To paraphrase Neil Gaiman, the cake definitely came out better than I ever expected.
Thank you for reading. This was a very good week.

Hello all my new followers and welcome back all old friends! It's been a few weeks since the last update and, boy, things have changed with your notorious Nanashi.
Hey everyone! I recently got an influx of new watchers and followers, so I thought I'd get y'all up to speed since you've taken an interest in what I'm writing.
I usually keep my stories to a length that I remember pretty easily where everything is, how it got there, what voice I was using, etc. With Blossoming though, I'm starting to get bigger than my story memory can recall.
For the longest time, I didn't so much revile poetry as I was suspect around it. Unlike fiction, which can be story shaped even if that story shape is very strange, poetry is this utterly incomprehensible beast to me. I went through an entire public education system and matriculation (big fancy word for "went to college") and the most I learned about the body of work that is poetry is "it's worded art."
Which is about as broad as you can get.
I apologize in advance to all my Blossoming readers for the next chapter in the next arc. It originally was a bit light, but after talking with Jess's inspiration, I had to go back and adjust it and now it's pretty intense. At least, is was for me, so I'm giving y'all fair warning.
Hey everypony!
I know I just dropped a hefty WTF bomb in the last chapter of MTaD, so seeing as how we're approaching the halfway mark in the story, I thought I'd offer a little contest/goal thing because you guys are clearly into this, big time.
See, my other stories are doing so well, and I'm so glad they are, and I want to bring MTaD to their level of recognition.
Let's see. Thrown's doing well, people really like Blossoming and More Than a Dream is doing about as well as I'd expect given everything involved.
So, I finally sucked it up and uploaded story. Go me! Then after it loads, I get this nervous itch- did everything format okay?
It's fine. The GDocs converter is good.
But, Calm Part of My Brain, what if something went wrong? What if there're errors or whatever?
You're already getting positive love on the story. Just leave it be, hon.
I then proceeded to hop from foot to foot.
Fine. Let's che- Whoop. Okay. Cruise through and fix that formatting then.
