Derpy said.
"Has it ever happened before?" Scootaloo asked.
"I don't think so," Twilight said.
"I think it has," Derpy said.
"When?" Scootaloo asked.
"It was said to be along time ago," Derpy said.
"Who was it?" Scootaloo asked.
"It was...." Derpy said before she was interrupted.
"Nothing you need to know right now," Cozy said.
"Why not?" Scootaloo and Apple Bloom asked in unison.
"You will find out when the time is right," Cozy said.
"Fine." Apple Bloom and Scootaloo said in unison unsatisfied.
"Wait how can a cutie mark change? Party Lights and Dawn Pie asked in unison.
"I don't know," Derpy said.
"Do you think Sweetie Belle caused the cutie marks to be different?" Tina asked.
"Kind of," Derpy said.
"How do you all know so much about this?" Dawn Pie asked.
"Time travel," Derpy said lying.
"How does Rainbow know?" Muffin asked.
"I've heard her talk about it," Rainbow said and began rubbing her hooves.
"Liers," Shuddercord said.
"I was kind of telling the truth," Rainbow said.
"But Derpy wasn't," Shuddercord said.
"The truth is a bit complicated," Derpy said.
"I should be getting back to work. Bye." Pumpkin said walking towards Sugarcube Corner.
Shuddercord was walking through the everfree forest when she found a porg in a lake.
"Are you alright?" Shuddercord asked.
"Squawk! Squawk!" the porg said.
"I wont hurt you and I am nothing like my mother!" Shuddercord said the last part bitterly.
"Squawk." the porg said.
"Nice to meet you Dawn. One of my friends names is Dawn as well." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"My name is Shuddercord, Shuddercord Estelle Shy." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"My friend Prism can turn into a porg that is why I can understand you." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"No she doesn't know the truth yet." Shuddercord said.
At the Shys home....
"I can't find Shuddercord." Discord said.
"Don't worry I'm sure she's here somewhere." Fluttershy said.
"I've looked everywhere." Discord said.
"The library?"
"Yes."
"The garden?"
"Yes."
"The extra spicy room?"
"Yes."
"The queit room?"
"Yes! She's nowhere in the house."
"I'm sure she's fine. Shuddercord is brave when there is danger."
"Fluttershy!"
She sighed. "Alright, if it will ease your mind, I will help look for her."
They called Rainy down since she was still there and could sniff out anything.
Shuddercord was swimming with Dawn the porg.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"Deedee is my best friend, she's like a sister to me." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"I have visions and I can read minds." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"I can't fly." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"I have seven sisters." Shuddercord said.
"Squawk?" Dawn the porg asked.
"No they have diffrent powers." Shuddercord said.
"Squa...."
She was cut of when Fluttershy appeared in front of them.
"Shuddercord get out of the lake now!" she ordered.
"Mom wait!" Shuddercord said.
Discord then came rushing over to his daughter. "Shudders! I'm so happy that you're alright!"
"Dad! You're squeezing me." Shuddercord said.
Dawn the porgs parents flew towards the forest ground.
"Dscendants of Blaze." Fluttershy said in an angry voice.
"Descendants of Malice." Dawn the porgs mom said.
"Whoa they can talk!" Rainy said surprised.
"Take your daughter and get out of here!" Fluttershy said.
"Dawn come on your sister is waiting for you." Dawn the porgs dad said.
"Never return!" Fluttershy said.
"Won't dream of it." Dawn the porgs mom said.
"Bye." Dawn the porg whispered sadly.
"Bye." Shuddercord said.
At the Shys home....
"What were you doing out there?" Fluttershy asked angrily.
"I was...."
"You know you're not supposed to go into the Everfree without someone." Discord snapped. "You could have gotten hurt!"
"I'm not a little filly! I go out there all the time."
"What? How?" Discord asked.
"That doesn't matter right now! Why were you with that porg? Fluttershy asked.
"Whats the problem with making friends with a porg?" Shuddercord asked though she knew why.
"That porg was a descendant of Blaze. There family have been our rivals for over a millennia." Fluttershy said.
"Why?" Shuddercord asked.
"Blaze got mad for no reason and attacked our family." Fluttershy said.
"Lier." Shuddercord said.
"Blaze thought that the rumors of Malice were true and went to battle her." Fluttershy said.
"Lier." Shuddercord said.
"Now that isn't true." Fluttershy said.
"I never said it wasn't partly true." Shuddercord said with a bit of a smirk.
"Your grounded for two weeks." Discord said.
"No sweets and no books." Fluttershy said.
"How have you been going to the everfree without us knowing anyways?" Discord asked.
"I call for a big bird like the roc or something similar." Shuddercord said.
Shuddercord went to her room. Phoenix knocked on Shuddercords door.
"Sis, can I come in?" Phonixe asked softly.
"Sure." Shuttercord said.
"What happened?" Phoenix asked walking in.
"I made friends with a family enemy." Shuddercord said.
"I never would thought you would get in trouble." Phoenix said.
"Can you leave me alone now?" Shuddercord asked her behavior changing.
"What's wrong Shudders?" Phoenix asked concerned.
"Nothing." Shuddercord said her voice starting to rise.
"I got this sis." Roselily said entering the room.
"Ok." Phoenix said leaving the room.
"Go away!" Shuddercord yelled
"Sis, it's alright I'm here for you." Roselily said.
"I said go away!" Shuddercord yelled.
"Sis, calm down." Roselily said.
Roselily got knocked to the ground with magic she didn't recognize and was badly injured.
"Did I do that?" Shuddercord asked surprise and scared.
"I think so." Roselily said very weakly before passing out.
"Dad!" Shudddercord called out.
Discord teleported next to Shuttercord with her six other sisters and mom.
"What is it?" Discord asked.
Shuddercord pointed to Roselily and cried.
"What happened?" Posey asked.
"I didn't mean to." Shuddercord cried.
"Its ok." Harmony said giving Shuddercord a hug.
They teleported to the hospital.
Hours later....
"How are you feeling?" Discord asked.
"Fine I guess. Though I can't really feel my wings." Roselily said.
"I'm sorry sis." Shuddercord said.
"Its ok." Roselily said.
"I hope they let you out of here soon." Posey said.
"Same." Roselily said.
"I finished making the blanket. Here." Spectrum said giving Roselily the red and green blanket.
"Dash quads, Prism is able to leave now. She is in the waiting room." Nurse Redheart said.
"Yay." Rainy said.
"That's fantastic." Spectrum said fixing a hole in a dress.
"That's awesome." Cloudy said.
"That's wonderful." Stormy said.
"See you tomorrow." Discord said before he and everyone eles left.
The next day....
"Roselilth, can go home she just needs to be careful." Nurse Redheart said.
"Got it." Discord said.
"Let's go celebrate." Roxy said.
"Rosy, your smiling!" Harmony said.
"She is." Raven said.
"Shudders are you alright?" Raven asked.
"Yeah." Shuttercord said.
"I still can't believe you can do magic now." Roxy said.
"I think it's connected to my emotions." Shuddercord said.
"Maybe." Harmony said.
At Sugarcube Corner....
"What can I get you all today?" Pumpkin asked.
"Two red velvet cupcakes." Posey and Roselily said in unison.
"A chocolate milkshake with a cherry." Roxy said.
"A cinnamon roll." Windy said.
"Chocolate doughnut with rainbow sprinkles." Harmony said.
"Bannan bread." Raven said.
"Soft pretzels with cheese and no salt." Phoenix said.
"A chocolate doughnut." Discord said.
"Cherry cream pie." Fluttershy said.
"What do you want Shudders?" Pumpkin asked.
"Same thing as Phoenix." Shuddercord said.
"Got it." Pumpkin said.
"Shudders, what's wrong?" Discord ask worried.
"Nothing, I'm fine." Shuddercord said.
"Roselily is smiling and your not." Raven said.
"Here are the red velvet cupcakes. The rest will be out shortly. " Pumpkin said.
"Where are your parents and siblings?" Discord asked.
"Pound is out with his girlfriend and my parents are taking the twins on a trip to Canterlot for an upcoming competition." Pumpkin said the part about her twin brother bitterly.
"Hey Pumpkin." Flurry said after she flew in.
"Here's Mias food." Pumpkin said knowing what Flurry was there for and levitating the bag over to Flurry.
"Thank you." Flurry said taking the bag with her magic.
"No problem." Pumpkin said.
"Bye." Flurry said as she left the bakery kind of slowly.
"Bye." Pumpkin said.
Suddenly Roselily and Shuddercord fell to the ground.
"Rose! Shudders!" Discord cried.
Pumpkin dropped the food before rushing over to their table.
At the hospital....
"What happened?" Nurse Redheart asked surprised when she saw them.
"We don't know." Discord said.
"Will they be ok?" Posey asked a bit scared.
"I think so." Nurse Redheart said.
"Is Shudders alright?" Deedee asked running to them with a bright red mane, amber eyes, and a dark purple coat.
"I think they just fainted but I"m not sure." Discord said.
"How did you know something was wrong with Shudders anyways?" Posey asked.
"I could feel it." Deedee said.
"Sis, mama and mom are looking for you." Cosmic Stars said.
"Tell them that I'll be home as soon as I know for sure that Shudders is fine." Deedee said her light yellow mane, teal eyes, and purple coat slowly returned.
"Ok, see you later." Cosmic Stars said before teleporting away.
"Make a wish and blow out the candles!" Pinkie said looking a mixture was excited and exhausted.
The eight-layer cake in front of the Shy octuplets, Hooves quads, and Dash quads had two hundred and fifty-six candles, sixteen for each of them.
"Ready?" Spectrum asked with her mane up in a bun.
The other fifteen birthday girls nodded. "On four."
One.... two...." they counted together, "three.... four!"
They inhaled simultaneously and extinguished the tiny flames while Rainbow took pictures.
"So what did you girls wish for?" Discord asked.
"I wished for a rare colored thorned rose," Roselily said.
"Red velvet strawberries," Roxy said.
"A camera that changes colors," Windy said.
"A different color of a poisonous plant," Posey said.
"A bird book," Raven said.
"A flame in the shape of a bird that will never burn out," Phoenix said.
"A history book on the elements of harmony." Harmony said.
"A light blue sewing machine." Spectrum said.
"A new wonderbolts blanket and a paw necklace," Rainy said.
"A necklace with a cloud." Cloudy said.
"A weather blanket," Stormy said.
"Muffins," Derp said.
"A telescope with a clock on it," Tina said.
"Blueberry muffins." Muffin said.
"A telescope with a star on it." Galaxy said.
Shuddercord wrote down her wish on a piece of paper.
"She wishes for a book on good vs. evil," Deedee said reading Shuddercords wishes to everyone.
Shuddercord stopped speaking four years ago.
Discord snapped the item(s) each of them asked for in front of them.
"Here's the price of cake for everyone." Discord said levitating a price of cake to everyone that could eat it and put it down in front of them.
"Here Mia," Fluttershy said giving her cotton candy since Mia couldn't eat cake because of her allergies.
"Thank you," Mia said.
"No problem. Here Dawn." Fluttershy said giving Dawn Pie a bowl of berries since she didn't like sweets.
"Dawn say thank you." Pinkie said.
"Thank you." Dawn Pie said in her usual grumpy voice.
"No problem," Fluttershy said.
"Who took Shudders cake?" Discord asked.
"I don't know." a white unicorn with a light purple mane said with a mouthful of cake.
"Amethyst, manners!" Rarity said.
"Where did you put it?" Diamond asked her sister.
"It's right here," Amethyst said.
"Give it back to Shudders." Discord said.
"Fine." Amethyst groaned levitating the cake and pasted it over to Shuddercord.
The other guest included Pinkie, Twilight, the other four of the Pie sextuplets, the four Sparkle sisters, Spike, Thorax, their kids, the two sets of Cake twins, Petula, her twin brother, Scootaloo, her two kids, Dinky, Petunia, their daughters, Maud, Trixie, their two kids, Amethysts three sisters, Gavin, his daughters, Apple Bloom, Tender Taps, their kids, Applejack, her kids expect Golden Delicious and Derpy.
"I wish Sweetie Belle could have come." Rarity said.
"We will see her at the gala," Scootaloo said.
"Mom is dad going?" Lightning asked.
"Yeah he and uncle Soarin are in Cloudsdale they are practicing for the wonderbolts performance and will meet us at the gala," Scootaloo said.
"Why isn't aunt Rainbow practicing?" Prism asked.
"The reason is why they let me come here in the first place," Rainbow said.
"Wheres Rara?" Twilight asked.
"She's still on tour. She will be back before the gala. I'm glad she's doing the tour. She hasn't done any in almost two decades." Applejack said.
"Do we have to wear dresses?" Rainy asked.
"Yes, Spectrum and Rarity worked hard making them," Rainbow said.
After the party, they had a sleepover in each of the eight Shy sister's rooms.
"I hope the gala will be magical," Mauxie said.
Mauxie was one of the ones in Shuddercords room for the sleepover.
"That's right you've never been." Party Lights said.
"Yep," Mauxie said.
"The gala will be more fun this year with Sweetie Belle singing," Deedee said.
"Are you going to ask my brother Dusk Shine to dance with you Dee?" Party Lights asked.
"Maybe," Deedee said with a light blush.
"Do you think anyone will dance with me?" Mauxie asked.
Shuddercord nodded her head.
"I bet someone will want to dance with you," Deedee said to Shuddercord.
Shuddercord shook her head.
"Party, are you going to ask someone to dance with you?" Mauxie asked.
"No colt or filly have caught my eyes. Besides I'm most likely going to stay next to Dawn." Party Lights said.
"Maybe neither colts or fillies are your things," Mauxie said.
"Maybe colts and fillies are me…" Party Lights stopped, her expression becoming thoughtful. "Huh."
"Girls go to bed." Discord said.
"Do we have to?" Mauxie asked.
"Yes." Discord said.
Discord went over to the next room and told them to go to bed as well.
"Did you hear what happened to Golden Delicious and Golden Bow?" Mauxie whispered.
"No, what is it?" Party Lights asked.
"They got jobs as janitors," Mauxie said with a chuckle.
"I guess Golden Bows' parents couldn't get her a better job even though they are very rich." Party Lights said.
"I heard that her parents were so mad at her they were hesitant to send her to her mom Diamond Tiara's school they sent and now can't go to the gala or any other special event," Mauxie said.
"What about Golden Delicious?" Party Lights asked.
"Girls got to sleep now or I'll use the state," Fluttershy said.
"Ok, we will," Mauxie said with a shiver.
Hours later...
"Psst," Deedee whispered. "Shudders."
Shuddercord opened her eyes and looked at her friend. Deedee was the only creature she had talked to in the past four years since she stops speaking to everyone else.
"You need to talk to someone that isn't me," Deedee said.
"I know," Shuddercord said her voice was kind of cold now.
"I know someone will what to dance with you at the gala," Deedee said.
"I know but I won't dance with them," Shuddercord said.
"I will always here for you no matter what," Deedee said.
"Thanks, I don't know what I would do without you," Shuddercord said.
"No problem and I don't know what I would do without you either," Deedee said.
Deedee's teal eyes flashed amber for a couple of seconds.
"Are you alright?" Shuddercord asked concerned.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Goodnight." Deedee said before hugging her best friend.
Shuddercord opened the door to Prism who about knock a couple of seconds later.
"I believe you know why I'm here." Prism said bitterly.
Shuddercord nodded her head.
"Did you know before?" Prism asked.
Shuddercord nodded her head again.
"Why did you never tell me?!" Prism asked starting to cry.
Instead of answering Shuddercord closed the door on Prism.
At the train station...
"I can't believe we can go to the gala this year!" Funnel said excitedly.
"I hope the gala will be great." Red Velvet said.
Red Velvet like her older sister Pumpkin was a unicorn. Funnel was a pegasus like his older brother Pound. Red Velvet and Funnel are twins like their siblings.
"You all look wonderful." Pound said.
"Remember that they are only letting you two go is because mom and dad helped with the food." Pumpkin said.
"We know sis," Funnel said annoyed since he had heard that many times.
"Is Cream Puff going to the gala?" Red Velvet asked really hoping that the answer was going to be no since she really hated her.
"Yes she will but she's busy right now." Pound said.
"Sis, do you think you will find your special someone at the gala?" Red Velvet asked.
"I don't know. I've kind of given up on that." Pumpkin said.
"Don't give up." Red Velvet asked.
"The train for Canterlot is leaving!"All aboard that's going aboard! We don't want you to have to wait for the next train." the conductor called from the train.
"There you go." Pinkie said after putting Mia's mane up into two pigtails.
"Prism hold still!" Spectrum said.
"Never!" Prism said running away from Spectrum.
"I got it, sis," Rainy said.
Rainy grabbed Prism and held her still long enough for Spectrum to put a purple dress on her.
"Nova, can I use the mane spray?" Moonlight asked.
"Sure," Nova said.
"Do you want your mane up?" Mia asked Mauxie.
"No thanks," Mauxie said.
"I wish I didn't have to be here." Dawn Pie said grumpily.
"You need to have fun." Surprise said.
"Fun is reading. Not partying and dancing." Dawn Pie said.
"There are times when it's ok to party and smile," Twilight said.
"I can't wait to see mom and dad." Flurry said.
"Today will be one of the rare times when we get to see Sweetie Belle." Rarity said.
"Can someone help me with Honeycrisps mane?" Surprise asked.
"What do you need help with?" Party Lights asked.
"With putting it into a bun." Surprise said.
"Can't you just put it in a ponytail?" Honeycrisp asked she was annoyed at her long mane that couldn't really be cut.
Party Lights put Honeycrisps mane into a ponytail that had an apple on the ponytail holder.
"Done." Party Lights said.
"Thank you," Honeycrisp said.
All the males were waiting at the bottom of the stairs for the girls.
"Uncle Spike, how's my breath?" Dusk Shine asked.
"You asked me that six seconds ago. Your breath is fine." Spike said.
"Is it just me or is it getting warmer in here?" Dusk Shine asked.
"Is this about a special someone?" Thorax asked.
"Uh..." the colt uttered. "Maybe?"
"Boy or girl?" Tirek asked.
"Girl." Dusk Shine said.
"The best way to a mare's heart is being yourself and baking her a delicious treat." Pound said.
"We're here!" Pinkie chimed from the top of the stairs.
