Story is not dead. Let me explain.
I've worked in retail the past four years, in a children's shoe store located at a local mall.
For a good portion of that time, I've practiced the habit of going to work about two hours early, sitting out in the center court, and writing. That time was time that I chose to set aside for writing. Most of my stories have had most or at least some part of them written during that time.
Now I'm going to have to find a new writing time.

I’m house/dog sitting for my aunt and uncle while they’re on vacation this week. Since I’m living the life of a bachelor, I thought it fitting that I eat a bachelor food.

This thing of beauty is a BL (BLT sans tomato), only instead of bread, I used two Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits.
