I will be at the Bornycon this weekends!
In my previous blogpost I posited the following two conclusions about the recent episode:
Bloom & Gloom was a terrific episode. It had a lot of things going well for it, between the characterization, themes addressed, production elements, and on and on. I’m glad this was made, I can objectively see the strong elements, and perhaps in time I can grow to appreciate the episode.

Terry Pratchett will be sorely missed, but if all these blogposts today are any indication, we're not going to be forgetting him anytime soon.
As a reviewer myself, I sorta just get into the habit of slapping down my reviews and then moving on. It's my heavy-air-quotes "job", so I just say my piece, publish it to the public, and hey, good things have been done. As long as some new readers discover the fics, and are able to enjoy or discuss or even just think about, then mission accomplished. That's all that reviews are meant to do. But every now and again, the Angels get these really thoughtful thank you PMs from the authors we
I’ve definitely done recommendations of other fics in the past. This is perfectly normal, and not at all part of a nefarious plot, no sir and/or madam. Yes I know that I can/should do more of these, but you guys know how slowly I update my main fics, as it is!
Okay... excuse, excuse, I need a flimsy excuse. The last chapter of MLCT was about a week ago, so that's no good. Broke 150k words but that's arbitrary. Broke 1000 bookshelves, but since that could be just one person, it's equally arbitrary. Ooo, here we go! MLCT just recently broke 500 Favorites... wait, that's not what it's called anymore. Bookshelvers? Adders?