Pinkie was wearing a dark pink dress with some ruffles, Twilight was wearing a dark blue dress, Surprise was wearing a purple dress with a matching bow, Mia was wearing a dark pink dress with swirls and she wears her pink and blue seashell necklace that Rainy gave her, Party Lights was wearing a blue dress, and Dawn Pie was wearing a yellow and orange dress. They along with Cadence daughters and Spikes daughters walked towards Spike, Thorax, Robert, Dusk Shine, Flint, and Axel.
"You girls look great," Spike said.
"Thanks," Twilight said.
"Is mom going to be here." a pink alicorn asked.
"Yes, she will. Hopefully." Flurry said the last part to herself.
Soon the rest of the girls were at the top of the staircase in beautiful dresses. Dusk Shine's attention was on Deedee who was wearing a blue and red dress with blue slippers, her blonde mane was in ponytail and a braid.
"Go to her," Spike whispered.
"Deedee you look...." Dusk Shines blushed embarrassed. "Amazing."
"So do you," Deedee said.
"Do you want to dance?" Dusk Shine asked.
"Sure," Deedee said.
"You girls look wonderful." Discord said looking at his wife and daughters.
"So do you," Fluttershy said.
"You girls are as beautiful as a swan dancing on a lake." Tender Taps said to his wife and daughters.
"Nova, where is your sister?" Celestia asked.
"Don't know," Nova said.
Nova's sister Sunshower flew towards her sister and mom.
"I'm her mom." Sunshower said.
"You two did a wonderful job," Twilight said looking at Rarity then Spectrum.
"Thanks." Spectrum said.
"Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor have arrived." a guard said.
"Let them in," Celestia said.
"I'm happy that you were right." the pink alicorn said to Flurry.
"Same Amore." Flurry said.
"Amazing!" Cloudy exclaimed.
"Awesome!" Rainy exclaimed.
"Wonderific!" Stormy exclaimed
"Fabulous!" Spectrum exclaimed.
"That was a great show," Scootaloo said.
"Thanks." Rainbow, Soarin, and Rumble said in unison.
Sweetie Belle walked in with a beautiful yellow dress.
"You look wonderful." Rarity said.
"Thanks." Sweetie Belle said.
Rainy and Spectrum were talking when Rainy suddenly stopped. Spectrum looked to see where her sister was looking.
"What are you waiting for? Go ask her to dance!"
"I....I...."
Spectrum dragged Rainy to Mia and pushed her in front of Mia.
"Do you want...?" Rainy started to asked.
"Sure," Mia said.
Shuddercord ran and pushed Sweetie Belle out of the way. A chandelier fell on the ground and hit was Sweetie Belle was standing just seconds ago.
"Thanks, Shudders." Sweetie Belle.
"That was strange," Derpy said.
"Yeah, it was." Sweetie Belle said.
"Are you alright?" Rarity asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Sweetie Belle said.
"What's going on?" Luna asked.
"I have to do something bye." Sweetie Belle said before teleporting away.
"Why did she leave before her song?" Flameheart asked.
"She had to go and check on something that is very important but she will be back," Derpy said.
Sweetie Belle teleported back with little cuts.
"What happened?" Gavin asked.
"I had to check on something." Sweetie Belle said.
"After the gala, you need to tell us what happened and if Rainbows theory is correct." Rarity said.
"Ok." Sweetie Belle said though she most likely wasn't going to tell her.
"Now go up there and sing." Rarity said.
"A long time ago...." Sweetie Belle began to sing.
"Applesauce, Amy and I were wondering if you would like to dance with us," Flint said.
"I would love that. " Applesauce said.
The two walked over to Amethyst and they danced together. Then Amethyst kissed Applsauce's left cheek and Flint kissed her right.
"Back when it all started...." Sweetie Belle continued to sing.
"You know my secret don't you?" Fluttershy asked Shuddercord.
Shuddercord nodded. For a second she saw something behind her mom that she thought wasn't there.
"We were blinded by the past,
Too scared to do anything." Sweetie Belle continued to sing.
"When Roselily finds out you knew and didn't do anything to stop it she will be mad," Fluttershy said.
"We have come so far since then...." Sweetie Belle continued to sing.
"Fluttershy do you want to dance?" Discord asked.
"Sure," Fluttershy said.
"We are like shooting stars, we've come so far...." Sweetie Belle continued singing.
"We got a code eight." Surprise said.
"Get Rainy somewhere safe," Scootaloo whispered.
"Though some of us still have hatred in our hearts." Sweetie Belle continued singing then she glanced at Fluttershy.
Surprise flew over to where Mia and Rainy were when Spectrum jumped in the way of a glass of water that was about to hit Mia.
"Spectrum, are you alright?" Rainy asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Spectrum said her coat bleeding from some of the glass.
"You should get cleaned up before you cause a code four," Mia said.
"What's going on?" Moonlight asked.
"Can you get the curtains closed?" Surprise asked.
"Sure." Moonlight said knowing the reason.
"And the ice cold heart wouldn't melt." Sweetie Belle continued singing.
After cleaning up and heading back to the gala Spectrum spotted two sad pegasi on the ground one of which she knew.
"What's wrong?" Spectrum asked.
"I tried asking Shuddercord if she wanted to dance with me and she shook her head no before I could even ask her," Petula said sadly.
"What about you?" Spectrum asked the other pegasus.
"Same thing." the pegasus said.
"What's your name?" Spectrum asked.
"Dawn." the pegasus said.
"Nice to meet you." Spectrum said.
"Even if the fires burning, the light can still enter." Sweetie Belle continued singing.
"Have any of you seen my sister?" Red Velvet asked.
"She's over there." Spectrum said spotting Pumpkin talking to Flurry.
"Thank you." Red Velvet said then went over to her sister.
Cadence saw Fluttershy getting some food and smiled nervously before walking over to her. Fluttershy saw Cadence and waved nervously at her.
"Your stone heart will never break until you let some light inside...." Sweetie Belle continued singing.
"She knows why you are the way you are and never did anything about it." Fluttershy said.
"What?" Roselily asked.
Shuddercord looked away.
"It's the truth." Fluttershy said.
"Is it really?" Roselily asked.
Shuddercord turned to face her sister and nodded sadly.
"I can't believe you never did anything!" Roselily said angerliy
"Do you want to stay and have some a blueberry smoothie." Fluttershy asked.
"Sure." Roselily said.
"Shuddercord you can leave now." Fluttershy said.
Shuddercord left the room. Deedee saw hwe and walked over.
"Are you alright?" Deedee asked.
Shuddercord looked both ways and then she nodded.
"What happened?" Deedee asked.
"Rose, knows that I knew what was happening to her." Shuddercord said before running away.
"Shudders, it's drawing near." Derpy said.
Shuddercord ran outside and into the garden. She bumped into Party Lights.
"Are you ok?" Party Lights asked.
Shuddercord ran back inside and ended up in a wing of the castle she had never been in before. It had lots of stainglass windows.
"They are full of lies." Derpy said with a little anger in her voice and eyes.
Shuddercord stared at the windows. Then put her hoof on an empty one.
"I bet one day this whole entire hall will be filled with stainglass windows and hopefully truth." Derpy said.
Shuddercord ran outside the castle and into the busy streets of Canterlot.
Two hours later Shuddercord returned to the castle.
"You made it back just in time." Amethyst said.
Shuddercord and Amethyst went to the dining room.
"This is delicious." Spectrum said.
"This is awesome seaweed." Mia said.
Shuddercord didn't really eat anything.
"Are you not hungry?" Cosmic Stars asked.
Shuddercord nodded her head.
"You should at least eat a little." Deedee said.
Shuddercord after eating two pieces of a watermelon left the room. Fluttershy followed Shuddercord out of the room.
"I need to give you something follow me." Fluttershy said.
Shuddercord didn't want to but she knew she had no choice so she followed her mother.
Fluttershy went in the room that she and Discord slept in the night before and grabbed a necklace. Shuddercord was waiting outside the door when her mother returned.
"Here." Fluttershy said holding out the necklace.
Shuddercord reached for it slowly and put it on then left.
"Why did you give it to her now?" Cozy asked coming out of the shadows.
"I couldn't wait any longer." Fluttershy said lying.
"I know that you gave Shudders the necklace for a different reason then that." Cozy said.
"I will tell you why I reallly gave it to her later." Fluttershy said.
"No one will expect what's coming." Cozy said.
"Belle and Derpy might know but hopefully they will be too busy to do anything about it." Fluttershy said.
"Are you sure that this will work?" Cozy asked.
"I'm sure." Fluttershy said.
"I wish you helped me before I was sent to Tartarus." Cozy said.
"I know but you know I couldn't risk them finding out the truth." Fluttershy said.
"Are you sure that we've picked the right one?" Cozy asked.
"Are you scared?" Fluttershy asked.
"No of course not. I'm just curious." Cozy said.
"Then stop asking those types of questions and help me." Fluttershy said.
Roselily was sitting in the room she was always in when she spent more then a day in Canterlot.
"I can't believe that Shudders never helped me." Roselily cried not knowing that she was being listened to.
Sweetie Belle walked in and gave Roselily a hug.
"She didn't what to make things worse for you Lilith." Sweetie Belle said ripping the tears off of Roselilys face with her magic.
"What do you mean?" Roselily asked.
"She knew if she tried helping it would only make things worse." Sweetie Belle said.
"How do you know?" Roselily asked.
"I just do." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why do you almost always call me Lilith?" Roselily asked.
"I like the nickname for you and because you almost always act tough when truly your scared." Sweetie Belle said.
"What does that have to do with the name Lilith?" Roselily asked.
"Lilith means from the night. It came from an evil spirit and you were raised to be evil. To me it's a beautiful name for someone who acts tough but is scared."
"I don't know if I can forgive Shudders." Roselily said.
"You will come to trust her again." Sweetie Belle said.
"How do you know?" Roselily asked.
"I can sense it." Sweetie Belle said.
"I'm still mad at Shudders." Roselily said.
"I understand that you feel betrayed I from that things will get better." Sweetie Belle said.
What do you mean?" Roselily asked confused.
"I will tell you when the time is right." Sweetie Belle said
"Can you tell me a story with you in it?" Roselily asked.
"Which one?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Surprise me." Roselily said.
Years ago....
"You were amazing." Gavin said.
"Thanks." Sweetie Belle said.
"I don't know how you come up with such amazing songs." Scootaloo said.
Sweetie Belle told them she had to check on something and would be back.
"What's wrong Chrysalis?" Sweetie Belle asked the disguised changeling.
"How did you know it was me?" Chrysalis asked surprised.
"I could just tell." Sweetie Belle said lying.
"Over a millennia ago my kind was cursed." Chrysalis said.
"Your the last flutter pony and you were very young when the curse happened. I'm sorry that you had a rough life." Sweetie Belle said.
"How did you know?" Chrysalis asked.
"I read about it." Sweetie Belle said kind of lying.
"Can you lift the curse?" Chrysalis asked with hope in her eyes.
"It's considered dark magic and I'm not even supposed to know about it." Sweetie Belle said.
"But can you lift the curse?" Chrysalis asked hope still in her eyes.
"In less then twenty years the curse hopefully will be lifted." Sweetie Belle said.
¨What do you mean?" Chrysalis asked confused by what she had just heard.
"It's hard to explain." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can you lift the curse though?" Chrysalis asked.
Back to the present....
"I don't feel well." Roselily said.
Sweetie Belle levitated Roselily and put her on the bed and summoned a bottle of blood to give her.
"Here." Sweetie Belle said giving Roselily the bottle.
"Thank you." Roselily said weakly before a sip.
"No problem." Sweetie Belle said.
"What happened?" Derpy asked flying in to the room.
"I don't know." Sweetie Belle said.
"Do you think it could be because of what's coming?" Derpy asked.
"I don't think so." Sweetie Belle said.
"What if the plan fails?" Derpy asked.
"Then the world will be doomed and almost everyone will live in fear or no life at all. We must not have any doubts." Sweetie Belle said.
"I saw Shuddercord with a necklace that I think Fluttershy gave her." Derpy said.
"What did it look like?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"I don't remember." Derpy said.
"Try remembering it." Sweetie Belle said.
"I think it was one of the ones she were as a filly. It had some dark green on it I think." Derpy said
"I hope after the battle all the curses end and that we won't have to fight anymore battles. We can't keep on fighting forever." Sweetie Belle said.
"Same and you are right we can't fight forever someday we must stop fighting." Derpy said.
"Shuddercord, come over here," Fluttershy said standing next to her was Cozy.
Shuddercord walked over to her mother and Cozy.
"We know your darkest secret," Fluttershy said.
Shuddercord looked at her mother and then at Cozy.
"We were a bit surprised when we found out," Cozy said.
"Join us and you can be yourself," Fluttershy said with an evil smile.
"You were the one who said always be yourself yet you never were," Cozy said.
Shuddercord just stared at them.
"Will you help us?" Fluttershy asked.
"Sure," Shuddercord said.
"Looks like she does speak," Cozy said with a grin.
"I will join you," Shuddercord said her blue eyes looked as cold as stone.
"Follow us," Cozy said.
"What are we going to do?" Derpy asked pacing around.
"I don't know but can you stop pacing." Sweetie Belle said.
"This is all my fault," Derpy said now flying in circles.
"It's not your fault. I think she wasn't the pony we thought she was all along and please stop circling it's making me very nervous." Sweetie Belle said.
"Sorry," Derpy said flying to the ground.
"It's ok I know you are nervous." Sweetie Belle said.
"Maybe we can get Deedee to help," Rainbow suggested.
"That won't work unless you want us all killed." Sweetie Belle said.
"Maybe Roselily can help," Rainbow suggested.
"She needs to heal emotionally. " Sweetie Belle said.
"Maybe Larva and Pupa?" Rainbow said.
"Maybe," Derpy said.
"Pupa is too weak and Larva feels off to me." Sweetie Belle said.
"One of us can fight with Pupa," Derpy said.
"You and I have our own battle we have to fight." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then Rainbow can help Pupa," Derpy said.
"That would be too dangerous.” Sweetie Belle said.
"Do you have an idea for who can battle Shuddercord?" Rainbow asked Sweetie Belle.
"Who are you?" Deedee asked.
"You know me so well." the pony in front of Deedee said.
"No, you can't be," Deedee said with wide eyes.
"That's right I am you." other Deedee said.
"You are a monster," Deedee said.
"If I am a monster so are you.” other Deedee said.
“No, I’m not. You are just what I'm when I'm feeling negative emotions.” Deedee said.

“Why are you here?” Deedee asked.
“It's about Shudders.” other Deedee said are voice softened.
“What about her?” Deedee asked.
“Her darkest secret.” other Deedee said.
“What about it?” Deedee asked.
“She needs help to accomplish her goal.” other Deedee said.
“What can I do to help?” Deedee asked.
“You could let me take over and help Shudders.” other Deedee said.
“I won't let you take over,” Deedee said.
“Remember the promise?” other Deedee asked.
“The one I made with Shudders about our secret?” Deedee asked.
“Yes.” other Deedee said.
"When I told her I'd be there for her no matter what?” Deedee asked.
“Yes.” other Deedee said.
“What about it?” Deedee asked.
“Are you loyal enough?” other Deedee asked.
"Of course I am. I would never betray her no matter what." Deedee said.
“Then help her.” other Deedee said.
"What can I do?" Deedee asked.
"Let me take over." other Deedee said again.
"Will Dusk be alright?" Deedee asked.
"Hopefully." other Deedee said with a small smile.
"Ok let's work together," Deedee said.
Deedee and other Deedee shook hooves then there was a bright flash of light. Shuddercord entered the room.
"Hi," Shuddercord said.
"Hi," Deedee said.
"What was that the flash of light?" Shuddercord asked
"I don't know," Deedee said.
"Your mane is turning into a slightly darker yellow," Shuddercord said.
"That's strange," Deedee said.
"Yeah, it is," Shuddercord said
"Where did you get that necklace?" Deedee asked now noticing it.
"My mom gave it to me," Shuddercord said.
"It looks wonderful," Deedee said.
"Your mane is changing back to its normal light shade of yellow," Shuddercord said.
"That is interesting. I wonder what the darker yellow meant." Deedee said.
"Are you still going to help me?" Shuddercord asked.
"Of course I am. I promised you when we were younger that I would always be there for you no matter what and that has not changed and never will." Deedee said.
"Thank you," Shuddercord said.
"No problem," Deedee said.
"Have you found them yet?" Shuddercord asked.
"Not yet but I think I'm getting very close," Deedee said.
"Keep searching. We need to find them before the battle." Shuddercord said.
"I know and I will," Deedee said.
"I will go look at the spells some more," Shuddercord said.
"Are you ever going to tell her how you feel?" Red Velvet asked her sister.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Pumpkin said.
"Yes, you do. I know you love Flurry Heart." Red Velvet said.
"I had a crush on her years ago but It's gone." Pumpkin said.
"It never went away and you know it." Red Velvet said.
"Why are you asking these questions?" Pumpkin asked.
"I want you to be happy." Red Velvet said.
"I am happy.¨ Pumpkin said.
"No your not. You just pretend to be happy because you don't what anyone to know your not but keeping your emotions in isn't healthy." Red Velvet said.
"How do you know all this?" Pumpkin asked.
"I notice things even the smallest details that no one else would pay attention to." Red Velvet said.
"Do you think she likes me?¨ Pumpkin asked.
"Of course, I've seen the way she looks at you. Even though the sparkle in yours and Flurry's eyes are faint I can still see it." Red Velvet said.
"Why have you never said any of this before?" Pumpkin asked.
"I didn't know when to tell you and how to say this." Red Velvet said.
"You are an amazing sister Vel. I'm lucky to have you has my little sis.¨ Pumpkin said.
"You're amazing too. If you need any help I will always be here for you sis." Red Velvet said.
"I'm going to tell her now." Pumpkin said.
"Ok. See you later." Red Velvet said.
"Bye." Pumpkin said leaving the room.
"Bye." Red Velvet said before the door closed. Then teleported to where she believed her sister was going.
"Hi, Flurry." Pumpkin said.
"Hi." Flurry said.
"How are you?" Pumpkin asked.
"Good." Flurry said.
"I was wondering if you would like to help me bake." Pumpkin said rubbing one of her front hooves against the other,
"Bake what?" Flurry asked.
"Cinnamon rolls." Pumpkin said.
