Hey, I'm Browncoat Spike, just another geek from Canada who became a brony like most others by randomly browsing the internet two years ago.

Besides being a fan of a cartoon show about multi-colored ponies living in a magical land learning  life lessons, I'm also a huge fan of animation in general; Disney, Looney Tunes, Dreanworks, anime, you name a animated series from the 80s and 90s, no matter how obscure or short, I've probably seen it or heard about it.

You can probably guess from my pen name that I'm a fan of both of both Firefly and Spike, everypony's favorite dragon and cancelled sci-fi TV show, but my interests are very broad indeed, encompassing nearly every geeky pursuit  you can think of, including: video games, comics, film, TV and books. Especially books, I'm a huge fan of fantasy and sci-fi literature, especially the works of Neil Gaiman, Ray Bradbury and Terry Pratchett.

There's not really much more to say about me, except that I hope to somehow turn myself into a successful freelance writer, which unfortunately is gonna be a really long and difficult journey for me.

Oh, one more thing, I think Princess Twilight is best pony- turned-alicorn, but Spike will always be my favorite character. :pinkiehappy:
