After over a year of production, the anticipated movie adaptation of the sorta-famed comic book has hit the big screen. Spike and the CMC have their tickets and find that the creators of the comic are also attending! Featuring rioting in lobbies, regretful soda purchases, and debates on how lame a character is in front of it's creator, this will be a premier to remember.

Hearth's Warming Day is upon Ponyville, and the entire town is in their homes, silent and FREAKING OUT. Every year something horrible seems to happen on that holiday, from Discord stopping time to a horrible blizzard. Using the rhyme scheme of "A Visit from St. Nicholas" we see the residents stay prepared in this poetic tale of their survival.

Pepperoni, the owner of Pepperoni's Pizza's, has recently purchased an animatronic in hopes of drawing children in. He opens it to find a messaging machine along with a strange recording on it. Through the next several nights, this family will learn what it's like to truly fear what's in the dark while Shining Armor and his former Captain find the truth of what happened at the pizzeria all those years ago.

Mr Bates, Editor at Trot Comics, has had just enough from his staff. Having a bad morning, he wakes up to find that his employees are apparently incompetent and pampered, so he decides to do the unthinkable: make an editorial mandate for his writers. Now the writers have to come up with stories for these mandates without ruining their careers. How will they be able to save not only their jobs but also their integrity?

While visiting her cousin in town, Applejack finds the sheriff out of service and ends up proving herself to be an adequate temporary replacement. While performing her new duties, she comes across several odd characters in her quest to bring a couple of bandits to justice. A mysterious mine owner, a strange businessman, and a doctor who can never remember names are just a few of who she encounters. Now, with her family and friends, Applejack must help bring order and justice to the town.

Sound's 24th Birthday is coming up, and she's excited that her family will try to remember this time. However, something has come up; her friend's wedding. Sound doesn't know why they'd choose that particular date, but she'll try to get over it. She must now figure out how to deal with this strange timing and her friends' odd behavior.

Sound Barrier, Penciller for the comic "Hoof of the South Star", is working on the new issue when she finds something weird with the script. Her art directions seem to be inane and written like somepony had never read the actual comic. Looking through it, she finds that they have a guest writer by the name of Grain Miller, a former comic writer who took a turn for the insane. How can she hope to save her comic from this mad writer?

Rainbow Dash has finally started writing down a story she'd been hoping to write. However, she notices that she just can't get the words to come out right. Hopefully some other activities will help her writing and she can finally get to work.