"Sure. I haven't had one of your cinnamon rolls in years." Flurry said.
"Let's go." Pumpkin said then she and Flurry walked to the kitchen.
"I thought she was actually going to confess her feelings like she said she would." Red Velvet said.
"That is what Flurry said that she was going to do." Party Lights said behind Red Velvet.
"We need to get them together." Red Velvet said.
"Yeah, we don't what them to be alone forever." Party Lights said.
"Flurry may be immortal but Pumpkins not." Red Velvet said.
"That's true." Party Lights said.
"Maybe we can help them confess and even help them get their cutie marks as well." Red Velvet said.
"Maybe." Party Lights said then looked at Red Velvet blank flank.
Red Velvet looked at her flank and frowned. Party Lights summoned a red velvet cupcakes and gave one to Red Velvet.

"No problem." Party Lights said.
"I hope we get our cutie marks soon." Red Velvet said.
"Same." Party Lights said.
The two of them went to the library where they found some of their friends and family.
"What's wrong?" Raven asked.
"Pumpkin and Flurry still won't admit their feelings for each other." Red Velvet said.
"Love is gross." Dawn Pie said.
"I just want Flurry to be happy." Party Lights said.
Dawn the porg was in her pony form when she bumped into Prism.
"Sorry." Dawn the porg said.
"It's ok." Prism said.
"My name is Dawn. What's yours?" Dawn the porg asked.
"Prism." Prism said.
"Nice to meet you." Dawn the porg said.
"You too. You look a little familiar." Prism said.
"If you were at the gala you might have seen me." Dawn the porg said.
"Do you what to show you around?" Prism asked.
"Sure." Dawn the porg said.
"Let's go to Sugercube Corner." Prism said.
"Lead the way." Dawn the porg said.
"Hi Pumpkin." Prism said after she and Dawn the porg were inside Sugarcube Corner.
"Hi." Pumpkin said.
"Can I have a chocolate milkshake with rainbow sprinkles?" Prism asked.
"Bye sis." Pound said walking down the stairs and to the door.
"Come back here now!" Pumpkin demand.
"What is it?" Pound asked turning his head.
"You need to spend more time here. I'm not going to do this alone." Pumpkin said.
"Then get mom, dad, Funnel, or Red Velvet to help you." Pound said.
"They are out delivering. Mom and dad told you that you need to pinch in more." Pumpkin said.
"But I'm supposed to be going on a date with Cream Puff." Pound said.
"I don't care about your date!" Pumpkin said angrily.
"You can't tell me what to do!" Pound said.
"You are staying here!" Pumpkin said.
"When did you become so cold-hearted?" Pound aksed.
"I didn't." Pumpkin said.
"Yes, you did." Pound said.
"Um, can we buy stuff?" Prism asked.
"Sorry about that. What was it you wanted?" Pumpkin asked.
"A chocolate milkshake with rainbow sprinkles." Prism said.
"What would you like," Pumpkin asked Dawn the porg.
"A blueberry smoothie." Dawn the porg said.
"Pound, go make those." Pumpkin said.
Pound angrily walked into the kitchen.
"Are you alright?" Prism asked.
"Yeah, it's just I work a lot and Pound doesn't. He thinks just because he has a cutie mark and a marefriend that he doesn't have to work very hard." Pumpkin said angrily.
"Pumpkin, can I get Mia's food?" Flurry asked.
"Hold on I'll go get it." Pumpkin said before entering the kitchen.
"She seems stressed." Flurry said.
"Yeah, she does." Prism said.
"She usually has it ready and near her when I come." Flurry said.
"Here Flurry." Pumpkin said levitating a bag of food to Flurry.
"Thank you." Flurry said.
"No problem." Pumpkin said.
"There's something I want to tell you I...." Flurry began but was cut off.
"I broke the blender." Pound said.
"Go get the old one." Pumpkin said.
"I got rid of it." Pound said.
"You did what?!" Pumpkin yelled.
"It was old." Pound said.
"But it worked." Pumpkin said.
"It was going to break sooner or later." Pound said.
"That was a two month old blender you broke and we don't have anymore apparently." Pumpkin said.
"Um, can we get a drink?" Prism asked
"No, because Pound broke the blender. Sorry here's are your bits back." Pumpkin said.
"See you soon." Prism said.
Prism and Dawn the porg left Sugarcube Corner.
"Malice is evil." Dawn the porg said suddenly.
"Yeah, she is." Prism said.
"The battle will come soon." Dawn the porg said.
"Do you think it will be the last?" Prism asked.
"Hopefully it will be." Dawn the porg said.
"What are you doing here?" Fluttershy asked angrily.
"I was just about to leave. Bye Prism." Dawn the porg said before flying off.
"You better stay away from her am I clear?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yes, ma'am." Prism said.
At Sugarcube Corner...
"What happened?" Mrs. Cake asked.
"Sorry, I broke the new blender and the liquid went everywhere." Pound said.
"I thought you had a date with Cream Puff." Funnel said.
"I did but Pumpkin made me stay here." Pound said.
"Why?" Funnel asked.
"Because he needs to do more things and I can't be expected to be the only one working." Pumpkin said.
"Next time I will stay with you." Red Velvet said.
"Thanks, sis." Pumpkin said.
"Pound finish cleaning this up." Mr. Cake said.
"This wouldn't have happened if Pumpkin had let me go on my date." Pound said.
"You shouldn't expect her to do all of this by herself. We told you that you need to help out more." Mr. Cake said.
"Pumpkin you need a break go hang out with your friends." Mrs. Cake said.
"Ok." Pumpkin said.
"I'm coming with you." Red Velvet said.
Pumpkin and Red Velvet went to Twilights castle and knocked. Flurry opened the door.
"Hi." Flurry said.
"Hi." Pumpkin said.
"Listen there's something I was trying to tell you earlier." Flurry said.
"Sorry about that. What was it you wanted to say?" Pumpkin asked.
"I....I." Flurry stumbled.
"Just admit your feelings for each other already!" Red Velvet said making Pumpkin and Flurry blush.
"Would you like to go out with me?" Flurry asked blushing more.
"Sure." Pumpkin said blushing as well.
"I'm very happy for you two. It took longer then it should have but you finally did it." Red Velvet said.
"Congratulations, we're proud of you both." Pinkie said with Twilight next to her.
"Thanks, auntie." Flurry said.
"Pinkie and I have been waiting for this day. We have congratulations donuts in the kitchen." Twilight said.
Red Velvet cast a shield spell just in time. When she was sure it was safe she made the shield disappear.
"Ow, that was painful." Prism said.
"Are you alright?" Red Velvet asked helping Prism up.
"I just fell from a cloud." Prism said.
"How?" Flurry asked.
"I was sitting on the clouds before I fell through." Prism said.
"What did you use to get up there?" Flurry asked.
"A flock of birds." Prism said.
"Let me see your wings," Twilight said.
Prism moved closer to Twilight so that she could see her wings better.
"How bad are her wings injured?" Pinkie asked.
"The right wing got hit very hard but it should be fine if I wrap it now," Twilight said.
"I'm going to go research what happened." Red Velvet said.
"I'll help you." Pumpkin said.
"I'll ask my sisters and cousins if any of them what to help. If you want you can start with the library here." Flurry said.
"Thanks." Pumpkin said.
Hours later...
"I think I found it." Red Velvet said.
"What is it?" Prism asked her right wing no longer wrapped up.
"It says here that it might be caused by an upcoming battle between good and evil." Red Velvet said.
"What's that?" Party Lights asked.
"The battle between Malice, Derpy, Malicious, and Belle." Red Velvet said.
"Who are they?" Flurry asked.
"They are older then Discord. Malice and Malicious are evil well Derpy and Belle are good." Red Velvet said.
"When will the battle be?" Pumpkin asked.
"Very soon." Prism and Red Velvet said in unison.
"How do you know?" one of Flurry's sisters asked.
"Long story." Prism said.
"I think I know why." Red Velvet said.
"Why?" Pumpkin asked.
"Malice and Malicious are big enemies to porgs. Which you just recently found out." Red Velvet said.
"How did you know all that?" Prism asked.
"I had a vision." Red Velvet said.
"Can one of you explain more about the battle?" Flurry asked.
"The good always wins." Prism said.
"I think evil might win this time." Red Velvet said
"Why?" Prism asked.
"The vision was blurry but it looked like evil was winning." Red Velvet
"We need to be prepared for any outcome." Prism said.
"There's something I need to tell you later." Red Velvet said to Prism.
"Ok." Prism said.
"I'm surprised you haven't gotten your cutie mark yet Vel. It seems like you have found what you're good at." Party Lights said.
The porg village was on fire. Sadly not many were able to escape due to trying to find their families and protecting the proglets. The only two to make it out were Dawn the porg and her sister. There were a few porgs who almost made it but were trapped by the fire or in spiky vines.
"We need to go back." Dawn the porg said after transforming into her pony form.
"Its too dangerous." her sister said transforming into a pony for what might have been her first time in a long time.
"Mom and dad are in there. We need to go back and save them." Dawn the porg said.
"I know and so are friends but we can't go back. It's far too dangerous." her sister said.
"We need to warn the ponies, Prism, and the other creatures." Dawn the porg said.
"I know sis." her sister said.
"We need to fly faster Moon." Dawn the porg said.
"This is my first time in this form in years. I'm still readjusting to it." Moon said.
"I hope we can make it in time." Dawn the porg said.
"Same." Moon said.
They flew in silence the rest of the way.
In Ponyville....
"Hi." Dawn the porg said.
"Hi." Spectrum said.
"Were is Prism?" Dawn the porg asked.
"I think in Twilight's library." Spectrum said.
"Can you lead us there?" Moon asked.
"Sure. I was heading there anyways." Spectrum said.
The three of them went to the castle. Party Lights was standing outside.
"Are you here to help research?" Party Lights asked.
"Maybe afterwards but we need to tell Prism something." Dawn the porg said.
"What are your names?" Party Lights asked.
"I'm Moon and this is my twin sister Dawn." Moon said.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Party Lights." Party Lights said before letting them in and taking them to the library.
"What are you doing here?" Prism asked surprised and happy to see Dawn the porg. She gave her friend hug.
"My village was destroyed. My sister and I were the only ones who escaped." Dawn the porg said.
"We are preparing for the battle. Want to help?" Prism asked.
"Sure." Moon and Dawn the porg said in unison.
"You three better be careful we don't want your species to go extincted." Red Velvet said.
"They didn't tell you that they are porgs." Prism said.
"I can tell what they are by looking at them." Red Velvet said.
"I forgot about that and that is still very creepy." Prism said.
"It's not creepy." Red Velvet said.
"It kind of is." Prism said.
"I got it!" Petula said.
"Awesome." Red Velvet said.
"I'm dizzy." Melody said before sitting down on a stack of books and knocking two of the books down.
"What if Malice and Malicious win?" Lightning asked.
"They might think they are winning since they killed almost all the porgs which are theirs greatest enemies next to Derpy and Belle." Red Velvet said.
"How much would Equestria be in danger if they win?" Surprise asked.
"I think to the point were there's no life here and there is a chance that it could spead beyond Eqiestria." Red Velvet said.
"This should take some of the power from them at least for a little bit." Petula said pointing to the thing she had finished.
"Spectrum, when the battle comes make sure all the weak fliers are safely inside." Red Velvet said.
'I want to fight." Prism said unfailing her wings.
"It will be too dangerous. Make sure the porgs are safely inside the building you and the other weak fliers." Red Velvet said.
"True I may not be a fighter but if any of my friends or family get hurt I will fight." Spectrum said her voice slightly different.
"If the battle lasts into the night which it most likely will, you can come out with the weak fliers and put fairy dust on the weak fliers including yourself so you can fly." Red Velvet said.
Suddenly Red Velvet was wrapped in a bright light for a couple of seconds before it stopped.
"Its amazing." Robert and Dusk Shine said in unison.
"I'm so proud of you sis. You finally did it." Pumpkin said with tears in her eyes. She was so happy for her sister but also not because now she is going to be the last in her family to get her cutie mark.
"Oh come on! How are we suppose to celebrate a Cute ceañera when we are preparing for battle?" Mia and Surprise cried in unison.
"We can celebrate after the battle if we win. It will be two parties in one. One for the Cute ceañera and the other to celebrate that we won." Party Lights said.
"An ax on a book." Moon said looking at Red Velvet's cutie mark.
"Unicorns and alicorns work on spells." Red Velvet said.
"What about pegasi?" Surprise asked.
"I change my mind. Some alicorns will be on the pegasus team." Red Velvet said.
"What are we going to do?" Petula asked.
"Pegasi and some alicorns will attack from the sky. Earth ponies will attack from the ground since we don't want to risk them falling of any buildings. Each group will get weapons, potions, and maybe food. If night falls during the battle which it most likely will the creatures will transform and hopefully that will give us a boost." Red Velvet said.
"What about us?" Jade asked gerusing to herself and the other half Changelings.
"You will be fighting from the air too." Red Velvet said.
"Can I work on spells too?" Larva asked.
"Sure." Red Velvet said.
"Vel, do you think this will work?" Prism asked.
"Hopefully." Red Velvet said.
"Posey, put two drops of this in the potion your making and make sure it's only two drops." Petula said.
"Got it." Posey said.
"Here's some food." Pinkie said coming into the library and putting it down.
"Thank you." Party Lights said.
"No problem, mommy is coming with the beverages." Pinkie said.
"Pinkie, can you come help me with these drinks?" Twilight called.
"Coming." Pinkie said before zipping off.
Six to eight minutes later....
"Here you go." Twilight said putting the beverages down.
"Thanks." Mia said.
"No problem." Twilight said.
"Red Velvet got her cutie mark." Diamond and Ruby said in unison.
"Congratulations Vel." Twilight said.
"Pinkie! Twilight, Spike just got a letter from Celestia and Luna." Thorax said running into the library.
Pinkie, Twilight, and Thorax left and ran to where Spike was.
"What can I test this on?" Posey asked.
"Snowflake, create a ice sculpture." Red Velvet said.
Snowflake did as she was told. The sculpture was of four shooting stars.
"Let's thing what this thing does." Posey said she carefully poured two drops on the sculpture.
The sculpture disappeared. There was a black marking where it was making it look like something exploded. Red Velvet lit up her horn after two minutes then dimmed it.
"Let's hope this works on living things." Red Velvet said.
"What if it does something else?" Prism asked.
"Lets just hope good wins." Dawn the porg said
Red Velvet frowned and rubbed her hooves.
"Whats wrong sis?" Pumpkin asked noticing the look on Red Velvet's face.
"It's nothing." Red Velvet said.
"Vel, please tell us." Mia said.
"Its not important." Red Velvet said.
"Velvet, please." Flurry said.
"Like I said its nothing we need to worry about." Red Velvet said.
"Red, we can tell something is bothering you we just want to help." Prism said.
Red Velvet ran out of the library and the castle she didn't turn back.
"I'm going after her." Pumpkin said.
"I'm coming with." Flurry said.
"Thank you." Pumpkin said with a rare real smile.
"No problem." Flurry said smiling back.
Pumpkin and Flurry ran after Red Velvet. Hoping to catch her before she got to far.
"I hope they get Velvet." Prism said.
"Same." Spectrum said.
"What could have made her upset?" Party Lights asked.
"I don't know." Prism said.
"What did we say before she got upset?" Dawn the porg asked.
"We said hopefully good would win. She did say a couple of days ago she needed to tell me something important but she never got the chance." Prism said.
The day of the battle has finally arrived and the animal army was getting ready.
"Its almost time." Harry said in bear.
"I know." Angel said in bunny eating a tomato.
"Malice and Malicious will win since the porgs are extinct. Well all but one but she can't fly." Harry said in bear.
Angel rallied up the animals that were going to fight and they left the Everfree.
Fluttershy was at Cozys.
"Let me out of here!" Chrysalis said angrily banging an the cage.
"Not yet." Fluttershy said.
"Please don't tell them." Chrysalis said beginning to cry.
"I'm only going to tell them if you don't." Fluttershy said.
"I'll will go get them." Cozy said.
Eight to twelve minutes later....
"Hi." Fluttershy said smiling evilly.
"Um hi." Pupa said hiding behind her twin.
"There's something your mom wants to tell you." Fluttershy said.
"What is it?" Larva asked.
Chrysalis didn't answer she just turned away.
"Tell them!" Fluttershy demanded.
"I can't." Chrysalis said.
"Then I will." Fluttershy said.
"Don't." Chrysalis pleaded.
"Do you two ever wonder who your other parent is?" Fluttershy asked circling the two half changelings like they were pray and that she was predator ready for its next meal.
"Sometimes." Pupa said in a scared voice still behind her twin.
"Do you want to know?" Fluttershy asked.
"K....kinda." Pupa stumbled.
"It is me." Fluttershy said.
"Get away from them!" Chrysalis cried.
"Is this true?" Larva asked.
"Yes." Chrysalis said not meeting Larvas eyes.
Pupa started to get very dizzy.
"Why is she trapped in there?" Larva asked.
"So she doesn't try to stop us." Cozy said.
"They're evil and I mean truly evil." Chrysalis said.
Pupa fainted from the news.
"What do you mean?" Larva asked.
"They are Malice and Malicious." Chrysalis said.
"Mali, can you make it so we can't hear her?" Fluttershy asked.
"Sure." Cozy said.
Larva shoot magic out of her horn and it hit one of Fluttershys (Malices) front hooves.
"You're strong and not a coward unlike your twin sister." Fluttershy said.
"That looks like it actually stings." Cozy said a little surprised.
"You would be perfect on our side." Fluttershy said.
"Why would I join you?" Larva asked angerliy.
"Because your my daughter." Fluttershy said.
"I will never join the likes of you." Larva said lighting her horn.
"If you don't join me I will kill Chrysalis." Fluttershy said.
"I will join you. Just dont kill her." Larva said dimming her horn.
Pupa gets up and runs away. Larva wants to say something but doesn't know what to say.
"You made the right choice." Fluttershy said walking closer to Larva.
"We are done practicing." Deedee said.
"Larva, is going to be joining us." Cozy said.
"Make sure she practices." Fluttershy said.
"Ok, follow me." Deedee said.
Deedee and Larva went to the room that Shuddercord was in.
"Did you tell them that we were done?" Shuddercord asked.
