Happy New Year

First on the list:

I'm currently working on the next chapter for 'I Come From a Land Down Under', and am making decent progress. It's a bit of a difficult one and Christmas and all that. Still, pace is good, so hopefully it won't be too long away.

Secondly:

This week on the Good HiE podcast we have a old Favorite: Dropbear! Woooooo! Kicking this year off right!

Against all reason, GHIE is having me on their podcast again (last time was an... abortion to say the least). Already, with such beautiful questions such as:

"Why are you such a dick for an admin?"

"Do you hate spike, thorax or starlight glimmer?"

And of course: "How many licks does it take to get to the center of all of the Princesses assholes?"

it's bound to be nice, clean, family fun.

So if you want to watch it or submit questions of your own, just go Here for all the info.

You Just Entered the Bad Side of Town.

Hurry Up with the Updates!

Currently working on: Plan B (Also Elite Dangerous in VR, and Squad. Sue me)

Am I correct in my prediction of a luchador cage match featuring Growls and Chrysalis? Only a tease would have chrysalis punched, but not bodyslammed by husky, sweat drenched, luchador. You're a better person than that I'm hoping.

Whoops, sorry for the late reply. Been a bit busy over the holiday.

Apart from the fics with sequels, no. They're very much ideas that seem good at the time (a lot of emphasis on the 'seem good' by the way). I think it says something that the blatant self-insert is my top-ranked at the moment...

They're not linked to each other in any overarching timeline save for the occasional throwaway reference, so you're good to pretty much start wherever. That said...

'Nigel M Chalmers, Emperor' and 'Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold (the sequel)' is a decent starting point. Okay grammar and character development, even if I shoehorned in some non-clop romance for some reason (not a good move now that I look back upon it). These focus on the Crystal Empire and changelings (should probably give a heads up that most of my stuff revolves around changelings). These are the fics that have earned the proud honour of having a slew of (now removed) plagerised copy-fics done after them.

Yay.

'Saviour or Destroyer' helps to add some perspective to the origianal characters and their less-than-moral ways, but like all first fics it's rather cringy and error-prone. Focus on a first-contact/horrendious diplomacy skills theme.

'Cheesecake and Changelings' was my attempt at the 'Romance' genre while adding in a 'in pony/pony-like body' flavour to it. That one didn't do too badly. A bit sappy in places.

'Ponies, Pirates and Peculiar Psychopaths' is pretty much the 'random' entry of the group, but it's sequel 'Plan B' tones it down a notch. Another decent series in my eyes, although Plan B is well due for an update.

'The Bloodmoon Chronicles' is...

Yeah.

'The Heralds of the Apocalypse... We Think' is an abandoned collab.

So, TL:DR, there's no particular order outside of sequels. Enter at own risk.

Is there a particular reading order for your Nigel stories?
