According to the Onion, (an entirely reliable source,) Baltimore was named the city with the best quality of life for pigeons. Obviously this highly informed news article also crosses over into Equestria, and therefore the Pigeon central command is clearly located in Baltimare.

Very little story relevance, just an interesting tidbit.

I've been dead, (not really,) which is why I haven't written anything lately. BUT! I have found the time in my busy, busy schedule to write a little bit.
Barring extreme circumstances (such as an invasion by the pigeons and/or a case of the lazies) a new chapter of Thataway should be out this weekend.

Hey guess what? Destination: Thataway! is almost over! I'm gonna wrap the story up in 1-3 chapters or so, depending on how much I deviate from my outline. Also I've already made an outline for the last bit, which is unusual for me, so expect the next (and possibly last) update soon.

However, just because I'm ending the story doesn't mean the adventure stops! I have plans for a sequel and if you look back at my previous author's notes you might be able to guess what that sequel will entail.

So up until now I've been writing Destination: Thataway in the past tense with little asides where the narrator talks to the audience in the present tense. I know that this is wrong by pretty much every grammatical standard unless I explicitly separate the two tenses apart - which I haven't. So far I have received no complaints in regards to the tense of the story, but then again not everyone would complain. Some would just stop reading without letting me know why.