"Yes. We have someone joining us." Deedee said.
Shuddercord now noticed Larva standing behind Deedee.
"Hi Larva." Shuddercord said.
"Hi Shudders." Larva said.
"These are the spells we were working on." Deedee said levitating a spell book to Larva.
"Some of these are forbidden and others are very ancient." Larva said looking at the spells.
"It will be fine." Shuddercord said.
"So why did you join us?" Deedee asked.
"My moms life was threatened." Larva said.
"You recently found out the truth." Shuddercord said with a small smile.
"Yep and stop reading my mind. It's annoying and creepy." Larva said.
"It's not creepy and you know I can't help but read minds." Shuddercord said though that was a lie she could controll her mind reading.
"You should get practicing on the spells." Deedee said.
"I will try." Larva said.
"There is no try, there is only doing." Deedee said.
At Twilights....
"Is everyone clear on the plan?" Red Velvet asked she had returned after Pumpkin and Flurry found her.
"All clear." Spectrum said.
"How will we know when it's time?" Surprise asked.
"We will know." Red Velvet said.
"Where are Larva and Pupa?" Flurry asked looking around now noticing that they were gone.
As if on cue Pupa ran in the library crying her eyes out.
"Where's your sister?" Jade asked.
Pupa ran over to Jade and then laid down on her.
"What happened?' Pumpkin asked.
"I'd rather not say." Pupa said tears rolling down her her usual bright yellow coat that looked more of a grayish yellow now.
"Vel, do you have ideas to why she is like this?" Pumpkin asked.
"Yes." Red Velvet said.
"What is it?" Pumpkin asked.
"Can I tell them Pupa?" Red Velvet asked gently.
"Sure." Pupa said quietly the tears slowed down slightly.
"She found out a family secret." Red Velvet said.
"What kind?" Axel asked.
"Who her other parent is." Red Velvet said.
"Who is it?" Party Lights asked.
"That I don't want to say." Red Velvet said.
"I think the battle will be starting soon." Mia said her right ear and front hoof twitched a little.
They left with Red Velvet and Rainy leading them. Spectrum gathered all the weak fliers and porgs into Scootaloos house since she knew were the spare key was.
At Cozys....
"I can't do this." Larva said.
"Yes you can. We believe in you." Deedee said giving her a reassuring smile.
"Come the battle is going to begin soon." Cozy said.
They met up with Fluttershy and all five of them left.
Derpy was telling Sweetie Belle and Rainbow about her nightmare that she had last night.
"It will be fine now lets go." Sweetie Belle said.
"What if it comes true?" Derpy asked scared.
"Hopefully it won't." Sweetie Belle said.
"Good always wins." Rainbow said.
"We might lose." Derpy said.
"Think positively." Rainbow said.
"We will fight to the end if we have to." Sweetie Belle said.
"We might actually die today." Derpy said.
"Either of you wil die because good will win." Rainbow said.
The three of them left Derpys house and went near the Everfree where they got attacked.
"There are lots of critters." Rainbow said.
"There will most likely be more. We can't hurt them too much because they are under a spell." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why would there be more then this?' Derpy asked.
A couple of spiders crawled on Rainbow causing her to jump and get tied up by birds and fall to the ground.
"Ow." Rainbow said in pain.
Sweetie Belle untied Rainbow with her magic which was changing colors.
"What is happening to your magic aura?" Derpy asked.
"I don't know." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can you trap the animals?" Rainbow asked.
"There are too many." Sweetie Belle said.
"Need some help?" Red Velvet asked.
Sweetie Belle, Derpy, and Rainbow turned to the group of ponies and non-ponies.
"So that's what you've been up to." Rainbow said.
"Yes, we will need all the help we can get." Sweetie Belle said.
"The weak fliers and porgs will come out during the night if we need them." Red Velvet said.
"That's a good plan." Sweetie Belle said.
Posey thew a potion at the animals. Everything was foggy for a couple of seconds.
"Good throw." Rainbow said before coughing.
"They are injured but not too much." Sweetie Belle said after checking them with her magic.
The second wave of animals came with five ponies. One of which looked very sad.
Fluttershy and Cozy attack Derpy and Sweetie Belle.
"You are not heroin." Fluttershy said to Sweetie Belle.
Sweetie Belle blasted her magic at Fluttershy causing both to almost fall back before they caught themselves.
Larva stayed in the air flapping her wings not wanting to fight.
"What are you doing?" Pupa asked with fear in her eyes.
"I had no choice sis." Larva said sadly.
"I think you did." Pupa said with a little anger in her voice which surprised Larva.
"Moms life was threatened." Larva said her eyes meeting her twins and seeing that they were about to cry.
Deedee looked at Dusk Shine his eyes were full of fear. He stepped back a little.
"Deedee, it's time." Shuddercord said.
Shuddercord and Deedee locked eyes and combined their magic....
Cozy turned her head to see where the light was coming from. Everyone else then turned to see where the light was coming from. But then they all go back to fighting because they thought they were seeing things.
"Dee, what are you doing?" Dusk Shine asked with fear in his eyes.
"You'll see, Eve!” Deedee snapped.
Everyone gasped when Deedee called Dusk Shine by his birth name. Deedee just rolled her eyes and mumbled an insincere apology. She wasn't acting like herself.
Animals that Mia was allergic to came her way aggressively. Rainy saw what was happening and flew down to pick Mia up and take her somewhere same however when they were both in the air an eagle dropped some silver on Rainy. Which causes her and Mia to both fall out of the sky and hit the hard ground.
Spectrum came running and joined the battle early. Her rainbow mane up in a bun. Her tail blowing as she ran. Red Velvet shook her head and frowned.
"Spectrum, what are you doing?" Rainy asked weakly before closing her eyes.
"I may be girly but I will fight if my friends and/ or family get hurt. No one hurts my friends and family and gets away with it." Spectrum said taking the silver out of Rainy.
"You're the weakest Dash. You couldn't even hurt a fly." Shuddercord said.
Spectrum thew a needle that missed its target which made her angry.
"You should really work on your aim." Deedee said smugly.
The sky turn kind of brown and the ground turned grey/gray.
"What's happening?" Pumpkin asked with fear in her voice.
"We are losing." Derpy said sadly.
"Of course you are. You have no porgs." Fluttershy said with an evil smile.
"We will win." Sweetie Belle said with confidence in her voice.
"Maybe you will be wrong this time." Cozy said.
Sweetie Belle lit her horn but then dimmed it because of what she saw out of the corner of her eyes.
"It is time." Shuddercord said to Deedee.
The weak fliers and porgs join the battle because they couldn't wait any longer and they didn't care about the risk. Red Velvet frowned because the three porgs were exposed.
"Three porgs alive, your kind should be extinct!" Fluttershy said angrily.
Shuddercord and Deedees eye glowed and they transformed. Deedee now has a red mane, navy blue coat, and glowing red eyes. Shuddercord now has a pitch black mane, grey/gray coat, yellow eyes with red pupils.
"What's happening?" Honeycrisp asked with fear in her voice.
"They are stronger now." Derpy said with wide eyes.
"What do we do?" Dawn the porg asked scared.
"We will keep fighting intel are death if it comes to that." Sweetie Belle said.
"What's going on?" Twilight asked flying down with Pinkie on her back.
"Long story." Derpy said.
"Watch out." Sweetie Belle said before blocking the beam that was going to hit Twilight and Pinkie.
"Thank you." Twilight said.
"No problem." Sweetie Belle said.
"Derpy, Luna is coming soon to ask about that nightmare you had last night." Pinkie said.
"What was the nightmare about?" Fluttershy asked.
Derpy stops fighting and sits down. Tears rolling down her face.
"Derpy, snap out of it." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can someone explain what's going on please?" Twilight asked.
"The short version is that Fluttershy and Cozy are actually Malice and Malicious. Derpy and Sweetie Belle are actually Derpy and Belle. We are in the middle of a battle between good and evil that has been going on for thousands of years now." Rainbow said.
Luna, Celestia, Moonlight, Midnight, Nova, and Sunshower fly down.
"Derpy, can we talk about your nightmare from last night?" Luna asked.
"Not right now your highness. We are kind of in the middle of a battle that has been going on for longer then your sister as been alive." Sweetie Belle said.
Chrysalis, Discord, Rarity, Applejack, Sombra, Gavin, Scootaloo, Apple Bloom, Dinky, and Petuina now ran to them.
"Is what Chrysalis told us true?" Gavin asked.
"If it's that we are in the middle of a battle that might go down as the last. That Fluttershy and Cozy’s real names are Malice and Malicious. As well as my real name being Belle then yes." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yep pretty much." Gavin said.
"How old are you?" Discord asked.
"They are older than you." Rainbow said answering for them.
"Mom." Pupa said running to Chrysalis.
"Where is your sister?" Chrysalis asked.
"She joined the other side because your life was threatened." Pupa said.
Deedee shot a beam of magic in Pupa and Chrysalises direction. A dark green shield saved them. Pupa looks to see that it was her twin sister who has saved them.
"No one hurts my family!" Larva said with anger in her eyes.
"You betray a powerful family to a weak one!" Fluttershy said.
"I picked the kind one. You don't deserve your element." Larva said.
Shuddercord throws a potion. Posey runs in front of where the potions was going to hit.
Cozy flew down when she saw Posey turning green. Sweetie Belle saw the sad look in Cozys eyes.
"It has poison doesn't?" Sweetie Belle asked gently.
"Yeah." Cozy said sadly.
"I know it must be hard after Poison Wood died trying to find cures." Sweetie Belle said.
"I don't want to do this anymore." Cozy said with tears rolling down her face.
Cozy life flashed before her making her cry and reflect on her past. Sweetie Belle walked towards Cozy
"Shh. It's ok I'm here." Sweetie Belle said softly.
"I'm sorry for all I did." Cozy said sniffling.
Shuddercord and Deedee combined their magic and it was about to hit Sweetie Belle and Cozy before Sweetie Belle used her magic to block it.
"Mom, are you alright?" Petula asked with concern.
"Yeah I'm fine." Cozy said wripping away her tears.
Petula flies over to Posey and pours a potion on her. A few seconds later Posey coughs.
"Did I miss anything?" Posey asked.
"Not too much." Petula said with a giggle before a bright light surrounded for a few seconds.
"Pe, look." Posey said pointing to her friends flank.
"I got my cutie mark." Petula said happily.
"Malicious come here now!" Fluttershy demanded.
"You can't tell me what to do anymore, Malice!" Cozy said with tears rolling down her face again.
"What?!" Fluttershy asked angrily.
Deedee shoot a powerful beam of magic at Cozy. Sweetie Belle couldn't block it in time.
"Mom!" Petula and Thunder cried out in unison.
"She was weak." Shuddercord said angrily.
"Shudders, are those the forgotten elements?" Fluttershy asked seeing two gems.
"Yes." Shuddercord said.
"I'm so proud of you. I've been searching thousands of years for them." Fluttershy said with a proud smile.
"It was Deedee who found them." Shuddercord said.
"Protection and Forgiveness are now corrupted.' Fluttershy said.
"They are now danger and resentment." Deedee said with an evil smile.
"You two are smart. I wish you two were alive over two thousand years ago. Then there wouldn't be any more battles" Fluttershy said.
"Same." Shuddercord and Deedee said in unison.
Fluttershy, Shuddercord, and Deedee combined their powers. They created a dangerous beam. Prism thinking that there was only one thing to do got on her scooter which she brought with her with her helmet on and headed to the light then she got off it and her scooter when into the spell.
"Prism, are you alright?" Dawn the porg asked with concern flying down to Prism.
"Yeah I'm fine." Prism said getting up.
"Why isn't my magic working?" Shuddercord asked angrily.
"Because my scooter took them away because it was my enchanted scooter. I never thought I would have a use for it." Prism said.
"We told you it would come in use." Melody and Fifer said in unison.
"It's not too late. You can start over you don't have to go down this path." Petunia said reaching out her hoof.
Deedee slapped her hoof away and glared at her mom (Petunia). Then she glares out her other mom (Dinky).
The sky turned a beautiful shade of blue and purple. Fluttershy, Shuddercord, and Deedee ran away to a cave in the forest.
"Should we go after them?" Dinky asked.
"Give them time. Hopefully they will come around though I doubt Malice will ever turn good." Cozy said.
"There will be more evil in the future." Sweetie Belle said.
It had stopped being very cold. Fluttershy/ Malice, Shuddercord, and Deedee all attack at once.
"What are you going to do now?" Shuddercord asked.
"We won't stop fighting." Sweetie Belle said with determination.
"You should just give up." Fluttershy said.
"Giving up isn't in my nature." Sweetie Belle said.
Red Velvet lit up her horn then blasted her magic at her twin brother.
"What was that for?" Funnel asked.
"Did you really think I was on your side?" Red Velvet asked her horn still lit up.
"Yes." Funnel said.
"I didn't." Melody said.
"I know you knew. Smarty pants." Red Velvet said.
Melody lit up her horn her magic aura darker then usual.
"That doesn't look good." Surprise said flying towards the ground.
"Melly, don't do what I think your going to do." Sweetie Belle said.
Melody looked at her mom then at the evil ponies in front of her then lit up her horn more. She was about to do strap Red Velvet, Fluttershy, Shuddercord, and Deedee of their powers but she collapsed on the floor before she could.
"Mel!" Fifer cried running over to her sister.
"You won't win." Red Velvet said.
Fifer lit up her horn and shot a beam of magic at Deedee. Deedee shot back at her and it hit her in the heart.
Flameheart ran over still weak from when it was cold.
"Sis." Flameheart cried.
Sweetie Belle looked at her two motionless daughters then at her other two daughters.
"What's going on?" Cream Puff asked next to her was Pound.
Red Velvet shot magic at Cream Puff and Pound. Pumpkin lit up horn and fired at her sister.
"This is interesting." Mia said eating cotton candy.
"Seriously?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"What?" Mia asked. “I’m hungry.”
Deedee shot some magic at Sweetie Belle. It was inches away before Sweetie Belle blocked it.
"Is that all you can do?" Sweetie Belle asked with a smile.
"Please stop." Dinky said looking at Deedee.
"Melly isn't breathing." Diamond said.
Sweetie Belle looked at Melodys body then at Fluttershy.
"I will kill you. Like Derpy and I should've done long ago." Sweetie Belle said angerliy.
"You are one of the only ones that can hurt me but you won't." Fluttershy said.
"As much as I hate say it Malice is right." Derpy said.
"What?" Sweetie Belle asked still angry.
"I don't want you to darken your heart." Derpy said.
"Isn't that what I told you once?" Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes, so why kill someone with revenge?" Derpy asked.
"Two of my daughters are dead now because of her." Sweetie Belle said.
"You once told me that revenge is never the answer no matter what happens" Derpy said.
Fluttershy was about to attack but Larva shot her with some magic before she could.
"You won't hurt them." Larva said spreading out her wings and lighting her horn.
"Why be on the side with weaklings?" Fluttershy asked.
"It's the side that my family is on." Larva said.
"I'm your family." Fluttershy said.
"Not really." Larva said.
"Deedee please don't do this." Dusk Shine said with a begging look.
"This is who I really am Eve." Deedee said.
"Stop calling me that." Dusk Shine said crying.
"You are pathetic." Deedee said.
Dawn Pie watched everything not knowing what to do.
"We should join the fight." Spectrum said walking up to Dawn Pie.
"I would rather be poisoned." Dawn Pie said.
"I don't like fights but friends and family are getting hurt." Spectrum said.
"Then go ahead and join the fight." Dawn Pie said.
"I got this Spectrum go and help the others." Party Lights said.
"What do you want Lights?" Dawn Pie asked.
"I know that you are about to leave to go hide in a crystal cave and read but you should at least try to fight." Party Light said.
"I will never join in something like this." Dawn Pie said.
"Think about it like you are inside a book and are helping the heros." Party Lights said.
"Is that what you do?" Dawn Pie asked.
"Yeah." Party Lights said.
"I'm going to go to the crystal caves and read now." Dawn Pie said.
"After all of this you need to make friends." Party Lights said.
"Sis, you know I'm not very big on that." Dawn Pie said.
"At least try after this please." Party Lights said.
"You are the only creature I will ever call a friend." Dawn Pie said her voice softened a little.
"If we weren't sisters would we still be friends?" Party Lights asked.
"I don't know." Dawn Pie said looking away.
Party Lights tied hugging her sister but Dawn refused it. They waved goodbye instead.
"Where is she going?" Surprise asked.
"She is going to read." Party Lights said.
"That isn't a surprise." Surprise said.
"I'm worried about her." Party Lights said.
"I'm sure she will be fine." Surprise said.
"Don't hurt me!" Pupa said with fear.
"You are too weak to fight." Shuddercord said.
Pupa tried casting a spell but only a few sparks came out. Shuddercord laughed at that.
"Go away." Pupa said with fear stepping back a little.
Shuddercord cast a spell that was meant for Pupa but it hit Surprise because she got in the way.
Pupa looked at Surprise then at Shuddercord and tried casting a spell again this time it was more then sparks.
"What are you going to do with that?" Shuddercord asked with a laugh.
Pupa shot magic at Shuddercord which caused both of them to fall to the ground.
"Pupa are you alright?" Larva asked flying over to her twin.
"Yeah I'm fine." Pupa said.
"That was awesome!" Mia said eating pink cotton candy.
Everyone turned their heads and looked at Mia. Most of their expressions read seriously. Mia smiled sheepishly and ate the rest of the cotton candy.
“You’re powerful when emontional.” Shuddercord said wiping some blood off her cheek and looking at Pupa.
Red Velvet and Pumpkin were shooting magic at each other.
"I don't want to hurt you sis." Pumpkin said.
"You aren't going to stop me sister." Red Velvet said angerliy.
"What does your cutie mark mean to you?" Pumpkin asked.
"Preparing strategies." Red Velvet said.
"I think it has more meaning then that." Sweetie Belle said before getting attacked by Fluttershy.
"Are you really as good as you let on?" Fluttershy asked.
"I would never hide who I am unlike you." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes, you have hidden yourself." Fluttershy said.
"I mean I would never act like someone I'm not." Sweetie Belle said.
"I know that you and Derpy could easily defeat me and send me to Tartarusus for a very long time and make sure I don't leave." Fluttershy said.
"If they could do that then why haven't they?" Robert asked.
