After escaping Courasant after The Great Jedi Purge, A lone Human Jedi Knight, Sturider Thom spends 10 years floating in space until his Shuttle crash lands in Equestria. Where he befriends the equines. And later discovers there are a few Force Sensitive beings on Equestria, which may come in handy as The Galactic Empire may or may not find him.

3 years have pasted since Galitor attacked, and Thomas and Twilight Sparkle are living a happy life. Thomas, Twilight, Shining Armor, Cadance (tagged along by their friends) are invited to attend a mingle in Prance with Twilight's Parents and Aunt and Uncle. But her Uncle's not too happy with Thomas being Twi's spouse. Trixie soon hear about this and decides to help him out along with her friend Maroon Coat (a unicorn that had a desired to marry Twilight for years) Now Thomas and his friends must stop Trixie, before it's too late.

When an old enemy returns to Equestria, the Princesses call upon one duo that could be their only hope. and who's the lucky duo? Hiccup and Toothless. Now the Viking and Night Fury will have to use their best efforts and the Magic of Friendship to battle the most dangerous being in all of Equestria, Tirek!

One day Thomas and Luke are with the Autobots helping to fix a teleportation tunnel when they get sucked in and end up in unknown town. As they explore, they meet the Mane ponies. Then a new evil comes to Equestria and when Thomas saves Twilight's life, she gets a feel for him. Soon later Thomas and Twilight get very close. Then Thomas's friends and the Autobots come in to help him and Luke save their new pony friends.
