Crossovers I'd like to see
These are ideas I've had for potentially amazing crossovers. I'm tinkering away at most of them, but I'm a really slow and fussy writer (as evidenced by my zero published stories). If an idea here jumps out at you, please do us all a favour and do something with it.
Ultima (game series. Mostly 4 and 7 - think about it)
His Dark Materials (book trilogy)
The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant (book series)
The Island of Doctor Moreau (novel)
The House on the Borderland (novel)
Oryx and Crake (novel)
Riverworld (book series)
The Prisoner (old TV series)
Otherland (book series)
Ghost Riders in the Sky (song)
The Country of the Kind (short story)
The Man Who Folded Himself (novel)
Solaris (novel - not the movies)
The Mysteries of Harris Burdick (picture book?)
Ten Little Niggers/Ten Little Indians/And Then There Were None (novel)
Night of the Hunter (original film)
The Bad Seed (film)
The Pooh Perplex (not really, just the same idea applied to ponies instead of Pooh)
The Rats in the Walls (short story)
Mimzy Were the Borogoves (short story)
Microcosmic God (short story)
Flowers for Algernon (short story)
It's a Good Life (short story)
Helix the Cat (short story)
Born of Man and Woman (short story)
First Contact (short story)
Nightfall (short story)
The Left Hand of Darkness (novel)
Highlander (movie)
The Stand (novel)
The Tempest (play)

>>432210 Oh. Well, alright.
>>432200 You've blogged a couple times about P4. That's enough for me.
But I don't know youuu
>>425004 Thanks for having me. I've been becoming disenchanted with some of the more cynical and bad spirited aspects of the site; your group is a very nice change of pace.
Welcome to Love and Tolerate.
>>398720 You're welcome, and yes, you guess correctly. Rest assured that you've earned my respect as a writer; science fiction is my pet genre, and Wasp is as good or better than an awful lot of published stories.
Regarding comments, I do try to remark on everything I read, particularly if it's new or recently completed; I know the effect feedback (and particularly the lack of it) can have on an author. Expect a rather large retrospective review when Wasp eventually finishes, as well as something on anything else you produce.
Thanks for the fav on 'Apology' (and a late thanks for the watch, which I'm guessing was for 'Wasp'). Glad you liked it.
More seriously -- thanks for the comment too; less than one in twenty do, it's really appreciated.
Oh hai. Take this;
it will aid you on your quest.
>>288941 Thanks for that. It's always nice to see someone who appreciates the classics.
I watched you just for the awesome Ultima Codex Logo you have as an avatar.