"Wait if Fluttershy/ mom is evil then how did she become the element of kindness?" Party Lights and Harmony asked in unison.
"She corrupted it." Sweetie Belle said.
"What's going on?" a pink pegasus mare with a rainbow mane asked walking out of an orphanage.
"Long story." Sweetie Belle said.
"Can you try to give me a short version?" the pink pegasus mare with a rainbow mane asked.
"We are battling a battle that as been going on for over a millennium." Sweetie Belle said.
The pink mare with a rainbow mane had a confused look on her face.
"She means over a thousand years." Rainbow said.
"Oh ok." the pink mare with a rainbow mane said.
Dawn Pie and Candace appeared in a flash of blue light.
Derpy sensed the anger rising in Sweetie Belle and told her to take a break. Sweetie Belle and her living two daughters went home.
"Where are Melly and Fif? Gavin asked after they walked in.
"They are dead." Snowflakes said trying not to burst into tears.
Snowflake and Flameheart went upstairs after they got snacks.
"Its all Malice and Malicious fault." Sweetie Belle said angrily.
"Calm down," Gavin said.
"I should have killed them when I had the chance." Sweetie Belle said very angrily.
"What can I do to help?" Gavin asked seeing that he couldn't change her mind.
"Just keep the girls safe." Sweetie Belle said her voice getting a little softer.
"I want to do more," Gavin said.
"I don't want to lose anyone else." Sweetie Belle said her eyes had softened a bit more.
There was a knock at the door. Gavin walked over and opened it revealing Cozy.
"Why are you here?" Sweetie Belle asked bitterly after seeing who it was.
"Don't let your emotions control you," Cozy said.
"If you don't leave now I'll kill you right here." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then go on and kill me," Cozy said.
"I change my mind lets fight were the battle is." Sweetie Belle said.
After Sweetie Belle and Cozy left, Gavin called his living daughters down and they left to follow the other two.
"We are getting too old to keep fighting," Derpy said.
Sweetie Belle and Cozy appeared and Sweetie Belle was shooting her magic at Cozy.
"I'll kill you Malicious and Malice if it's the last thing I do." Sweetie Belle said with fire in her eyes.
"Think carefully of the choice your making," Derpy said.
Gavin walked over to Sweetie Belle. As soon as he did so Fluttershy attacked him.
"I can't handle this anymore." Sweetie Belle said suddenly.
"Looks like you have finally cracked," Fluttershy said with a wicked smile.
"You won't win," Derpy said looking at Fluttershy with anger in her eyes.
"I've already won. All I needed was for Belle to crack." Fluttershy said.
"All we've caused is death and let the battle keep going." Sweetie Belle said shaking her body a bit.
"Please snap out of it," Derpy said.
"We should kill them." Sweetie Belle said her eyes turned a little darker.
"You've told me that if we do that it would darken our souls and that there's no going back," Derpy said.
"I don't care anymore." Sweetie Belle said.
"Well, I'm gonna go back to reading now." Dawn Pie said.
"No, you won't!" Candace said.
"I'm not going to battle." Dawn Pie said.
"You need to at least try to fight," Candace said before joining the fight herself.
Red Velvet and Pumpkin were shooting magic at each other. Pound cake was on the ground in pain and Funnel was fighting with baking supplies.
"I don't want to hurt you." Pumpkin said.
Red Velvet used her magic to get rid of Pumpkin's blue bow.
"I've never really seen you without your bow." Spectrum said.
"Give me back my bow! That is my favorite." Pumpkin said angrily.
"Then don't hold your magic back you've always done." Red Velvet said.
"I don't hold my magic back." Pumpkin said.
"Yes, you do." Red Velvet said.
"How would you know?" Pumpkin asked.
"I just do." Red Velvet said.
"That's not an answer." Pumpkin said.
Sweetie Belle was struggling to keep her emotions in.
"This is why you don't bottle up your emotions," Fluttershy said.
"I've never bottled up my emotions." Sweetie Belle said.
"You have the same look in your eyes as Roselily did," Shuddercord said.
"Roselily had fear in her eyes actually." Sweetie Belle said.
"You're weak," Shuddercord said.
Sweetie Belle and Derpy fell to the ground.
"Mom are you alright?" Galaxy asked flying over to her mom.
"Why if everything dying?" Minty asked before coughing.
"How long have you been here?" Flameheart asked.
"Not long and that doesn't answer my question," Minty said.
"Why are you here?" Flameheart asked.
"My mom wanted us to come and visit old friends," Minty said.
"We are going to die today," Derpy said.
"No, you won't," Derp said.
"I've lived a long life," Derpy said.
"You can't give up. You never have and you won't start now." Cozy said.
"I want to kill you but I know that revenge isn't the answer no matter how much I wish to kill you." Sweetie Belle said to Fluttershy.
"What's going on?" Minty asked very confusedly.
"Battle of good and evil that has been going on for a very long time," Mia said eating a mixture of pink and blue cotton candy.
Dawn Pie ran away from the battle. Party Lights ran after her sister.
"We lost," Derpy said.
"No you haven't," Cozy said.
"I'm too old to fight. I just want to have a normal life." Derpy said.
"Good and evil are becoming one," Rainbow said suddenly.
"What do you mean?" the pink pegasus mare asked.
"I think she means that it's hard to tell what is good and evil now because they are becoming blurred. " two voices that surprised everyone said.
"How are you two alive?" Diamond asked surprised and scared.
The two voices belonged to Melody and Fifer who were limbing towards them bleeding. Blood was dripping from Melody and Fifer's horns and it was the color of their magic.
"That doesn't look good," Robert said.
"It's not." Party Lights said having come back with Dawn Pie.
Party Lights summoned two pieces of cloth to wrap around Melody and Fifer's horns.
"Snowy, can you make my horn cold?" Melody asked.
"Mine too," Fifer said.
"Sure." Snowflake said.
Melody and Fifer walked over to Snowflake so she could cool down their horns.
"Thank you." Melody and Fifer say in unison.
"No problem." Snowflake said.
"Don't hold back your magic!" Red Velvet said angrily.
"I still don't know what you are talking about." Pumpkin said.
"Sis, I can see it in you that you have great power but you refuse to use it." Red Velvet said.
Pumpkin looked around her then looked her sister in the eyes and blasted her.
"Way to go big sis!" Funnel said before helping his brother up.
"How did it feel?" Red Velvet asked after she recovered a couple of seconds later.
"It felt great." Pumpkin said.
"You are powerful." Red Velvet said.
"I never realized how strong my magic was." Pumpkin said.
"I think you did. You were just afraid of what others would think." Red Velvet said.
A light bulb appeared above Dawn Pies' head.
"What's your idea?" Mia asked seeing the light bulb above her sister's head.
"Lights, cast the spell you've been working on." Dawn Pie said.
"It hasn't been completed." Party Lights said knowing what spell her sister was referring to.
"It will be fine just believe in yourself." Dawn Pie said.
"I don't think I can." Party Lights said.
"Lights, cast the spell." Dawn Pie said.
"What if it fails?" Party Lights asked a bit scared.
"You've been working on this spell for years. It might not be what you planned the spell for but it will work trust me." Dawn Pie said with a reassuring smile that only Party Lights saw.
"I trust you, sis." Party Lights said.
Party Lights hugged Dawn Pie which she actually accepted which surprised her at first but she continued hugging her sister for a couple of seconds.
"Larva, join us," Shuddercord said.
"Never." Larva said.
"She isn't a soulless monster." Pupa said with less fear in her voice than usual and her wings spread out.
"Are you calling us soulless?" Deedee asked.
"What if I am?" Pupa asked trying her best to sound brave.
"Sis, I got this." Larva said to her twin. Pupa nodded and backed away.
"Why did you have to choose your weak family?" Shuddercord asked.
"I chose the family that cares about me." Larva said.
"We care about you," Fluttershy said.
"You only care about her power." Sweetie Belle said.
"You know that isn't true," Fluttershy said.
"Yes, it is." Sweetie Belle said.
Shuddercord said nothing and just stared for a few seconds.
"Do my twin and I only exist because you wanted more of a chance to have a powerful foal or more?" Larva asked Fluttershy.
"You are smart and powerful," Fluttershy said flying over to her daughter.
Larva, Pupa, Jade, Flare, Flint, and Axel were all very hungry. True the Draglings didn't really feed of love/ friendship but sometimes even they need to. Everyone else was starting to become hungry as well bus not as hungry as the half Changelings.
"I'm so hungry." Pupa said.
"Same." Jade said.
"I'm going to go back inside now." the pink pegasus mare said.
"Ok, bye Rainbow Harmony." Rainvow said.
"Is Coco Swril still there?" Minty asked.
"Yes." Rainbow Quil said.
"Can you say hi for me?" Minty asked.
"I will bye." Rainbow Quil said before going back into the orphanage.
"I need to drink blood." Posey said.
"I am hungry." Prism said.
"We do need to regain some energy." Cozy said.
"We will meet back here after we eat." Fluttershy said.
Good and evil went there separate ways to go eat. Good meant up with Chrysalis, Thorax and Spike then went to Cream Puffs work.
"Thanks mom." Pupa said.
"No problem." Chrysalis said.
"These are good beans and rice." Windy said.
"How are you?" Zephyr asked at a table a cross from the group.
"Good." Windy said.
"Where is Flutters?" Zephyr aksed.
"Long story." Rainbow said.
"Hi Robert." a teen colt around Robert's age said blushing.
"Hi Fire Streaks." Robert said.
"Why do you look like you just came from a fight?" Zephyr asked.
"Because we just came from a fight duh." Mia said in her usual cheerful voice.
"Are you hurt Bobby?" Fire Streak asked.
"I'm fine." Robert said.
"We just need to eat to get more energy." Rainbow said.
"I need blood." Posey said.
"Why haven't you summoned a bottle?" Zephyr asked.
"We're too weak." Posey said.
"I would but that would take to much energy right now." Chrysalis said.
"Why did we come here?" Rainy asked.
"Cream Puff works here and needed to get back here." Pound said.
"This cinnamon stick is cold." Pumpkin said.
Flameheart used her magic to heat up the cinnamon stick.
"Why are some of you eating like it's the end of the world?" Zephyr asked.
"If we lose it might as well be the end of the world." Derpy said.
"What's going on?" Lightning Dust asked.
"Fluttershy is apparently an ancient evil whose name is actually Malice." Mia said.
Zephyr and Lightning Dust stare at Mia in confusion.
"Long story." Derpy said.
"What's wrong?" Fire Streak asked.
"Nothing." Robert said.
"I will be back." Zephyr said.
"Where are you going?" Posey aksed.
"To get you a bottle of blood." Zephyr said.
"Thank you." Posey said.
"No problem." Zephyr said flying away.
"I've never been so hungry before." Jade said.
"We should take you home if you aren't feeling well." Cadence said.
"I will be fine. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about." Jade said.
"Even half Changelings need to feed of love/ friendship sometimes." Chrysalis said.
"What would your life have been like if you weren't cursed?" Derpy asked.
"I don't know." Chrysalis said.
"What curse?" Larva asked.
"When I was younger then you my kind was cursed. No one knew what caused are downfall intel years later." Chrysalis said.
"The downfall of the Flutter ponies is in some books but only two talk about the curse and the Changelings." Sweetie Belle said.
"Sometimes I wish we could change history." Cozy said.
"We can though." Rainbow said.
"It would be too dangerous we don't know what could happen if we change the past." Sweetie Belle said.
"If something bad happens then we can undo it but we need to try." Rainbow said.
"We can't deal with a new timeline." Sweetie Belle said.
"Are you alright?" Derpy asked.
"I'm fine." Sweetie Belle said.
"We should try to think of the best outcome." Rainbow said.
"Only if your too scared to see the truth." Sweetie Belle said.
"I'm not scared of the truth." Rainbow said.
"We are never going to go back in time!" Sweetie Belle said.
"Are you scared?" Rainbow asked.
"Of course not." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why are you scared?" Rainbow asked.
"I told you I'm not scared." Sweetie Belle said.
Zephyr flew back in the restaurant giving Posey a bottle of blood before sitting down.
"What's going on?" Zephyr asked.
"Sweetie Belle is lying." Rainbow said.
"I'm not lying." Sweetie Belle said angerliy.
"I thought you said that the past is in the past." Derpy said.
"I did and it is." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then why don't you want to go back in time besides the butterfly effect?" Cozy asked.
"Can we just finish eating?" Sweetie Belle asked angrily.
"Sure." Derpy said a little bit afraid.
"I think I might faint." Axel said.
"Same." Pupa said.
"There is all sorts of love and things like it here." Funnel said.
"The sadness and heartbreak makes everything taste bad." Pupa said.
"Ohh." Funnel said.
"What can we do?" Flint asked.
"I don't know. Nothing like this has ever accord." Chrysalis said.
"Do you want to join us in the battle after this?" Rainbow asked.
"Sure." Zephyr said.
"You just doomed yourself." Sweetie Belle said.
"Now I'm scared." Zephyr said.
"Same." Lightning Dust said.
"We need all the help we can get." Rainbow said.
"We can't risk any more lifes." Sweetie Belle said.
"Are you thinking of what you did?" Derpy asked with concern.
"Can we please stop talking about it?" Sweetie Belle asked getting very angry.
"We need to though." Derpy said.
"No you don't." Sweetie Belle said.
After they ate they went back to the battle with Chrysalis, Thorax, Spike Zephyr, Lightning Dust, and Fire Streaks.
"Why do Deedee and Shuddercord look different?" Zephyr asked.
"Powerful evil magic." Rainbow said.
"It's called dark magic not evil magic." Sweetie Belle corrected.
Larva attacked Fluttershy with her magic and looked at her with anger.
"You have great potential you shouldn't waste it." Fluttershy said.
"I am not a monster like you." Larva said.
"Lala, I'm no monster I'm just someone who takes risks that no one else will." Fluttershy said.
"You take more then just risks." Larva said.
"I see it in you that you are getting very weak. If you join me you won't need to feel the hunger your feeling now ever again." Fluttershy said.
"I'm never going to join you." Larva said
Sweetie Belle shot beams of magic at Deedee, Shuddercord, Red Velvet, and Fluttershy.
"You are evil." Fluttershy said looking at Sweetie Belle.
"What are you talking about?" Larva asked.
"Tell them Belle!" Fluttershy demanded.
"It's nothing." Sweetie Belle said.
"Tell them the truth!" Fluttershy demanded.
"You can't tell me what to do or make me do anything!" Sweetie Belle said.
"They should know the truth." Fluttershy said.
"No they don't." Sweetie Belle said.
"Derpy, will you tell them?" Fluttershy asked.
"No, because it would upset Belle." Derpy said.
"Belle isn’t as good as she let others think she is." Fluttershy said.
"I have always been good." Sweetie Belle said.
“Did you forget that Shudders and Vel can both tell when someone is lying?” Fluttershy asked.
"I’m not lying." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes you are. I’m surprised your horn hasn’t grown with how many lies you tell." Fluttershy said.
"You know nothing." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes I do. I know you are a dangerous monster." Fluttershy said.
"Not as dangerous as you!" Sweetie Belle said.
"No, there is no one more dangerous then you." Fluttershy said.
Sweetie Belle shot her magic at Fluttershy which made both of them hit the ground.
"Are you alright?" Rainbow and Derpy asked in unison walking over to Sweetie Belle and helped her up.
"Yeah." Sweetie Belle said.
"La...." Fluttershy started.
"No." Larva said cutting her off.
Dusk Shine stares at Deedee the mare he thought loved him but it seemed now that it was all just an act.
"What defines a monster?" Gummy thought.
"I’m so hungry." Pupa said.
"I think I might throw up." Flare said putting a claw on her mouth.
"Same." Jade said putting a claw on her mouth like her sister.
"What's happening?" Pupa asked her voice shaking.
"I don't know." Chrysalis said.
"This is bad." Derpy said.
"I'm a quarter Changeling." the filly said.
"Why is it only affecting Changelings?" Sweetie Belle asked more to herself then anyone else.
The half changelings threw up first then Chrysalis and Thorax.
The quarter Changelings eyes started to look reptilian.
"Are you a quarter Dragon?" Derpy asked in unison.
"Yes." the quarter Changeling said.
"I'm starving." Pupa said.
"Belle, tell them the truth!" Fluttershy demanded.
"I don't know what your talking about." Sweetie Belle said.
"Tell them why your magic aura is changing!" Fluttershy said.
"I thought you said you didn't know." Derpy said.
"I lied." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why?" Derpy asked.
"Malice, the spells I've made weren't suppose to be used the way you are using them." Sweetie Belle said not answering Derpys question.
"Wait, did you say you created the spells?" Prism and Dawn the porg asked in unison.
"Yes, but Malice changed them." Sweetie Belle said.
"I didn't have to change that much of the spells. I just had to change one or two things that were written then finish the last two lines." Fluttershy said.
"The spells were suppose to be for good not evil." Sweetie Belle said.
"I saw your scratch ideas." Fluttershy said.
"Those were from dreams they weren't real ideas for spells that I would make." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why do you keep on lying to everyone?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'm not lying!" Sweetie Belle said angrily with green and blue sparks coming out the tip of her horn.
"If it wasn't for you I would have never been able to curse the Flutter ponies. If it weren't for you the stone spell wouldn't exist." Fluttershy said.
"They weren't suppose to do that." Sweetie Belle said.
"It was for a curse though." Fluttershy said.
"Yes, it was for a curse but it was suppose to protect creatures from the likes of you." Sweetie Belle said.
"You should have put a protective spell on that box of spells." Fluttershy said.
"I did." Sweetie Belle said.
"It must have been a weak one then." Fluttershy said.
"No, it was strong." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then how did I open the box?" Fluttershy asked.
"Because of the necklace that you gave Shuddercord. The necklace was the key to box." Sweetie Belle said.
"I have always wondered why you created those spells." Fluttershy said.
"To protect others from you and anyone like you." Sweetie Belle said.
"I'm talking about when we were young before the battles." Fluttershy said.
"I have always known that you were evil and I knew that Malicious would be evil too." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Derpy asked.
"I was trying to keep you safe." Sweetie Belle said.
"That wants you say a lot." Derpy asked.
"I know but it's the truth." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why do you hide things from us?" Derpy asked.
"We have all hidden something from others because we thought it was for the best." Sweetie Belle said.
