I got stuck with my writing and I got sick so the next chapter will be delayed to whenever I can finish it when I'm not sick. I ran to the edge of my planning, had to come up with a transition and the next chapter has a lot of interpersonal talking, basically a triple threat of things I'm bad at if I don't have them planned out beforehand.

So chapter 21 is finished and it's a bit shorter than previous chapters, only about 2500 words but letting it continue on from where it's at I think would just make things feel... not right. So I'm cutting it off there, I don't want to try and increase the length of the chapter any more because that would probably kill some of the pacing and punchier lines I have written out.

Chapter 14 was painful to write, I kept second guessing myself every step of the way because of that one reveal in it. Moving on from Chapter 14 we're not out of the woods yet. There is something coming up for this story where I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose people.

Okay so as I'm writing this chapter 14 isn't out yet but it's technically completed and I'm going to lay it out for you guys, chapter 14 is more or less an exposition dump that you needed context for to really understand the implications of it. And I'm kinda trying to hurry up the story a bit so we can actually get to the werewolves of Knicknik, as in chapter 15 will have us at Knicknik with werewolves.
