RBDash47 recently interviewed me about Home Is Where the Hearts Are, and you can find that interview at the Pony Fiction Vault. The PFV is an attempt to collect what stories its maintainer thinks should be preserved into the future in the event of an unspecified calamity destroying all other fanfiction-hosting websites. (Not that such an event is actually expected, but that's the supposed criterion, anyway.) Also it provides context to such stories in the form of interviews with their authors. I'm incredibly flattered to be joining the ranks of such stories as Eternal, The Best Night Ever, Yours Truly, Off the Edge of the Map, (soon) Romance Reports, and plenty more. Anyway, if you want to read some stuff about why I don't actually like HIWtHA as much as maybe you do, check it out!

Spatterdashery

In which Rainbow Dash gets in some number of minor quarrels (or "spats"), learns several new words, and gets hit in the face. Also somepony catches on fire, a train never seems to reach its destination, and Fluttershy is largely unaffected by the night's proceedings.

A sequel to Home Is Where the Hearts Are, if you like, although neither are required reading for one another. Features RD/PP/FS, R/AJ, and TS/Colgate, so turn back if you find any of that anathematic.

Acknowledges that mutually consenting adults in committed romantic relationships may sometimes have sex with one another, but nothing graphic.

Uptown Mares

Vinyl Scratch agrees to a bet to seduce a certain Octavia von Cut, helped by her bandmates Lemon Hearts (recently-sick former student at the school for gifted unicorns) and Pepperdance (somber earth pony from a far-off land). It does not go as planned.

I'm a good knocker!

A G4 expansion/followup to this G3.5 commercial, in which Scootaloo is really good at knocking on Sweetie Belle's door.

...I'll get back to writing serious stuff at some point.

The Way the Ball Bounces

Rainbow Dash never did finish trying to break the Equestria Ball-Bouncing record. Rarity, though, is unimpressed and thinks she can do better. This is not a serious work of literature. Cover image by Valcron.

Basically a followup to Dragonshy, like Cloven Hearts and Cloudy Hooves was a followup to Hearts and Hooves Day, although this one is set quite a while after the episode instead of beginning the very next day. And is less serious.

>>363642 No, thank you! You can see that I favorite stories very rarely, but it's just a real pleasure to see someone taking all the G1 stuff seriously, messy and conflicting continuities and all. Sure, there's something to be said for your discussion of deconstruction as destruction, how any fool can break something, but then a twinkle-eyed pony comes along and says she know what it's like to be a slave and all other concerns get put aside for AHHH POOR BABY.

>>15039 A good clue is Colgate. If she and Twilight are hanging out together in any capacity, I probably wrote it. Conversely, if Twilight shows up for any length of time and I wrote it, Colgate will be connected to her somehow.

Ohhhhh, HOOFSTUCK, so that is why your username is so famliar!  :pinkiehappy:  I'm following that on the MSPA forums, with a slightly different username than this one.  (Although the same icon, so it's not really a deep, dark mystery.)