Deedee shot magic at Dusk Shine which he didn't dodge causing him to fall backwards and hit the ground.
"Shiny, are you alright?" Surprise asked with concern flying over to her brother.
"I think so." Dusk Shine said weakly.
"Light, cast the spell!" Dawn Pie said.
"I'm too afraid. What if I mess up?" Party Lights asked.
"There no reason to be scared." Dawn Pie said.
"What do you mean?" Party Lights asked.
"I've seen you cast and create spells many times. I know you can cast this one." Dawn Pie said.
Larva looks between the heroe and villaines. She had a sense that maybe she was on the wrong side but she didn't believe herself or at least she that is what she thought. That thought had been in and out of her mind for years.
"I thought you loved me Deedee!" Dusk Shine cried.
"I thought I did too. But it seems that we were both wrong." Deedee said.
"What's happening?" Pupa asked seeing a portal.
"Storm, come on we need to get back." a female voice said to the quarter Changeling.
"Can we take our family there so they can get stronger?" Storm asked.
"You know the rules." the female said.
"I know." Storm said sadly.
"Bye." Jade said.
"By aunt Jade." Storm said.
Storm and the other female went inside the portal before it disappeared.
"What new spells do you have for me?" Fluttershy asked.
"I will never tell a monster like you!" Sweetie Belle said.
"You are the true monster here not me." Fluttershy said.
"I am no monster." Sweetie Belle said.
"I know the past haunts you everyday." Fluttershy said.
"No it doesn't." Sweetie Belle said.
"Belle, you need to forgive yourself." Cozy said.
"I don't know what your talking about." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes you do." Cozy said.
"I don't understand you were the one who was saying that the past will remain in the past." Derpy said.
"I was trying to help you and I don't care about the past." Sweetie Belle said.
"Wasn't she one of the ones who founded Tartarus?" Deedee asked.
"Yes she was." Fluttershy said with a smile seeing what Deedee was trying to do.
"Didn't she create the spell that made it so that most Centaurs need to feed of magic?" Shuddercord asked.
"Yep." Fluttershy said.
"Why?" Tirek asked turning to face his wife.
"I was trying to protect your kind from extinction!" Sweetie Belle said.
"Most of my kind has died!" Tirek said.
"If it wasn't for me you won't be alive dear. Just be glad your still here." Sweetie Belle said angrily.
"Are you alright?" Tirek asked concerned seeing that his wife was getting angry.
"I'm fine dearie." Sweetie Belle said slightly less angry.
Larvas light blue eyes started to turn dark green before turning back to light blue. When she lit her horn up for a spell her aura was red before turning back to its usual dark green.
"What's going on?" Pupa asked frightened.
"I don't know." Larva said.
Sweetie Belles eyes went wide when she saw what was happening and ran in front of Larva.
"Ignore it." Sweetie Belle said in a stern voice.
"What's wrong with her?" Pupa asked with concern the light made her teal eyes sparkle.
"Larva needs to be taken somewhere safe now." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why?" Pupa asked.
"Please just trust me." Sweetie Belle said.
"How can they trust you now?" Red Velvet asked.
"I will be fine." Larva said.
"Larva, if you want any chances at a good and happy life you will not stay here." Sweetie Belle said.
"How do you know this and why?" Larva asked.
"I've studied many things in my long life and another reason which I can't risk telling you sorry but you just have to trust me." Sweetie Belle said.
"Is she the other one?" Fluttershy asked.
Sweetie Belle didn't answer Fluttershy's question.
"Is she the one?" Derpy asked.
Sweetie Belle sighed she didn't want to keep on lying to everyone but she also wanted to keep others safe. She looked at Derpy and Fluttershy.
"Yes, she is." Sweetie Belle said deciding that she was going to be honest even if that met danger would come.
"What's wrong with Larva?" Chrysalis asked.
"I'm sorry." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why?" Chrysalis asked.
"Get Larva somewhere safe now!" Derpy said.
"I need someone to explain what's going on." Chrysalis said.
Rainbow saw the looks on Sweetie Belles, Derpy's, Cozy's, and Fluttershy's face and figured out what was happening. She looked at Chrysalis and Pupa who both were confused and took a deep breath before letting it out.
"She is struggling between good and evil. If you don't get her someplace safe, she is most likely going to turn evil and there most likely won't be any return for her once she turns evil. Her density can't be undone but it csn be delayed." Rainbow said.
"Wait what?" Pupa and Chrysalis asked in unison both of them confused by what they had just heard.
Larva looked between the the side of good and the side of evil before letting out a scream that thankfully was kind of short though it did break some windows. The ponies inside the houses just figured it was from a monster attack and didn't think much of it since they were use to type of things by now.
"So this is what aunt Larva looks like." a new female voice said.
"Who are you?" Pupa asked in the sky flying next to her was Surprise.
"My name is Watermelon and I'm your daughter." the now know as Watermelon said spreading out her wings.
"Is Surprise your other mom?" Mia asked for making Surprise and Pupa blush.
"Yes." Watermelon said.
"How powerful are you Watermelon?" Fluttershy asked.
"I've been told I'm pretty powerful." Watermelon said.
"Do you have any siblings?" Surprise asked.
"No." Watermelon said.
"Lights, cast the spell now!" Dawn Pie said.
"I'm still nervous." Party Lights said.
"There's no reason to." Dawn Pie said.
"We never knew cared about your family." two unmistakable female voices said. The Golden duo walked up to Dawn Pie.
"What are you two doing here?" Dawn Pie asked.
"We just came to see how you freaks were doing." Gloden Delicious said.
"We aren't freaks." Dawn Pie said.
"What are you going to do to us?" Golden Bow asked.
"We don't have time for your bullying." Dawn Pie said.
Roselily appeared with a wilted rose in her mane.
"How are you?" Posey asked.
"A little better," Roselily said.
"I'm glad," Posey said.
"We need to go to Canterlot," Cloudy said.
"Why?" Posey asked.
"Princesses Celestia and Luna are very ill," Cloudy said.
"I'll come," Roselily said.
"Rose, you shouldn't be out here right now," Cloudy said.
"I want to help," Roselily said.
"We don't want you to get hurt more than you already are," Cloudy said.
"Lilith, go home and Cloudy fly to Canterlot with Galaxy." Sweetie Belle said.
"Ok," Cloudy said flying off with Galaxy.
Roselily teleported away. Fire Streaks walked up to Robert.
"There is something I need to tell you." Fire Streaks said.
"What?" Robert asked.
"I have a crush on you." Fire Streaks said blushing.
Robert rubbed one of his front hooves with the other.
"Just kiss already!" Cadence said.
Robert started to blush then Fire Streaks kissed his cheek. Robert stood frozen for a couple of seconds.
"Lala, come here," Fluttershy said.
"No, I'm stronger than you know. I won't turn evil" Larva said.
"You need to send yourself free from your cage," Fluttershy said.
"Lights, cast the spell." Dawn Pie said.
"I will try." Party Lights said.
Party Lights lit her horn then looked at Fluttershy, Shuddercord, Deedee, and Red Velvet before closing her eyes and blasting them all at once when she opened them there was a book where the four ponies had been.
"You did it." Dawn Pie said.
"Now what?" Pupa asked.
"Larva still might turn evil." Sweetie Belle said.
"Does she become evil?" Pupa asked Watermelon.
"We don't want to risk creating an alternative timeline." Sweetie Belle said.
"What happened?" Golden Delicious asked.
"Battle between good and evil," Mia said.
A portal appeared behind the book.
"Bye." Watermelon said sadly hugging Pupa and Surprise.
"Take care." Pupa and Surprise said in unison.
Watermelon went through the portal before it disappeared.
"What do we do now?" Surprise asked.
"You could all confess your feelings and/ or kiss the one you love," Cadence said.
"I love you," Petula said to Posey.
"I love you too," Posey said.
Rainy kissed Mia. Flint was running before he stopped in the middle.
"Princesses Celestia and Luna are dying," Flint said.
"Why today?" Cadence asked.
"What's wrong?" Flurry asked flying to her mom.
"I just need to see love. There is barely any in the Crystal Empire." Cadence said.
"How's a dad?" Flurry asked.
"He died a couple of weeks after the gala," Cadence said.
"Why am I just now hearing about this?" Flurry asked slightly angrily.
"I couldn't send the letter," Cadence said.
"We should probably go to Canterlot now," Posey said.
"We shouldn't all go today," Cadence said.
"I will go today." Cosmic Stars said.
"We will too." Posey and Petula said in unison.
"I will come with," Tina said.
The book started to glow and float in front of them.
"What's happening?" Cosmic Stars asked.
"I don't know," Derpy said.
"Where's the sun?" Pupa asked.
"It must be gone because of Celestia's dying." Derpy and Rainbow said in unison.
"Who's going to raise the sun now?" Party Lights asked.
"I don't know," Rainbow said.
The book continued to glow then the four ponies that were trapped inside escaped.
"No! This can't be happening! They can't be back!" Derp said.
Larvas body started to twitch. Her mind felt like there was a swarm of bees in it.
"What's wrong?" Pupa asked concerned running towards her twin.
"Lala, don't fight it and join us," Fluttershy said.
"Never!" Larva said.
"Never say never," Fluttershy said.
"Larva, keep on fighting." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why can't they see that you're the true villain here, not me?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'm not a villain." Sweetie Belle angrily.
"Yes you are," Fluttershy said angrily.
In Larvas's mind...
"No." Larva cried.
"Give in." a familiar voice said.
"Never." Larva said.
"Yes you will!" the familiar voice said.
"I will never be evil." Larva said.
"You can't fight destiny." the familiar voice said.
"Are you my conscience?" Larva asked.
"Yes." Larvas conscience said.
"Why do you want me to be evil?" Larva asked.
"Evil is power, good is weak." Larvas conscience said.
"I'd rather be weak then be powerful then." Larva said.
"Think about it you could learn the truth about who you are." Larvas conscience said.
"I don't care about that." Larva said.
"You should." Larvas conscience said
"Why?" Larva asked.
"It's whats best for Equestria." Larvas conscience said.

"Evil may be free but they are all alone." Larva sang.
"I don't understand the need to blend in with those fools." Larvas conscience sang.

"They call it twisted, vile, and plain right means... I've heard those all and more. Those idiots are just a bore." Larvas conscience sang.
"I'm just considering the possible aftermath." Larva sang.
"Why live with such worthless subjects when you can be a queen?!" Larvas conscience sang.
"What do you mean?" Larva asked.
"If you accept, you could be the ruler you were destined to be." Larvas conscience said.
"Never." Larva said.
"I know you want it." Larvas conscience said.
Larva heard a faint voice that snapped her back to the battle.
"Larva, are you alright?" Pupa asked her sister.
"I feel torn." Larva said.
"Lala, join me," Fluttershy said.
"You could be the queen." Larva heard her conscience say.
Larvas reached put her hoof to shake with Fluttershy's.
"Larva don't." Sweetie Belle said.
"This is my destiny." Larva said.
"No, it's not," Cozy said.
"This what is best for Equestria. You have to trust me!" Larva said.
"This isn't what's best for Equestria," Derpy said.
"Yes, it is." Larva said.
"I know it seems like it but it's not," Cozy said.
"Larva, please don't do this," Chrysalis said.
Cadence looked up at Fluttershy and met her eyes.
"Are you ever going to tell them?" Fluttershy asked.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Cadence said no longer looking Fluttershy in the eyes.
"Yes, you do," Fluttershy said.
"Did you truly love me or was it just an act?" Cadence asked angrily.
"Of course I loved you, my little candy heart," Fluttershy said.
Cadence tried not to blush at that nickname.
"Then why did you do what you did?" Cadence asked.
"I was still learning what love was," Fluttershy said.
"That is a unique reason," Cadence said.
"I know and I'm sorry. I couldn't help myself." Fluttershy said.
"You should've tried harder," Cadence said.
Chrysalis walked over to Cadence and looked up at Fluttershy.
"Fermata and Skyla should know the truth," Fluttershy said.
"I can't believe how foolish I was," Cadence said.
"I know how you feel," Chrysalis said.
"You two were both broken until I came. I never got to express my feelings in the past so I didn't know how to show my feelings." Fluttershy said flying closer to Cadence and Chrysalis.
"You will always be evil." Sweetie Belle said.
"You're the evil one!" Fluttershy cried.
"Lights, raise the sun." Dawn Pie said.
"My magic isn't strong enough." Party Lights said.
"Yes it is, I believe in you. Please believe in yourself." Dawn Pie said.
Party Lights lit her horn and floated for a couple of seconds before hitting the ground.
"Did I do it?" Party Lights asked weakly.
"Yep." Dawn Pie said.
Party Lights got up and looked at her flank seeing that she got her cutie mark. Her cutie mark was a book with the sun and four streamers on it.
"Why didn't you tell me that I got my cutie mark?" Party Lights asked.
"I didn't think you cared." Dawn Pie said.
Deedee shot Party Lights with a powerful blast causing Party Lights to fall back down.
Derpy rushed over to check if Party Lights was still breathing.
"She's barely breathing," Derpy said.
"No one hurts my sister." Dawn Pie said angrily.
"I think we should run," Mia said.
Larva, Shuddercord, and Deedee looked at each other and combined their powers.
"No one hurts my sister!" Dawn Pie repeated angrily before jumping up and punching all of them.
It started to rain hard and Mia turned into her merman form.
"Why can't they see that this is all your fault?" Fluttershy asked angrily.
"None of this is my fault." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes, it is," Fluttershy said.
"A villain like you can never change." Sweetie Belle said.
"Maybe I could've if you had forgiven me all those years ago," Fluttershy said.
"Why would I ever forgive you?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"The same reason you secretly don't forgive anyone," Fluttershy said.
"Is that true?" Tirek asked.
"Of course not dearie." Sweetie Belle said.
"Aren't you going to go to Canterlot Derpy?" Fluttershy asked.
"Why would I go there?" Derpy asked.
"Because of a secret of yours that you've been hiding for over a thousand years," Fluttershy said.
"What is it?" Derp and Tina asked in unison.
Derpy didn't answer she just looked up at the rainy sky. Rainbow and Cozy looked at each other and nodded.
"Derpy is Luna and Celestia's mom," Cozy said.
"Wait, Luna and Celestia are my sisters?" Derp asked.
"Yep," Rainbow said.
Derpy started to cry well still looking up at the rainy sky.
"I miss them," Derpy said sadly.
"Then go," Fluttershy said.
"Belle, what do you think?" Derpy asked.
"You're not going." Sweetie Belle said.
"You are a monster who only cares about herself," Fluttershy said.
Stormy flew towards Fluttershy and flapped down.
"If you all stop this you could be forgiven," Stormy said.
"It's too late. They had their chance of forgiving me and never did." Fluttershy said.
"You don't deserve to be forgiven." Sweetie Belle said.
"Everyone deserves to be forgiven," Stormy said.
"You need to learn that the world isn't all sunshine and rainbows." Sweetie Belle said bluntly.
Stormy started to cry a little. Her tears were gray. Everything started to get gray.
"Come here sunshine," Rainbow said.
Stormy ran up to her mom and continued crying and turning everything gray.
"Belle, why did you say that?" Derpy asked.
"She needed to know the truth." Sweetie Belle said.
"No, she didn't. She's very sensitive." Rainbow said.
"Yes, she did." Sweetie Belle said.
"We should probably calm Stormy done before all of Equestria and possibly the whole world turns gray," Derpy said.
"Go to Canterlot and be there for Celestia and Luna," Rainbow said.
"I can't," Derpy said.
"Follow your heart," Rainbow said.
After a couple of seconds of thinking, Derpy flew towards Canterlot castle as fast as she could.
In Canterlot castle...
"I'm so sorry Lullaby, and Sunny," Derpy said with warms tears running down her face.
Luna and Celestia's ears perked up when they heard those nicknames.
"Mommy?" Luna asked weakly opening her eyes.
"I'm here," Derpy said.
"Your back," Luna said with a weak smile.
"I'm sorry for leaving you when you two were young," Derpy said.
"We forgive you." Celestia and Luna said in unison.
"How can I forgive myself for leaving you two as I did? Derpy asked starting to cry more.
"Why did you do that?" Sweetie Belle asked angerily.
"She needs to see them before they die and they need their mom." Rainbow said.
"Listen, I know you care but use your brain not your heart." Sweetie Belle said.
"Maybe you shouldn't follow your brain all the time." Rainbow said.
"That's what Derpy wanted me to do, after she wanted to forgive our enemies." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why didn't you?" Cozy asked.
"I could never forgive a monster like Malice." Sweetie Belle said.
"You never gave me a chance." Fluttershy said angerily.
"Why?" Stomy sniffled.
"I already told you a monster like her could never change." Sweetie Belle said.
"What about me?" Tirek asked.
"You were never a monster like her." Sweetie Belle said.
"You should've tried giving me a chance." Fluttershy said.
"You didn't deserve one and still don't." Sweetie Belle said.
"She wanted one though." Cozy said.
Honeycrisp came running and tripped in front of everyone.
"What is it?" Mia asked flapping her fin.
"Roseliliy is gone!" Honeycrisp exclaimed.
"That's not good." Raven said.
"I already have creatures looking for her." Honeycrisp said.
"I'll help." Stormy said wripping away her tears.
"I'll help too." Lighting said.
Flameheart gingerly touched Snowflakes hoof.
"That will be too dangerous." Snowflake said knowing what her sister wanted to do.
"But it might work." Flameheart said.
"True. Let's try it." Snowflake said.
Snowflake and Flameheart lit up there horns and touched each others causing everyone to fall backwards and created steam.
"I got you Prism." Lightning said running towards her sister.
"We should probably pull them apart." Melody said.
Melody and Fifer used their magic to pull their sisters apart before any real damage accord.
"Are you alright?" Fifer and Melody asked in unison running over to Snowflake and Flameheart.
"Yes." Snowflake and Flameheart said in unison.
A hologramic version of Sapphire appeared in front of them.
"I found Roselily...." the hologramic Sapphire said glitching before shutting of.
"Someone needs to get them." Melody said.
"They'll be fine." Sweetie Belle said.
"We don't know that for sure." Melody said.
"We need to keep fighting." Sweetie Belle said.
"Soon everyone will see you as the monster you truly are." Fluttershy said.
"I'm no monster." Sweetie Belle said.
"Do you think you can still change?" Stormy asked flying towards Fluttershy.
