This story was always going to end with a fight with a nerteln, unfortunately while I spend a lot of time on basically every other background element in my story, I never worked on filling out nertelns enough. Basically the nerteln fight against Doctor Willow was always a "fill in here" moment for what Doctor Willow actually did. This has been a problem because while it is easy to come up with things for a nerteln to do, it's causing pacing issues with the story.

I went to check on "bhooks" the website where I was posting a secondary story and it's been down for multiple days, never got much traffic to begin with and their twitter hasn't even re-tweeted anything since August. I think it's safe to say that the website is basically entirely dead. Which is frustrating because it was the only place I could find to post fiction where you could download it and say stick it on a kindle or something.

As you can probably tell this story didn't turn out exactly like I had planned it would, it spent more time on the yunguaq stuff than the Knicknik stuff at this point because the focus of the story is on Twilight and Naudia. This has caused some problems for the climax because of the limited number of developed characters out there in Knicknik.

I've just released another chapter of "The Exogenous God" on Bhooks, the next chapter of Werewolves of Knicknik will be finished probably within the next week or so and I'm getting over my post-covid cough.

I just find that once I get off the wagon with writing it's very hard for me to get BACK ON the wagon with writing, once the habit is there things are fine, it's just hard to GET that habit to stick and stay there.