"It's too late for me." Fluttershy said.
"It’s never to late." Stormy said.
"Stormy, your such a sweet and innocent filly but you need to learn that not everyone can be forgiven." Fluttershy said.
"What caused you to become like this?" Stormy asked.
"I don't remember." Fluttershy said.
"The day that destiny was rewritten." Rainbow said suddenly.
"What do you mean?" Spectrum asked.
"Celestia was suppose to become evil not Luna." Cozy said.
"Why was history rewritten?" Tina asked.
"The future would have been a dark one if I didn't change it." Sweetie Belle said.
"Did mom know?" Tina asked.
"No she didn’t." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why not?" Tina asked.
"She wouldn't have let me do it if she knew. She still blames herself for Luna turning into Nightmare Moon." Sweetie Belle said.
"You are heartless." Fluttershy said.
"No I'm not." Sweetie Belle said.
"Lier." Shuddercord said.
"What does she mean?" Pupa asked.
"She is literally heartless." Cozy said.
"Why? How?" Prism asked.
"Tell them sis!" Fluttershy demanded.
Silence fell across everyone. Fluttershy put her hooves over her mouth.
"I'm so confused." Surprise said breaking the silence.
"Same." Pupa said.
"How long have you been heartless?" Dawn Pie asked.
"That doesn't matter." Sweetie Belle said.
"You didn't want anymore pain so you ripped out your heart." Fluttershy said.
"You considered doing the same." Sweetie Belle said.
"I did but I couldn't do it and that was after you did it." Fluttershy said.
"I may not have a heart but I'm not a monster." Sweetie Belle said.
"You were once the most feared creature in the whole world." Fluttershy said.
"That was a long time ago." Sweetie Belle said.
"You're are such a hypocrite." Fluttershy said.
"No I'm not." Sweetie Belle said.
"You kinda are.' Cozy said.
"It's not being a hypocrite if I change my mind." Sweetie Belle said.
"Yes it is." Fluttershy said.
Pupa flew away without being noticed and went to the Everfree forest.
"Oh why, all my life has been a series of lies. I must prove to everyone that I'm not a pathetic scaredy cat. I must prove that I can help save the world from the evil. I must stand for one and all, even if I must take the fall...." Pupa sang.
Back in Ponyville....
"Unlike you at least I tried to take care of my kids." Fluttershy said.
"I couldn't take care of them without wishing that I could feel the love for them and my husband." Sweetie Belle said.
"Then you should've looked for your heart." Fluttershy said.
"I don't want to feel anything else." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why?" Fluttershy asked.
Sweetie Belle shot Fluttershy with her magic.
"I don't have to share my reasons with you." Sweetie Belle said.
"We were once so close. We could've been like that again if you just gave me the chance." Fluttershy said getting up.
"That was thousands of years ago when I was like you." Sweetie Belle said.
Silence fell and Sweetie Belle just stared at Fluttershys eyes.
"You aren't any hero." Fluttershy said angrily breaking the silence.
"I may have been a villain once but that's not who I'm anymore." Sweetie Belle said.
"Didn't you say you would never forgive anyone?" Fluttershy asked.
"Forgiving myself is easier then forgiving others." Sweetie Belle said.
"If it wasn't for you this world would be a much better place." Fluttershy said.
"Everything I've done is to make sure you don't win and so that theres a better furture." Sweetie Belle said.
"You hide behind many faces too scared to so who you are." Fluttershy said.
"That may be what you do but I don't do that." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why can't you be the sister you once were?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'm not that pony anymore and hopefully never will be again." Sweetie Belle said.
"You didn't curse the centures to protect them from extinction you did it because it brought misery to them." Fluttershy said.
"Is that true?" Tirek and Surprise asked is unison.
"Yes." Sweetie Belle said.
"How could you?" Tirke asked.
"I truly am sorry for what I did. I was a different pony than." Sweetie Belle said.
"She's not sorry for what she did. She never is after all." Fluttershy said bitterly.
"Why did you lie to me?" Trike asked.
"I was trying to protect you." Sweetie Belle said.
"But you ended up hurting me anyway." Tirke said.
"I'm sorry." Sweetie Belle said.
"I don't know if I can trust you right now." Tirek said before walking away trying to hold back his tears.
In Canterlot....
"Aurora is that you?" Minuette asked wslking in the room.
"Galaxy?" Derpy asked turning around.
The two of them ran and gave each other a hug.
"Can you sing to us?" Luna asked weakly.
"Of course." Derpy said.
"I would love to here you sing again." Minuette said to Derpy
"Which one?" Derpy asked.
"The last one you sang to us before you left." Luna said.
"I want to hear a new one," Celestia said coughing.
"Whys that?" Derpy asked.
"I want it to be special," Celestia said.
"I have one but I don't know if I should sing it to you two," Derpy said.
"Sing it please," Celestia said.
"All your songs are good," Luna said.
"Once did a pony who shone like the moon lookout and sigh, she smiled and said surely there is no pony as feared as I. So fearful she was all were the shadow she cast, which fell upon the sister she loved and grew only darker as days and nights passed. Soon did that pony take away her heart. Then her sister watched her unhappiness grow. They never knew how much they were loved." Derpy sang.
"Is this true?" Celestia said.
"Sadly yes," Derpy said.
"Who were they?" Luna asked.
"Your old foal sitter and her sister," Derpy said.
"Are they still alive?" Luna asked.
"Yes," Derpy said.
"Is our old foal sitter going to visit us?" Luna asked.
"I won't lie I doubt she will come," Derpy said.
"Oh ok," Luna said.
Tirek came running in crying his eyes out.
"What's wrong?" Derpy asked.
"I just needed to get out of there," Tirek said.
"Learning too much about the past isn't good," Derpy said.
"There's something she hasn't told you," Tirek said.
"What is it?" Derpy asked.
"Apparently Celestia was supposed to become evil but Sweetie Belle believed it would be better for everyone if Luna became evil instead," Tirek said.
"I can't believe it. She should've talked to me and ask for my permission." Derpy said angrily.
"I want you to continue singing," Celestia said.
"Not right now," Derpy said.
"Nosing a song right now," Celestia said.
"I will later," Derpy said.
"What caused Sweetie Belle to be the way she is?" Tirek asked.
"I don't know all I know after she took away her heart she changed," Derpy said.
"Is there anyone else still living that knew her when she had a heart?" Tirek said
"Yes, Gorgar," Derpy said.
"Anyone else?" Tirek asked.
"Not really," Derpy said.
"What's going on?" Luna asked.
"The battle of good vs. evil is a battle that has been going once since before either of you to was born. That's the reason I left you and your sister." Derpy said.
Celestia's eyes closed and she stopped breathing. Derpy and Minuette ran over to the side of her bed.
"I'm going to leave so you can be alone," Tirek said before leaving the room.
"Can't you cast the revival spell?" Luna asked.
"It's forbidden but I will try," Minuette said.
"A life for a life is the price," Derpy said.
"I'm willing to pay that price," Minuette said.
"No, let the sacrifice be me," Derpy said.
"Don't you need to keep fighting the battle?" Minuette asked.
"It doesn't matter if I'm there or not because it will never end," Derpy said.
"Ok, if you say so," Minuette said.
"Wait!" Rainbow shouted flying towards them.
"What is it?" Derpy asked.
"The spell is too dangerous," Rainbow said.
"There's no other choice," Derpy said.
"When there are side effects they are spell is terrible," Rainbow said.
"We know," Minuette said.
"Then let me do it. There is a potion version of the spell if the actual spell doesn't work." Rainbow said.
"You've done this before haven't you?" Derpy said.
"Yes," Rainbow said.
"What's your real name?" Derpy asked.
"Iris was one of my many names," Rainbow said.
"That doesn't answer the question," Derpy said.
"I don't want to reveal who I am just yet," Rainbow said.
Derpy nodded her head understanding what Rainbow meant.
"Why do this?" Derpy asked.
"You need peace but killing yourself so your daughters can live is not the answer," Rainbow said.
"Can you stop Luna from dying?" Derpy asked.
"I can try," Rainbow said.
"What was your original special talent?" Derpy asked.
"I rather not speak of it," Rainbow said.
"Why?" Derpy asked.
"I failed that's why," Rainbow said.
"What do you mean?" Derpy asked.
"I failed at bringing peace," Rainbow said.
"What do you mean?" Derpy asked.
"I was supposed to bring Malice and Belle closer but all I did was make everything worse," Rainbow said.
"Please tell me who you are," Derpy said.
"Naima," Rainbow said.
"What does it mean?" Derpy asked.
"It means comfort, peace and belonging to no one," Rainbow said.
In Ponyville...
"I love you Vel." Snowflake said.
"I love you too." Red Velvet said.
"Just kiss already!" Cadence shouted.
"Are you alright?" Chrysalis said.
"Yes," Cadence said.
"Snowy, I don't want to harm you." Red Velvet said.
"Kiss!" Cadence shouted.
"You have a problem," Chrysalis said.
''No I don't," Cadence said.
"Grant me the power of sight." Snowflake said.
"Sure thing." Red Velvet said before lighting her horn and sending a beam of magic at Snowflake.
"Vel?" Snowflake asked.
"Yes." Red Velvet said.
"You are even more beautiful than I thought you were." Snowflake said.
"Kiss! Kiss!" Cadence chanted.
"Seriously?" Chrysalis asked.
Red Velvet kissed Snowflakes lips causing both of them to blush.
"Adorable," Cadence said.
Fluttershy stared at Sweetie Belle with a mixture of anger and sadness in her eyes. Sweetie Belles eyes held no emotion at all.
Long ago when Equestria was young lived twin sisters their names where Belle and Malice.
"Sis, I made an actual friend." Malice said happily.
"How?" Belle said.
"She saw that I was lonely and asked if we could be friends." Malice said.
"Does she know who you are the sister of?" Belle asked.
"Yes, but she doesn't care about that." Malice said.
"She's just going to use you if you are her friend," Belle said.
"No, she won't." Malice said.
"I'm just looking out for you," Belle said.
"I can take care of myself just fine." Malice said.
"You're too innocent," Belle said.
"Why did you suddenly change?" Malice asked.
"You are too young," Belle said.
"We are the same age." Malice said.
Belle scratched her sister's face and blood dripped on her hooves. Malice backed away slowly.
"Go away!" Belle demand.
"See you later then." Malice said as she left the room.
Once the door was closer Belle flipped open a book and chanted the words to remove her heart.
"Feelings are for the weak," Belle said to herself.
Malice opened the door slowly and saw her sister put her heart in a box.
"Um...." Malice said.
"I order you to kill that pony that claims to be your friend," Belle said.
Back to the present...
"Why did you turn darker before you removed your heart?" Fluttershy asked.
"I didn't. I was trying to protect you from your own innocence." Sweetie Belle said.
"Look where that ended us!" Fluttershy said angrily.
"If I didn't do the things I did things today would be terrible." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why not let things happen the way they're supposed to?" Fluttershy asked.
"Why would I let the future be filled with nightmares?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"If you didn't shut me out maybe things would be better," Fluttershy said.
"You're my foil. You are what I might become someday." Stormy said.
"Hopefully, you stay who you are," Fluttershy said.
"I believe you can become good again," Stormy said.
"I wish, I still had that hope in me. But that hope dyed out when I learned that my sister would never forgive me." Fluttershy said.
"I know you have goodness in your heart," Stormy said.
"Stop this nonsense. There is no goodness in her heart." Sweetie Belle said.
It started to thunder. The lightning lit up the sky that was right above Sweetie Belle and Fluttershy.
"I wish that the spell or potion had worked," Derpy said flying towards the ground with Rainbow.
"I know and I'm sorry," Rainbow said.
"At least the potion you made for Luna worked," Derpy said.
"I don't know why it didn't work on Celestia," Rainbow said.
"You can never change. You will always be a monster." Sweetie Belle said.
"I stood by your side even after all you did. I killed the first real friend I ever had for you." Fluttershy said crying.
"Actually you didn't," Rainbow said.
"What do you mean?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'm here," Rainbow said.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Fluttershy asked.
"After you attempted to kill me. I realized that I couldn't help you as much as I wanted to." Rainbow said.
"So you tried to help me from the sidelines," Fluttershy said.
"Yep," Rainbow said.
"Stop acting as you care." Sweetie Belle said.
"It seems like she cares about me more than you ever did," Fluttershy said.
"I shouldn't have let you believe that I had dyed that day," Rainbow said.
"Your friendship even though it was short is what brightens me when I'm down," Fluttershy said.
"I truly am sorry Mal," Rainbow said.
"It's not your fault," Fluttershy said.
Stormy flew over to Fluttershy with a small smile.
"I should've tried to bring peace before it got like this," Rainbow said.
"What do you mean?" Fluttershy asked.
"I was supposed to bring the two of you closer but then I ended up making everything worse," Rainbow said.
"I told you she was just using you." Sweetie Belle said.
"The way I see it is that she wanted to help us but you didn't want it so you ordered me to kill her," Fluttershy said.
"Why did you want me dead?" Rainbow asked.
"I couldn't let you destroy everything I had worked on." Sweetie Belle said.
"You will always be the mother of evil," Fluttershy said.
"Don't call me that." Sweetie Belle said angrily.
"I'm only calling you who you are," Fluttershy said.
Dawn Pie flipped open a book that she found in Mia's mane.
"The mother of evil ruled Equestria for years and ruled with an iron hoof. She had a twin sister who she abused." Dawn Pie said.
"So what Tirek told me was true. You are Belle." Gorgar said.
"The father of monsters and the mother of evil are reunited," Rainbow said.
"What are you doing here?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Do you want your heart?" Gorgar asked.
"No, that heart made me weak." Sweetie Belle said.
"Well, I'm glad you found someone even if it isn't me," Gorgar said.
Party Lights twitched a little. Dawn Pie rushed over to her sister.
"Dawny?" Party Lights asked weakly opening her eyes.
"Lights!" Dawn Pie exclaimed with tears rolling now her face.
"Are you crying?" Party Lights asked.
"No." Dawn Pie said.
Party Lights got up and hugged her sister.
"Don't lie." Party Lights said with a giggle.
"I love you, sis." Dawn Pie said.
"I love you too." Party Lights said.
Dawn Pie turned to face Sweetie Belle and walked a little closer.
"Feelings don't make you weak, they make you stronger." Dawn Pie said.
"I misunderstood the writing. It was actually talking about Party Lights and Dawn Pie." Rainbow said.
"You aren't a failure then," Derpy said.
"But then why do I still feel like still did?" Rainbow asked.
"Maybe if my sister didn't order me to kill you then you won't feel like you failed," Fluttershy said.
"Take it in case you change your mind," Grogar said holding out a box from the bag he was wearing.
"I won't change my mind." Sweetie Belle said.
"That thing still gives me nightmares," Fluttershy said shivering a little at the memory that the box gave.
Party Lights took the box from Grogar and opened it. Then she slowly walked closer to Sweetie Belle before putting it in her chest.
"What did you do?" Sweetie Belle asked angrily.
"You need to learn that having a heart is a good thing." Dawn Pie said.
"You fools ruined everything." Sweetie Belle said.
"What do you mean?" Party Lights asked.
"I took away my heart because I didn't want to get corrupted. I used a spell that made my sister evil because I wanted to protect everyone from a dangerous future." Sweetie Belle said.
"Wait what?" Fluttershy asked she didn't know that.
"I placed a spell on you because it seemed like it would be better then if my heart fully went dark." Sweetie Belle said.
"That's selfish," Fluttershy said.
"I did want I thought was best. That's not being selfish." Sweetie Belle said before removing her heart and putting it back in the box.
"Yes, it is." Larva said.
Fluttershy faints and lightning strikes right above her head.
"No one is born evil nor are they born good they are both made," Stormy said.
"Mom!" Luna yelled flying towards Derpy.
"What's wrong?" Derpy asked concerned.
"You need to come with me now!" Luna said.
Derpy saw the look on Luna's face and grew more concerned. Then they both flew to Canterlot.
"Why did you lie to us?" Fermata asked flying towards her mom with Skyla flying in shortly behind her.
"What are you talking about?' Cadence asked.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about," Fermata said angrily.
"I know I shouldn't have lied but I couldn't tell the truth," Cadence said.
"Why not?" Fermata asked angrily.
"I'm sorry I never meant to keep it for so long," Cadence said beginning to cry.
"Uh?" Skyla asked.
"Mom lied to us about our family," Fermata said.
"I was going to tell but I was too afraid to," Cadence said.
"You could've at least tried." Fermata cried.
Cadence pulled Fermata as well as Skyla into a hug with her wings.
"Shh, let it all out," Cadence said. "Fermata, how did you find out?"
"I found some letters at the Shys," Fermata said.
"Tirek, take away their magic." Sweetie Belle said before turning her head to the unconscious Fluttershy.
"Why?" Tirek asked.
"It's the only way to win." Sweetie Belle said.
"I won't allow you to steal Velvets magic." Snowflake said.
"Snowflake come here now." Sweetie Belle said.
"I wouldn't allow you to hurt the pony I love." Snowflake said.
"You don't know want love is. You were born without a heart." Sweetie Belle said.
"Wait what?" Snowflake asked surprised.
"What about us?" Melody asked.
"You have hearts." Sweetie Belle said.
"I have a heart." Snowflake said.
Larva walked up and levitated Red Velvets hoof to Snowflake's chest.
"I feel it." Red Velvet said.
"That's impossible." Sweetie Belle said.
"Being surrounded by ponies and other creatures that love me gave me my heart." Snowflake said.
Fluttershy started to regain consciouses and turned her head to face Sweetie Belle.
"That's not how it works." Sweetie Belle said.
"True love no matter what kind can break any spell," Fluttershy said weakly.
"Then why hasn't it happen to Sweetie Belle?" Pupa asked.
"She puts up too many walls," Fluttershy said.
"I'm sorry Snowy but you can't have a heart." Sweetie Belle said starting to cry before ripping out her daughter's heart and summing a box to put in it.
"I wish I hadn't seen that Though this is the first time that you've cried real tears in a long time," Fluttershy said.
Red Velvet touched Snowflake's chest and cried into it.
"Give it back!" Snowflake yelled with warm tears rolling down her cheeks.
"This is for your own good. Everything I've done is for the benefit of the world." Sweetie Belle said.
"No, it's not," Fluttershy said.
"This isn't a battle of good vs. evil this is a battle of evil vs. evil." Dawn Pie said in realization.
"Then who needs to win?" Party Lights asked.
"I think Fluttershy but I'm not sure." Dawn Pie said.
The sky finally cleared revealing its beautiful colors.
"Finally," Mia said once she was back in her pony form.
"Everyone join together." Sweetie Belle said.
Everyone on Sweetie Belles's side but Rainbow held each other's hooves\ claws. Though they were hesitant and/ or confused.
"Rainbow, what's wrong?" Cozy asked seeing that she was sobbing.
"I think she's having a loyalty meltdown," Derpy said flying towards the ground.
"Rainbow, get over the fact that I wanted you dead and help me defeat my sister." Sweetie Belle said.
"Let her have a break," Derpy said.
"Fine." Sweetie Belle said annoyed before lighting up her horn and floating up before blasting at Fluttershy and her allies.
Then she floated down and touched her slightly burnt horn.
"Are you alright?" Tirek and Gorgar asked in unison.
"I'm fine." Sweetie Belle said.
"It's over," Derpy said in a low voice.
"Where's Stormy?" Rainbow asked.
"I'm sorry." Sweetie Belle said.
"No your not!" Rainbow cried before flying away.
"Is Snowy really gone?" Flameheart asked.
"She and the others are just in a faraway place." Sweetie Belle said.
They all went to Sugarcube Corner along with friends and family they found on their way.
"Here you go." Pound said setting a pumpkin pie in front of Pumpkin.
"Thanks." Pumpkin said.
"No problem." Pound said.
Flurry wiped some crumbs wiped of Pumpkin's right cheek then sat down across from her and took a small piece of the pie.
"I'm going to look for Rainbow and Deedee," Dinky said.
Dinky said her farewells and left Sugarcube Corner. She looked at the beautiful sunset before continuing her journey.
Rainbow was flying in search of any signs to where Stormy and\ or Fluttershy could be.
"Stormy, where are you? Fluttershy?" Rainbow asked tiredly from all the flying so she flew down to be beneath a tree and slept.
Dark green magic lifted Rainbow and took her away.
Rainbow opened her eyes and realized that she was in a cave.
"How are you?" Stormy asked.
"Good," Rainbow said.
"Come eat," Fluttershy said.
The three of them flew closer to the caves opening until they saw Larva, Shuddercord, Deedee, Red Velvet, and Snowflake.
"Smells delicious," Rainbow said.
"Here." Red Velvet said levitating the food to everyone before sitting down with everyone.
Snowflake used her magic to cool everyone's food down.
"Thank you," Rainbow said.
"No problem." Snowflake said.
"What is this? Chicken?" Rainbow asked.
"Yes, special spicy chicken," Fluttershy said lying because she knew is she told Rainbow the truth she would be sick and faint.
"Why did you bring me in?" Rainbow asked.
"We weren't going to let you die out there. You could've been eaten by some creature." Stormy said.
"You flew a long way. We figured that it was for a reason." Fluttershy said.
"I need my little Stormy and my first friend," Rainbow said.
"Your loyalty was tested," Fluttershy said.
"I will never betray any of you," Rainbow said.
"Who dares trespass in my cave?" a female asked angrily in the shadows.
"We didn't know that this cave belonged to anyone." Snowflake said.
"We just need a place to stay." Rainbow and Fluttershy said in unison.
"Rainbow? Fluttershy?" the female asked.
"Yes," Rainbow said.
The female stepped into the light revealing herself.
"Marble?" Fluttershy asked.
"Hi." Marble said.
"What happened to you?" Rainbow asked now noticing all the cuts, scars, bruises, etc....
"Life." Marble said simply.
"Why are you here?" Fluttershy asked.
"I could ask you the same thing." Marble said.
"Mom, Kovu and I are going to go collect some food." a filly around Larvas age said.
"Be safe Ambala." Marble said.
"We will," Ambala said.
"Who are they?" Kovu asked.
"Old friends." Marble said.
"We will be back," Ambala said.
"Bye mom see you later," Kovu said before he and Ambala left the cave.
"So why do you live in a cave?" Rainbow asked.
"Life." Marble said simply.
"What do you mean by that?" Stormy asked.
Red Velvet and Shuddercord knew the answer but thought it best not to say it.
"Life is like a rollercoaster and I'm stuck at the bottom of it." Marble said.
"Tell us about Ambala and Kovu," Rainbow said.
"I adopted then when they were two." Marble said.
"How old are they now?" Snowflake asked.
"Fourteen." Marble said.
"They are lucky to have you," Rainbow said.
"Why are you here?" Marble asked.
"Long story," Fluttershy said.
"I'm listening." Marble said.
"Where do I begin?" Fluttershy asked.
"I'll go first. Long ago I met Fluttershy though back then she was known as Malice. We became best friends but then her sister who you know as Sweetie Belle told her to kill me." Rainbow said.
"I thought I killed her but it turned out that she just faked her death. My sister really only talked to me when she wanted me to do something bad until I eventually became evil. Battles accord and hateful words were said. We were just fighting before we were sent near this cave. Except for Rainbow, she just wanted to be with her first friend and her daughter Stormy." Fluttershy said.
"Sounds like you two had a rough life as well." Marble said.
"Her sister is literally heartless." Red Velvet said.
"I still remember seeing her put it in a box when I was a filly then she did it again today," Fluttershy said shivering a little.
"We're back," Ambala said.
"What did you find?" Marble asked.
"Dolphins, ewes, bunnies, and dragon eggs," Ambala said.
"Our friend gave us these things called pie, blueberries, watermelons, and apples," Kovu said.
"I haven't had any fruit or pie in many years." Marble said.
"What are they like?" Kovu asked.
"A lot of them were sweet if I remember correctly." Marble said.
"So what kind of eggs will you make today?" Ambala asked.
"Hard-boiled." Marble said.
"Want me to use my magic to boil them?" Red Velvet asked.
"Sure." Marble said.
Red Velvet used her magic on the four dragons egg.
"There you go." Red Velvet said.
"Thank you," Ambala said.
"No problem." Red Velvet said.
Shuddercord started to look very pale.
"What's wrong?" Larva asked.
"Just a little sick that's all," Shuddercord said lying.
"Don't lie it will only make it worse. You know just as well as I do that this isn't an ordinary sickness." Deedee said.
"What's going on?" Marble asked.
"How much lying have any of you done here?" Deedee asked.
"Why?" Marble asked.
"Just tell me," Deedee said.
"What's lying?" Kovu asked.
"The opposite of the truth." Marble said.
"We need to tell some truths in order for Shuddercord to feel better. Even if it's just a secret that you don't think will work tell it." Deedee said her eyes glowed amber.
"I'll go first. I'm terrified of butterflies." Larva said.
"When I was Iris I ate a pie with a needle in it and it caused my mouth to bleed. I told the doctors that I had just beaten my tongue because I was embarrassed. That's why I hate pie." Rainbow said.
"My sister wanted to kill Chrysalis but I couldn't so I cursed her and her kind. I told her that she was a monster and that I never wanted to see her again." Fluttershy said starting to cry. Rainbow let Fluttershy cry on her.
"I still need my arctic fox plushie to sleep. Sometimes I play the song that's in the plushie when I need comfort." Snowflake said.
"I was the one who started the Prism couldn't fly chant, not the Golden duo. The Golden duo promised to keep my secret if I kept theirs and they actually kept it." Red Velvet said.
"I was the one that messed up the angle of the cannon that Derp was in which caused her to not be able to fly for weeks," Stormy said.
"I lied about who I'm and that I had no siblings when I actually have three sisters. One of them is my twin." Marble said looking at Ambala and Kovu.
"An Ursa minor got my horn, not an angry cat," Deedee said.
The color started to return to Shuddercord. Deedee's eyes turned back to light teal.
"You need help," Shuddercord said.
"Found you," Dinky said.
"I’m not coming back!" Deedee said.
"Yes, you will!" Dinky said.
"You can't make me!" Deedee said. She lit her horn and blasted her mom hard enough that her moms horn started to crack.
"You monster!" Dinky yelled and blasted her horn causing it to break more. Some parts of the blast caused a scratch under both eyes.
"That wasn't necessary," Shuddercord said angrily.
"I never want to see you again!" Dinky yelled angrily to her daughter. Her eyes were like stone.
"Then leave!" Deedee yelled starting to cry her eyes glowed but didn't change color.
Dink left the cave nit seeming to care that her horn was turning red at the top.
"It will be alright," Shuddercord said putting a wing around Deedee.
"Life will always try to challenge you but you must face it head-on," Fluttershy said.
"How do you do it?" Deedee said.
"I put on a mask," Fluttershy said.
"Same," Rainbow said.
"Same here." Marble said.
"I think I need to take a walk," Deedee said.
"Let's all go." Marble said.
"Even you?" Ambala asked since some of the citizens were afraid of Marble.
"Yes." Marble said.
"We are here for you Dee," Shuddercord said.
"Those who are scared have the biggest hearts even if they think the opposite." Marble said.
They left the cave and took a walked into the town. Deedee turned her head and saw Dinky.
"Let's keep walking," Shuddercord whispered.
"Hi." a pegasus filly around Larvas age said.
"Hi Lilac," Ambala said before hugging her.
"Do you want anything to drink?" Lilac asked pulling out of the hug.
"Yes please," Ambala said.
"I'll be back," Lilac said before flying into a building.
"She seems nice." Larva said.
"She's been our friend for longer then we can remember," Kovu said.
Lilac flew back carrying a tray with twelve drinks in total and held it out. Everyone grabbed one then until there was only one left. Lilac gabbed the extra drink.
"Thank you," Ambala said.
"No problem Ala," Lilac said.
"Why does this place seem so familiar?" Rainbow asked.
"It's because this is the Crystal Empire." Marble said.
"What happened here?" Rainbow asked.
"I don't know." Marble said.
"How long has it been like this?" Rainbow asked.
"Since before I can remember," Lilac said.
"This was once a beautiful place filled with lots of love," Fluttershy said.
"So this is what Cadence meant when she said that their barley anyone loves here," Rainbow said.
"We need a leader." Marble said.
"Cadence should be back sometime soon," Rainbow said.
"We need a better leader. Princess Cadence is too secretive and barley comes out for gatherings. She just stays in the palace most of the time." Marble said.
"It looks like it's your turn to rule," Fluttershy said looking at Shuddercord, Larva, and Snowflake.
"We aren't ready." Larva said.
"Yes, you are. This is want my class was meant to prepare you all for." Fluttershy said.
"You will have each other and we will help you," Deedee said.
All twelve of them went to the castle there were zero guards. They went inside the castle.
Shuddercord, Larva, and Snowflake walked to the balcony nervously with their friends and family behind them.
"Attention everyone!" Snowflake called.
The ponies and other creatures ignored her.
"Listen!" Rainbow yelled.
The ponies and other creatures looked up to the balcony. Some came out of their houses.
"The three of us are now your leaders," Shuddercord said.
"What about the Sparkle family?" Sunburst asked.
"They haven't done anything in years." Marble said.
"Princess Cadence wanted to protect us," Sunburst said.
"That was a lie," Fluttershy said.
"What do you mean?" Sunburst asked.
"Cadence decided to close up the Crystal Empire because she was worried that someone would find out our secret." Fluttershy said.
Everyone was quiet for a couple of seconds.
"That explains why she was distant from Shining Armor," Sunburst said breaking the silence.
Out of the corner of Fluttershy's eyes, she saw Cadence and Chrysalis. They were hiding and listening to what was happening.
"Cadence and I never wanted this to happen. We had no idea that your love would be drained." Fluttershy said.
Cadence knew that a part of her wanted to be with Fluttershy.
"Want are you going to do?" Chrysalis asked.
"I'm going to let them rule," Cadence said.
"You really love her don't you?" Chrysalis asked.
"So do you," Cadence said.
"Love is a crazy thing," Chrysalis said.
Cadence and Chrysalis flew out of their hiding place and looked at Fluttershy.
"I will allow them to rule," Cadence said.
"Really?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yep," Cadence said.
Fluttershy flew over to Cadence and Chrysalis then smiled.
"I'm sorry for everything I did," Fluttershy said.
"We forgive you," Cadence said.
"We all make mistakes," Chrysalis said.
They went to the balcony and all of them went into the castle. The crowd broke apart and went their separate ways.
"The crystals should start to heal soon." Marble said.
"What do you mean?" Rainbow asked.
"These are love crystals and they were dying because the love here was dying." Marble said.
"I haven't seen them in a long time," Chrysalis said.
"I better be going. Bye." Lilac said.
"Bye Lila," Ambala said before her best friend left.
"So what happened to your horn?" Cadence asked Deedee.
"I rather not talk about it," Deedee said.
"Can you lift the curse?" Chrysalis asked with hope in her eyes.
"Not on you," Fluttershy said.
"Why?" Chrysalis asked.
"The curse doesn't work like that. I've tried countless times." Fluttershy said.
"I'm going to bake some cake." Red Velvet said before going to the kitchen.
Shuddercord summoned a book to read since she was bored.
"What are you reading?" Deedee asked.
"I don't know," Shuddercord said.
"I never should of the cast that curse. I thought if I did it my sister would no that I didn't kill you but she knew and yelled at me. She said that I was a waste of time and that she wished she had a better sister." Fluttershy said crying a little.
"That's harsh," Rainbow said.
"Here's a piece of cake for everyone." Red Velvet said levitating the cake slices on little plates, napkins, and forks.
"Thank you." Snowflake said.
"No problem." Red Velvet said.
In Ponyville...
"Pumpkin." Flurry said.
"Yes." Pumpkin said.
"I... I know we...." Flurry stuttered.
"What?" Pumpkin asked.
"I can't do this I'm sorry." Flurry said before teleporting to her aunt's castle.
Pumpkin walked to the castle and knocked. Pinkie opened the door with Twilight next to her.
"I need to see Flurry." Pumpkin said.
"What's wrong?" Pinkie asked.
"She got nervous and teleported away." Pumpkin said.
"She's most likely in the library," Twilight said.
Pumpkin told them thanks then she went to the library and walked up to Flurry.
"Hi." Pumpkin said.
"Oh hi." Flurry said.
"So want were you trying to say earlier?" Pumpkin asked.
"I know we haven't really been together long but will you make me the happiest mare alive and marry me?" Flurry asked summoning a box with a ring inside it.
Pumpkin was speechless. The pony she had known and loved since she was a little filly had just asked if she wanted to marry her.
"Yes." Pumpkin said before kissing Flurry.
"Adorable." Pinkie said.
"Let's tell everyone the good news," Twilight said.
6 months later the wedding day came. The wedding was in Canterlot. Many ponies and nonponies attended.
The bridesmaids hastened to get Pumpkin ready. Spectrum and Rarity made them all dresses including, the flower fillies.
"You look wonderful," Amore said.
"Thank you." Pumpkin said looking at her reflection. The dress was white with peach roses. Her light blue bow was replaced with a peach rose.
"We're happy for you," Mia said.
"I'm glad that my cousin is marrying you." Dawn Pie said.
"Mares, gentle colts, and everything in between," Luna announced. "We are gathered here today to celebrate the union of Princess Flurry Heart and Pumpkin."
"Do you, Pumpkin, take this, mare to be your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health, until death, do your part?"
Pumpkin looked into Flurrys eyes. "I do."
"And do you, Flurry Heart, take this mare to be your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health, until death, do your part?"
Flurry smiled gazing into Pumpkin's eyes they were like an ocean's waves. "I do."
"May I have the rings?"
Funnel presented the pillow and Luna used her magic to levitate the rings. Placing one on Pumpkins horn and the other on Flurrys.
"By the power vested in me," the alicorn continued, "I now pronounce you wives. You may now kiss."
Flurry grabbed Pumpkin with her wings to pull her in closer and kissed her. Ponies and nonponies stomped their hooves or clapped in applause.
"It's time," Rainy whispered
"Oh right." Spectrum said
Spectrum zoomed off holding on tightly to her pixie dust necklace. The couple pulled away just in time to see her make a rainbow swirl through the windows.
The reception was held in the garden. Dawn Pie sang the song for the bride's first dance.
Cosmic Stars watched as various couples got on the dance floor. Watched families smiling and dancing together. She felt lonely.
"Miss Cosmic, would you like to dance?" a prince asked.
"Why would you like to dance with someone like me?" Cosmic Stars asked.
"You are beautiful and intelligent." the prince said.
"Why not Nova or Galaxy or even Dawn?" Cosmic Stars asked.
"I love you." the prince said.
"Iris, I've been looking for you," Blueblood said.
"Don't call him that. His name's Cyrus." Cosmic Stars said.
"She is just confused just like Princesses Rachel and Eve," Blueblood said.
"Why did you come here if you were just going to be mean?" Cosmic Stars asked.
"My daughter wanted to come. Besides I was invited. I know that those two will realize that they were just confused." Blueblood said.
"Stop calling your son your daughter," Rumble said flying over to them.
"None of you are allowed to tell me what I call my daughter. I will never listen to someone like you Echo." Blueblood said.
Rumble started to cry which got Scootaloo to come running over.
"What happened?" Scootaloo asked.
"He was called Echo." Cosmic Stars said.
"Blueblood, I know how much you dislike the lgbt+ community but that gives you no right to call my husband by his birth name," Scootaloo said angrily.
"So you were the one that encouraged Echos confusion," Blueblood said.
"I supported my friend," Scootaloo said before slapping Blueblood and walking away with her husband.
"Once upon a time I would walk through life acting like I didn't care." Dawn Pie started to sing. Now on the next song.
Party Lights smiled she truly was proud of her sister but, she felt extremely lonely well her sister was singing.
"Who's that?" a boy hippogriff asked.
"My sister Dawn." Party Lights said.
"She's beautiful and has a wonderful voice." the hippogriff said.
Party Lights felt her heartbreak. Did her sister actually have an admirer? She thought she would be happy for her sister besides she didn't want to be with anyone. So she didn't understand why she felt the way she did.
"Aves, there you are," Gallus said flying over to the hippogriff.
"Where's pa?" Aves asked.
"He's still looking for you. I will tell him your safe. Next time tell one of us before wandering off." Gallus said.
"I will dad," Aves said.
"But once I learned and now I'll never forget that friendship is magic for everyone." Dawn Pie continued singing.
